Overall, our stay was very good – actually, better than expected! We had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The pool itself was nice – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful. After we checked out, we accidentally left some clothes in the washing machine, and they kindly recovered them for us. That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference! Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, so you’ll never go hungry. I’d definitely recommend this place for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, well-located base. Great value for money.

Location is strategic , rooms are big enough.Aircon is good and cool enough. Overall ok just have some weaknesses for example the cleanliness. A lot of ants on table. Washing machine not functioning. Hair dryer got sparks when turn on Car park provided.

Lecho pequeño. No la cama de hotel de la reina habitual. Situación muy estratégica, cerca de pasar malam n anjung kinabalu. Limpieza ok, pero huele huele durante el check-in. Tal vez puede poner fresher aire en la habitación. Pequeño balcón para así la vista al mar. Quizás pueda poner sillas para el frío durante la noche.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.

Nice and cozy studio… beautiful and clean modern studio.. nice view to the ocean, and below is psar besar KK.. got many eateries below and nearby the room, got numerous choice too. Imago mall by walking distance. Nice pool. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately, we coming on rainy season, and failed to capture the sunset view as its cloudy. 🥹 Good customer service, reply any msg in short time. Just got to take the access card given by staff and key in the password at the secured door. Nice experience tho Once we entered the house, smells good, the staff already open the light, and aircond, plays nice and cozy music on utube.. got microwave and washer and dryer too… easy to use.. niceee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked for my husband birthday vacation♥️ Got fan and fridge, water heater, iron and board, hair dryer, sabah tea and le minerale.. provided clothes hanger and suspension, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner..… Got Sweet token from the owner🥰 The shore got multiple other luxury choice of room to rent, but i choose Seaview Bliss as suitable for me as a couple and as the memorable gift for my beloved ones. And it got way better and cozy modern ID.. the real view is the same as the picture provided🤭 It worth every penny⭐️mybe a bit pricey 🥲 but yeah, tq Seaview bliss team⭐️

Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

View and location is good, only the mattress condition not so good already. But very clean and convenient for this

La ubicación es conveniente, Pero el alojamiento se enfrenta a la carretera principal,La contaminación sonora es extremadamente grave Algunos huéspedes estaban muy descivilizados, incluso tarde de la noche hablaban alto y abrazaban las puertas como los incendios, quizás intentaban mostrar lo fuertes que son (pero era muy molesto) No hay estacionamiento gratuito tienes que estacionar en un parque de estacionamiento pagado 🅿️.

Muy conveniente para una estancia corta entre vuelos. A solo unos 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Me gustó que el check-in sea automático. Se dan instrucciones detalladas con antelación. La gerencia se comunicó muy bien. La habitación es exactamente igual que en las fotos. El aire acondicionado y el wifi funcionan bien. Hay una mininevera, además de hervidor de agua y microondas. Las camas son muy cómodas para dormir, pero no están muy insonorizadas y, al estar tan cerca del aeropuerto, se pueden oír algunos aviones ocasionales. No es demasiado molesto para mi familia ni para mí, pero probablemente no para quienes son muy sensibles al ruido. Tenga en cuenta que la mayoría de las unidades en esta planta también son casas de familia.

Я в восторге от этих апартаментов!! Сопровождение менеджером началось за неделю до поездки: заранее со мной связались в WA и направили подробные инструкции по заселению. Нюанс: нет платного раннего заселения, но при наличии свободных комнат могут принять раньше. Номер просто wow, есть все для проживания, если б ты приехал в одних шортах)) - все туалетные принадлежности, крем для рук и одноразовые шампуни L’Occitane, маска для сна, беруши, зонтик или дождевик и всякие нужные мелочи. В общем коридоре стоит холодильник в кока-колой, спрайтом и пр, питьевой воды - сколько хочешь! В самом номере и кружки Старбакс, и фен Дайсон с классными насадками. Ремонт свежий: прямо глаз радуется свежей затирке между кафелем!! 😁 Нюанс: мне одной было тесно. Так, далее: территория как в небольшом турецком отеле: 2 бассейна, спорт зал, баскетбольная площадка, детская площадка, прогулочные зелёные дорожки. Но не лежаков для загара, и как будто здесь не принято лежать у бассейна, хотя менеджер сказал мне, чтоб могу загоратт на здоровье. Расположение удобное! Рядом очень много кафе и ресторанов, аппарты находятся в самом Торговом центре (там кстати и обменник есть на минус 1м). Резюмирую: настоятельно рекомендую, а внимание к нюансам, потому что я опытный турист.
