A mi me gusta este hotel , es la segunda vez q me quedo ahí por la atención maravillosa , amo el robot q me lleva la comida a la habitación lo céntrico q queda de Dalian bureau para hacer visa los extranjeros y que tengo el WeChat del hotel que por ahí me informan cualquier cosa y evitamos el problema del idioma . Solo que esta vez el precio fue más elevado que mi estancia anterior q era solo 70 ¥ y ahora fueron más de 200 ¥

Desde nuestra habitación teníamos las mejores vistas del río Yalu, el Puente Roto y el Puente de la Amistad, y podíamos ver Corea del Norte con binoculares. Los binoculares en la habitación fueron un detalle muy útil.
El Sr. Huang Rui, de recepción, fue muy amable. Nos ayudó con el transporte y nos recomendó restaurantes, y estuvo pendiente de nosotros de vez en cuando.
La habitación era cómoda, pero el baño era muy pequeño y estaba congestionado. Sin embargo, las impresionantes vistas lo compensaban. Así que no tengo ninguna queja. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel. The location is simply unbeatable, situated right by the sea, offering breathtaking views that you can enjoy from your room. Waking up to the the sight of the sun rising over the horizon was a truly magical experience.
The service was outstanding. The staff ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable! They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request, making me feel like a valued guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Dalian!

Location was really good, less than 30 seconds from the subway station and the main shopping street
Staffs were helpful, and the check out time was 2pm which was very impressive
Room was spacious enough for 1-2 pax, no big problem. However, I’m not sure if it was because of the room type from my booking , the room assigned for me was at the 5th floor, no view at all though there was windows; also, there was no refrigerator in the room
Other than these two points, was satisfied with the stay

La habitación del hotel está limpia. La cama es cómoda. Todo parecía nuevo. Súper agradable y cómodo. Un hotel un poco retirado no proporcionaba pijamas desechables. No los encontré en ninguna parte de la habitación. Pensé que ahora era algo habitual en todos los hoteles. El personal de recepción parecía correcto, salvo algunos que no fueron muy serviciales. Probablemente no estaban bien informados. La ubicación del hotel no es buena. Está lejos de la estación de tren y, sobre todo, de la estación de metro. Como soy un viajero con poco presupuesto, dependo mucho del metro o del autobús público para desplazarme y integrarme en la vida local, y no me resulta cómodo para hacer turismo y otras actividades.

I stayed at the Dandong Dihao Business Hotel and everything was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and available.
What really stood out was when I got sick during my stay and unfortunately made quite a mess in the room. I was embarrassed, but the staff were absolutely wonderful about it. They showed genuine concern for my health, checked on me, and took care of me with real kindness. They cleaned the entire room thoroughly without making me feel bad about it for even a second.

Este es uno de los mejores hoteles de valor y dinero que he estado en China.
Si no te importan los muebles de edad ligeramente mayor, esto es una gran opción y definitivamente vale la pena considerar.
Lo que me gustaba:
• La ubicación es muy buena, con muchos centros comerciales cercanos, incluyendo Walmart.
• A pesar del precio asequible, el hotel sigue ofreciendo servicios de concierge estándar como el envío de equipaje y frutas de bienvenida, que fue un buen toque.
• El nivel de servicio global superó las expectativas para el punto de precio.
Consejos:
• Si su reserva no incluye desayuno, puede querer comprobar con el escritorio frontal puede estar en para una agradable sorpresa.
• Para el acceso al metro, preferí utilizar la estación Taiyuanjie en lugar de la estación Shenyang, ya que se sentía más conveniente.
En general, una gran opción con un buen servicio y una excelente ubicación.

