I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡

Overall, decent stay. You can't beat the location. It is only about 15-20 minute walk from the train station, or about 5-10 min car ride. It's right in front of the two bridges and you can see it perfectly from your room if you book that type of room. Unfortunately, it is an old property and it shows. The carpet is ancient and I question how often, if at all, they deep clean the carpets. As with every hotel in China, there's a lingering smell of smoking in the hallways, but I didn't notice any smell in my room. The room has an ashtray which is interesting in a non smoking room. The air conditioning is old but works fine. The bathroom is rather big which is nice.

Centrally located. Lots of seafood restaurants nearby serving quality seafood dishes at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Pasé una noche en este extraordinario hotel. Al principio, me sentí un poco preocupado al no encontrar la recepción en la planta principal, pero unos minutos después, una amable y servicial empleada me atendió. Me acompañó a mi habitación, me explicó todos los servicios y me permitió disfrutar de la espaciosa y cómoda habitación con una vista inigualable. Al día siguiente, después de correr el Maratón de Dalian, estaba completamente agotado. Para mi sorpresa, la misma amable señora consiguió que extendiera mi estancia dos horas e incluso me ayudó personalmente a conseguir un taxi. Estoy realmente agradecido por su excepcional hospitalidad. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

I have a strictly analytical view of my stay here. In terms of hardware and aesthetics, this homestay is impeccable. The location is strategic (near Shenyang North Station and the subway), and the room itself is well-appointed. It has everything a traveler needs, including a washing machine—a significant plus point—and offers a beautiful night view of the city. Visually, the space is excellent. However, the experience was severely impacted by a critical structural flaw: the lack of soundproofing. The walls appear to offer zero acoustic isolation. Throughout my stay, I was constantly aware of the neighbors—upstairs, beside, left, and right every night with different groups. The noise from excited tourists chatting loudly penetrated the room easily, making it difficult to find quiet or rest. While I appreciate the design and utility of the room, the inability to control the auditory environment makes it hard to recommend for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful retreat. It is a beautiful room, but unfortunately, it is not a quiet one.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is right on Middle Street and I could see the pedestrian street directly from my room window. Rooms are modern, spotless, and the bed was fantastic. Staff are warm and helpful, breakfast is excellent, and extras like free laundry and robot delivery made it even better. Parking can get busy, but the hotel staff helped right away and we could stop in front of the stairs. Highly recommended!

Lo que más me sorprendió fue el café especial del hotel. El lobby estaba impregnado de un aroma intenso a café, y al llegar, pedir uno disipó instantáneamente la fatiga del viaje. La habitación era tranquila y cómoda, con un colchón de presión cero que permitía un sueño reparador. Por la mañana, preparar una taza de café me llenó de energía para empezar el día. Desde la comodidad de la ubicación hasta la originalidad del café y su excelente relación calidad-precio, todo fue satisfactorio. La próxima vez que venga, volveré a elegirlo.
