We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city. The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41. The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly. The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol. Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

Hotel very central. Found the room extremely clean, quiet en great for a restful nights sleep. The kitchenette was an added bonus for when we needed to be up early so we could grab some breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times.

Estudio moderno y muy limpio con una cama cómoda, sofá y una cocina bien equipada, con cafetera Nespresso, frigorífico-congelador, horno microondas combinado y lavavajillas. Se proporcionan cápsulas, detergente y leche. Se puede hacer el check-in temprano con un suplemento de 20 €. Me gustó mucho que estuviera a pocos pasos de la parada del autobús del aeropuerto, un supermercado Tesco, una panadería estupenda y a 10 minutos a pie del Trinity College, el barrio de Temple Bar y los puntos de encuentro para excursiones de un día. Tenía gimnasio, lavandería para huéspedes y un acogedor bar/cafetería de desayuno abierto las 24 horas. No probamos el desayuno buffet porque salíamos muy temprano todos los días, pero se podía comprar con 2 € de descuento cada noche anterior. El personal de recepción fue amable. Nos alojaríamos de nuevo en esta sucursal si volvemos a Dublín.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en el Premier Suites Ballsbridge y fue una experiencia excepcional. La ubicación es ideal, está situado en la encantadora y exclusiva zona de Ballsbridge y ofrece un fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad de Dublín y a varias atracciones. La suite estaba impecablemente limpia, era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada con comodidades modernas que hicieron que mi estadía fuera extremadamente cómoda. El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento, y se aseguró de que todas mis necesidades se cumplieran con prontitud. La cocina completamente equipada de la suite fue una característica fantástica, que me permitió prepararme la comida cómodamente. Además, la zona de los alrededores está llena de cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas encantadoras, lo que lo convierte en una base perfecta para explorar Dublín. En general, el Premier Suites Ballsbridge superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos y lo recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una estadía lujosa y conveniente en Dublín.

Good size apartment about 25 mins from city on public buses which were very frequent. Looked like the suite was only just being finished with building materials down the hallways and unfinished bits inside the apartment! €200 deposit taken before arrival but this was promptly refunded after checking ouy

This is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.  We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.  The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

El lugar está en una excelente ubicación, pero se supone que las llaves de la habitación deben recogerse en un lugar diferente que está bastante lejos del hotel. Se supone que el personal es multilingüe, pero cuando pedimos ayuda para conseguir las llaves tuvimos mala suerte y tuvimos a alguien por teléfono que tenía problemas con el inglés (en Irlanda ...). En general, el lugar está muy limpio, pero las almohadas decorativas no parecen lavarse. Está bien para una estancia breve, no para una larga, ya que no hay guardarropa. Ningún lugar para guardar nada o al menos poner el equipaje. Además, la cocina tiene cubiertos y tazas, pero nada para limpiarlas. Por este precio, esperaba un poco más de atención a los detalles.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. Anche se piccolo, è molto accessoriato: presenti macchinetta del caffè con cialde per i giorni di permanenza, bollitore, pentole e frigorifero, quindi comodo anche per chi vuole cucinare. L’unica vera pecca è la totale assenza di un armadio o di uno spazio adeguato per sistemare i vestiti. Per qualche motivo molti hotel pensano che vivere con la valigia aperta sul pavimento faccia parte dell’esperienza urbana. La posizione è ottima, centralissima vicino al castello, e permette di raggiungere facilmente anche Temple Bar a piedi la sera. Grazie alla posizione abbiamo visitato comodamente tutta Dublino. Unica nota negativa riguarda la prenotazione tramite  Trip.com: alcuni servizi indicati sul sito non erano realmente disponibili, come la colazione a buffet da 10 €, e inizialmente il numero di prenotazione non risultava nel sistema dell’hotel.