UUsuario anónimoThis establishment is located in an apartment building. It is not exactly a hotel but an apartment for rent. It is located about 6-7 minutes walk to the beach and it’s very close to Wanda Hotel. Going to this place from Bayuquan train station only takes 10 mins and the taxi cost is less than 10rmb. There are many taxis in front of Bayuquan train station exit so it is easy to get to the apartment.
The main receiving area of this apartment is on the third floor of another apartment building. When we got there, one of their staff immediately took us to another apartment building where our room was. The check in with our passports was unnecessary. It was easy and convenient.
Since it was an apartment, I did not have a really high expectation when it comes to the design of the place. Below is the summary of my review:
Good stuff:
1. Very beautiful view: Our room was the best in all the room options, according to the owner. The management upgraded our room. We got 180 degrees view of the sea. Below us was the view of the hot spring next door. There were no obstacles for the view. We saw everything in the horizon!
2. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful
3. The location is near the beach. 6-7 mins walk
4. The room was spacious with all the basic and necessary things. However, I did not expect to use disposable towels.
5. The room has a small kitchen with an induction cooker and a steamer. Ideal for a family with infants or toddlers.
6. Easy to get to by taxi
7. The bed was comfortable. They have a soft yellow blanket that my baby liked.
8. There are many restaurants by the sea serving seafood, barbecue and dongbei food.
9. You could easily rent umbrellas if you want to hang out by the sea. For a simple umbrella with a table and some stools, 200 for the whole day.
10. There is a small amusement park by the sea. A square with fun things to do. Fireworks at night and there are many other water activities you can do during the day time. It won’t be too boring.
11. The place is famous for digging in the sand, catching some crabs or collecting shells on low tide.
12. It could get pretty crowded around summer but it’s normal for a tourist spot.
13. The apartment is near a hotspring. Paid separately. Must book in advance.
Things for improvement:
1. The room could be a little cleaner. The drinking glasses were not properly washed
2. I could tell they only cleaned the bathroom floors but did not scrub the corners of the walls. Some dirt accumulated there. Could do better when it comes to cleaning.
3. Disposable towels were okay but real towels are a lot better for drying.
4. The bathroom is way too small. The door blocked the way in the bathroom and I hurt myself as I moved around since the distance between the sink and the door was so small. I am already a small person and this space is too small for me.
5. There was a weird smell that was coming out from the bathroom. It could be from the pipes. The management should check and maintain this place so there would be no weird smell in the future.
6. There are restaurants downstairs but the options are limited to only the things I mentioned above.
General take on Bayuquan:
It is a good place for a weekend getaway but it is not a well developed place to go looking for a good cafe to chill and hang out nor a place to find KFC or McDonald’s. There are many buildings that were closed due to inactivity or maybe buildings that were built but never used. Anyway, it can look better and do better if Bayuquan will improve its infrastructures like the walk ways, small parks and malls. It is a small, quiet city near a beach. If you are looking for a weekend getaway near a beach, this is one of the places to go to. You can go swimming but the water is not very clear. Staying for a day or two would be good enough.

Una estancia cálida e inolvidable en el Conrad Shenyang Durante nuestra estancia en el Conrad Shenyang, el excepcional servicio nos impresionó profundamente. Si bien la ubicación, las instalaciones y las impresionantes vistas del hotel son fantásticas, fue la atención personalizada del personal lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera inolvidable. Cuando mi hija enfermó y no desayunó, el gerente de la división de habitaciones, Robert, tuvo la amabilidad de reservarle pan. El gerente de atención al cliente de recepción nos ayudó a conseguir medicamentos e incluso coordinó con el restaurante la preparación de gachas de mijo fuera del horario habitual. Un agradecimiento especial al gerente de atención al cliente nocturno, Tom, y a su equipo, quienes se desvivieron por ayudarnos con un asunto urgente relacionado con el gobierno local. Su atención nos hizo sentir como en casa, como chinos residentes en el extranjero. Esta maravillosa experiencia ha profundizado nuestro amor por China. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendamos ampliamente el Conrad Shenyang a todos los viajeros.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado justo al lado del metro, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. Nos alojamos en una habitación ejecutiva, que era espaciosa, luminosa y con vistas excelentes. La ropa de cama era cómoda, ni demasiado blanda ni demasiado dura, lo que ayudó a aliviar la fatiga del viaje. El personal de recepción que nos hizo el check-in fue muy atento, se tomó la molestia de ayudarnos a cambiar de habitación, ¡y por eso quiero expresar mi agradecimiento! Lástima que no sé su nombre 🌝. El servicio del lounge ejecutivo fue atento y la variedad de comida excelente. ¡Gracias, Fiona y Amy! Finalmente, un agradecimiento especial a Vivien del Centro de Atención al Huésped por su amable ayuda. Olvidé algunas pertenencias en la habitación después del check-out y ella me ayudó activamente a encontrarlas y me las envió por correo. ¡Gracias de nuevo! 🌹🌹🌹 La próxima vez que venga a Dalian, volveré a elegir el Intercontinental.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

Después de su estadía, puede cambiar directamente el billete al primer piso en el área de la cuna. Después de su estadía, hay un administrador de habitaciones especiales que recibe y sirve. Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

¡Este hotel nos pareció extremadamente agradable! Gran parte del personal hablaba inglés y no hubo estrés para comunicar lo que necesitábamos. El interior y el exterior son hermosos. Los buffets de desayuno y cena eran muy sabrosos. ¡El mejor desayuno buffet que hemos tenido en China hasta ahora! La única mejora sería el olor de la ropa de cama de la habitación. Olía un poco a polvo.
