El hotel se encuentra en el mejor sitio, a 5 min andando del centro histórico . Las habitaciones son cómodas y con unas vistas impresionantes. El personal, en general veterano, serio y educado. Un defecto tengo que añadir y no es del todo achacadle al hotel. En recepción contraté un coche de alquiler y de verdad ha sido el peor coche de alquiler que he conducido. 133.000 Km, sobado , descascarillado… por favor sr. Director … Avis, Hertz, Europcar…. Great experience also for the 3rd time in Corfu, choosing the same Hotel. Highlights: - very kind and helpfull personnel with excellent service skills - involved management (I've rarely seen a Manager to be so open and approachable on any matter, treating fairly the guests' needs and complaints, all in a professional and kind way. I would dare to say, very solution oriented regarding any problem!) - variety of food during the day with multiple choices (including for vegetarians). The food is always fresh, without exception - neat, airy and well equipped rooms (fully functional ACs, comfortable bedding, clean and constantly disinfected bathrooms, clean balconies) and all the spaces inside and around the hotel - one of the most wonderfull views a hotel can have in Corfu as it's well situated (close to the International Airport from where you can see daily departures and landings of the airplanes...an amazing experience you cannot have in many places around the world) - very child-friendly (the reception space, the pools and the terrace) - meets any expectations of large groups, family vacations and couples - the hotel has enough parking plots, so coming with a car is also a good idea - during the summer and usually on Friday nights, the Hotel is holding live concerts with talented singers, creating a truly amazing atmosphere on the terrace for all the guests - need to mention that the Hotel looks differently than in many of the photos uploaded on the site (most of them are outdated and it's been renewed ever since) Based on my previous experience while travelling a lot in the past years, I can say that Ariti Grand Hotel is a place that meets most of the needs from children to grown-ups, offering the necessary conditions for a truly nice vacation and spare time.

L’hotel non centrale rispetto a Corfù Town ma ci si arriva in 20 minuti di passeggiata. l’hotel non ha una propria spiaggi a ma proprio difronte l’hotel c’è una discesa a mare dove poter fare il bagno ma non si tratta di una spiaggia vera e propria. A 3 minuti a piedi invece c’è la spiaggia di mon repose (2 lettini e 1 ombrellone 28 euro) è una spiaggia tranquilla attrezzata con bagno docce e bar. L’hotel ha spazi comuni molto belli ma le stanze sono minuscole e mal tenute, abbiamo prenotato per 10 giorni e la stanza era talmente piccola che non avevamo spazio per le valigie, ho chiesto per una stanza più grande ma mi hanno risposto che erano tutte uguali, ho fatto presente che erano completamente differenti dalle stanze pubblicizzate sul sito e mi hanno risposto che quelle erano foto vecchie. La pulizia inesistente, in 10 giorni non hanno mai spazzato a terra o lavato a terra nella stanza, spesso anche il bagno era sporco dopo la pulizia giornaliera. Dimenticavano spesso di lasciarci shampoo e bagnoschiuma è l’ultimo giorno anche le asciugamani quindi dovevo chiamare e chiedere di portarmi quello che mancava.insomma uno stress continuo. Le tende e il copriletto erano sporchi e macchiati. Anche l’igiene era molto carente, nella sala colazione volavano piccioni sul buffet e quando ho fatto presente che era un problema igienico mi è stato risposto che era un problema che stavano cercando di risolvere ma non erano ancora riusciti a risolvere, per scusarsi quel giorno ci hanno omaggiato dei cappuccini che avevamo ordinato per colazione è una bottiglia di vino in stanza ( i cappuccini e il caffè espresso sono considerati extra e costano 3.80 euro…al giorno…) Viste le mie lamentele per servizi scadenti, pulizia inesistente e igiene inesistente ci hanno offerto 15 minuti di massaggio ai piedi presso la spa dell hotel, peccato che ci hanno offerto questo regalo salato sera e lunedì dovevamo ripartire e per domenica non c’erano posti…una presa per i fondelli insomma! All’arrivo non ci hanno offerto lo champagne di benvenuto come hanno fatto invece con altri ospiti. Fortunatamente io parlo inglese perché nessuno parla italiano (solo un ragazzo parla italiano e di solito fa il turno di notte ed è davvero molto gentile e disponibile). L’hotel non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma è abbastanza facile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. Nel complesso l’hotel è bello ed in ottima posizione ed ha tutte le carte in regola per essere davvero un 4 stelle ma dovrebbero essere più rispettosi e attenti al cliente e migliorare igiene e pulizia

El desayuno era muy delicioso y muy variedad. Además, fue muy bueno ver los aviones cuando se despegaban y estaban a la vista. También la piscina era muy bonita. Desafortunadamente no nos mostró la situación del hotel. El estudio de fitness fue deficiente, el 90% de los dispositivos no funcionaron.

Éste fue el mejor hotel de Corfú. La ubicación es increíblemente hermosa. El hotel ha cambiado muy bien y está muy bien pensado a la hora de ofrecer comida. En resumen, uno de los mejores hoteles de toda Grecia. Gracias al personal y a la dirección por nuestra estancia allí. Johan Van Den Bossche

Lovely traditional hotel in Corfu Town. We booked a superior room, which was on the top (5th) floor at the front with a great view to the old fort. It was very comfortable with plenty of storage space and a decent bathroom. Everything in town was within easy walking distance and you can catch buses nearby. We got a bus to Kanoni for views of Mouse Island, etc. We would happily stay here again if we wanted a hotel in Corfu Town. One of the highlights was eating in the rooftop restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff were great. It is best to book a table as they do fill up and we got the feeling that advance bookings get the best tables.

A really nice, clean and friendly hotel, five minutes walk from Corfu airport. My flight landed too late for ferries to Paxos, so I stayed at The Bretagne. I asked for a room with a bath, which I got, and which was a joy after a long journey. There was a fridge in the room with complimentary bottled water and my very good rate included breakfast, (not a brilliant breakfast, but the tea and toast was fine). The hotel was very clean, had a lovely lounge and a bar/cafe with outdoor seating. I spent time there on my way home, too, again because ferries didn't align with my flight, so I went back to Bretagne, used their lounge and had a club sandwich. On arrival at 10pm we were seen straight away and given a list of all the information we required for our stay. Lovely staff on reception. Our room was clean with a mini fridge and a big wardrobe. The rooms are slightly dated but we only used ours for sleeping so it didn’t make a difference. Great pool view balcony, which I requested before arrival. The bar was very relaxing and the bar staff were amazing and super friendly. They looked after everyone with the same approach and made you feel welcome immediately. We didn’t spend much time round the pool but we got a bed in the afternoon when ever we wanted one. The hotel is about 20/25 min walk away from the old town, of you use the top road instead of the main road. It’s so able but then you can also speak to reception, who had us a taxi within 5 mins every time. Cost is about 12/15 euros each way. Well worth it. We had a hire car so used the hotel as a base. There is not much around the hotel and you need to travel to a beach, it seems most people used the buses to get about. The only shop near the hotel is a little kiosk on the main road but they had plenty to choose from. The main event in this hotel for us was the restaurant! We used this twice during our stay and we highly recommend giving it a try! Overall we would use the hotel again and we enjoyed the releaxed atmosphere.
