I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

Baudha Apart Hotel The Air is much cleaner at these heights. A lovely view to be seen from the roof top upon the city down below. There is a room up there, for yoga, for exercise, or meditation. An elevator takes you there, but you can climb the stairs, if you wish, especially to prepare for a mountain trek – there is an ample storage room in that regard. Boudha Apart is owned by a Sherpa family, originally from Lukla, so there are many good contacts with the high mountain community. The hotel is fairly new, and that means nothing is broken. That is to say also, that it is well maintained, that the guests are not a rowdy sort, and they are mindful of each other's tranquility. The rooms are well thought out, and many have a sun facing balcony. Both sink and shower have abundant hot water, adjustable as you like. On the ground floor is a large restaurant, with a diverse menu of local cuisine, and western comfort foods. The basement is a parking garage for cars and bikes. The staff is of good cheer, and supportive of your adventures and plans. They, most conveniently, pick up and deliver to the airport. There is also a car and driver for various tours, as you will. And finally to say, the price to value is most fair, as one compares to other hotels in the region.

Convenient Stay Near Kathmandu Airport The hotel is very well-located—close to the airport and right in the center of Kathmandu. Airport pickup and drop services were provided, which made our travel hassle-free. Food: The breakfast buffet was good, and the highlight was definitely the poori bhaji. However, the Nepal Thali was disappointing and needs improvement. Rooms & Property: Rooms were a bit small but had all essential toiletries. The building is a 7-story structure, so don’t expect spacious gardens or play areas for kids. Facilities: Swimming Pool: Available, but since it’s not temperature-controlled, it’s not practical in colder weather. Parking: Bikes should ideally be parked in B2, but there’s no lift access to B2, so you have to walk to the ground floor to use the lift. Suggestions for Improvement: Make the swimming pool temperature-controlled for year-round usability. Provide better access to B2 parking or reconsider the arrangement. Improve the quality of the Nepal Thali.

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del barrio de Thamel. Está cerca de la zona, pero es tranquilo y silencioso. Nos ofrecieron bebidas calientes al registrarnos, lo cual fue perfecto para un cálido día de invierno. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila, y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecernos un pastel. El servicio de lavandería también fue muy práctico y eficiente. Todo el personal fue muy servicial. El tío, que estaba ocupado con nuestro equipaje, nos ayudó a identificar nuestras matrículas (ya que aquí las matrículas son en números arábigos), y el joven de recepción nos ayudó a reservar los billetes de autobús.

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

El hotel es un hotel de estilo tradicional, con un estilo tradicional y todo se siente nuevo y limpio. El desayuno fue un gran comienzo al día, con una gran variedad de opciones, incluyendo jugos frescos, té, café, frutas, tostadas, queso y pasteles deliciosos. ¡El hotel se ha desplazado a la estación de viajes de la ciudad, y se ha vuelto a la base de Everest con ellos, y se ha vuelto la mejor decisión! No sólo nos ofrecieron el precio más competitivo en comparación con todas las demás agencias de viajes que comprobamos, sino que nuestro guía, Ram Bhandari (que también es un miembro del personal del hotel), fue realmente excelente. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno para todos los viajeros, y no se puede decepcionar con el hotel.

En el barrio de la embajada, muy seguro, entrar en este jardín es como un mundo diferente!!! También hay seguridad en la puerta, vestido de uniforme, y me siento muy tranquilo. Todos sonrían. La cocina aquí es muy deliciosa!!! Sichuan, verduras! Quise perder peso, el resultado! ¡Comer loco todos los días! ¡Quién está loco! ¡Tienes que peinar! ¡Hazlo primero! ¡También está en la cara, y la arena verde! ¡Hazlo primero! ¡El cielo humano! ¡ Los cuartos son muy nuevos, en Nepal, son realmente cinco estrellas, principalmente limpios y cómodos! Cada habitación tiene un balcón, escuchando la voz natural cada día y despierto, y la insolencia de años se cura!!! Realmente siento que hay suerte de encontrarlo!!! Sí, el jefe está llegando para tomar el avión. Porque el avión es realmente un poco estúpido, muchas personas están en negocios, están sucios, pero el jefe espera mucho tiempo, realmente está muy seguro, está tranquilo. Y normalmente hay cualquier problema que pueda encontrar al jefe, la gente es muy buena, y me lleva a comprar una tarjeta de teléfono móvil, gracias al jefe!!! ¡No soy un niño! Como mujer que viaja sola, ¡muchas gracias por venir aquí por primera vez en Nepal!

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。 ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。 一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.
