Convenient Stay Near Kathmandu Airport The hotel is very well-located—close to the airport and right in the center of Kathmandu. Airport pickup and drop services were provided, which made our travel hassle-free. Food: The breakfast buffet was good, and the highlight was definitely the poori bhaji. However, the Nepal Thali was disappointing and needs improvement. Rooms & Property: Rooms were a bit small but had all essential toiletries. The building is a 7-story structure, so don’t expect spacious gardens or play areas for kids. Facilities: Swimming Pool: Available, but since it’s not temperature-controlled, it’s not practical in colder weather. Parking: Bikes should ideally be parked in B2, but there’s no lift access to B2, so you have to walk to the ground floor to use the lift. Suggestions for Improvement: Make the swimming pool temperature-controlled for year-round usability. Provide better access to B2 parking or reconsider the arrangement. Improve the quality of the Nepal Thali.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Ramada Encore de Thamel. No me equivoqué al volver a elegirlo. Absolutamente todo es excelente: el personal, la habitación, el desayuno (¡madre mía, buenísimo!), la ubicación, la amabilidad de cada empleado, desde el primer momento. Un reconocimiento especial a Nikhil de recepción, cuyo servicio y apoyo, con una sonrisa sincera, es tan reconfortante como el sol en una mañana de principios de otoño. Y al personal y los terapeutas del spa, donde recibí un par de masajes magníficos. Katmandú es una ciudad hermosa, pero a la vez ajetreada. Thamel aún más, así que tener este oasis al que volver después de un largo día de paseo o senderismo es algo que atesoro. En mi caso, esto es aún más significativo, ya que dejé todas mis cosas para ir de excursión al Himalaya durante varios días y volví al hotel con la certeza de que me recibirían con gusto y de verdad. Una vez más, no me equivoqué. Gracias por marcar la diferencia y por comprender el significado de la palabra servicio. Got discount price from trip.com ,Excellent service and breakfast was included in it which we love it and would like to book again in future, didn’t got time to explore more . I would suggest management could do better for bike parking as we travel by bike and we could not find the shade and things got wet in my bike due to rain .

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del barrio de Thamel. Está cerca de la zona, pero es tranquilo y silencioso. Nos ofrecieron bebidas calientes al registrarnos, lo cual fue perfecto para un cálido día de invierno. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila, y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecernos un pastel. El servicio de lavandería también fue muy práctico y eficiente. Todo el personal fue muy servicial. El tío, que estaba ocupado con nuestro equipaje, nos ayudó a identificar nuestras matrículas (ya que aquí las matrículas son en números arábigos), y el joven de recepción nos ayudó a reservar los billetes de autobús.

El hotel es un hotel de estilo tradicional, con un estilo tradicional y todo se siente nuevo y limpio. El desayuno fue un gran comienzo al día, con una gran variedad de opciones, incluyendo jugos frescos, té, café, frutas, tostadas, queso y pasteles deliciosos. ¡El hotel se ha desplazado a la estación de viajes de la ciudad, y se ha vuelto a la base de Everest con ellos, y se ha vuelto la mejor decisión! No sólo nos ofrecieron el precio más competitivo en comparación con todas las demás agencias de viajes que comprobamos, sino que nuestro guía, Ram Bhandari (que también es un miembro del personal del hotel), fue realmente excelente. El hotel es un hotel muy bueno para todos los viajeros, y no se puede decepcionar con el hotel.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

The food is excellent, the hospitality is great, and the hotel is very quiet and clean; it's a fantastic place to stay.

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10
