A mi me gusta este hotel , es la segunda vez q me quedo ahí por la atención maravillosa , amo el robot q me lleva la comida a la habitación lo céntrico q queda de Dalian bureau para hacer visa los extranjeros y que tengo el WeChat del hotel que por ahí me informan cualquier cosa y evitamos el problema del idioma . Solo que esta vez el precio fue más elevado que mi estancia anterior q era solo 70 ¥ y ahora fueron más de 200 ¥

Lo que más me sorprendió fue el café especial del hotel. El lobby estaba impregnado de un aroma intenso a café, y al llegar, pedir uno disipó instantáneamente la fatiga del viaje. La habitación era tranquila y cómoda, con un colchón de presión cero que permitía un sueño reparador. Por la mañana, preparar una taza de café me llenó de energía para empezar el día. Desde la comodidad de la ubicación hasta la originalidad del café y su excelente relación calidad-precio, todo fue satisfactorio. La próxima vez que venga, volveré a elegirlo.

The Zhonglian Hotel is one of the best-located hotels in Dandong, sitting right on the Yalu River with direct views of the Broken Bridge and even across to North Korea. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the vintage décor gives an old-time atmosphere that makes the stay unique. Breakfast is available with both Chinese and some Western choices, though the variety could be improved . Staff are polite and helpful, and the riverside location makes it easy to enjoy evening walks or explore nearby restaurants.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Waking up to a beautiful view from the room was a highlight, and the service was outstanding throughout my visit. The staff made me feel very welcome, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

El hotel está situado a un paseo de la calle comercial y el subterráneo 5-minute, y está a poca distancia de la estación de ferrocarril Shenyang. El interior tenía un estilo clásico de hotel con tonos calientes y mudos. A un precio de 400–500 CNY, consideré que este alojamiento es un buen negocio.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

CCameo19La marina es un pequeño taxi de corta duración 10-15. Este hotel es como un antiguo hotel de estilo chino, es de gran tamaño y se mantiene en una buena condición, pero se reúne con muebles de madera oscura y no en consonancia con la alta expectativa de un Intercontinental, especialmente en comparación con otras ciudades. La habitación tiene un olor extraño, y la distribución del desayuno es limitada, incluso en el salón del club. En el positivo, la sala ejecutiva es un buen tamaño, el baño es enorme, la ducha es poderosa, la condición está bien, la cama y las galletas son cómodas, no hay máquina de café, pero el acceso gratuito al salón con té de la tarde en los dos días y la hora feliz donde se sirve comida . La piscina es grande y hasta 1.8m profunda. El precio es relativamente bueno, así que en general fue agradable. Gracias también a Grace que me dio un cheque tarde y un magneto. Espero que reconstruyan el hotel pronto, ya que podría ser mejor, a través de él no es tan malo éter.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests. Thank you for the spacious room.

CclorafuEste hotel es un punto de referencia en Dalian, muy cerca de la Plaza Xinghai, a poca distancia a pie. Ofrecen un servicio de transporte entre el hotel y el pie de la montaña. Dansey, el mayordomo, añadió mi WeChat el día anterior para preguntar mi hora de llegada y mis preferencias de habitación, y me ascendió la habitación. Después del check-in, el mayordomo vio que a los niños les interesaban los postres del bar del vestíbulo y nos trajo algunos a la habitación. Los niños estaban encantados. La habitación tiene un cierto encanto de antaño, pero es el tipo de hotel que es antiguo pero no está deteriorado. Cada vez tiene más una sensación de historia, como esos hoteles centenarios de Europa que se transmiten de generación en generación. Desde la ventana del hotel se ve la Plaza Xinghai, que es preciosa. Como miembro de Marriott, nos regalaron un desayuno extra para los niños, y el desayuno era bastante variado. ¡Muchas gracias a Dansey por su servicio cálido y atento!

UUsuario invitadoИз плюсов: близко к аэропорту. Останавливались на транзите, поэтому решили не ехать далеко + фото отеля очень привлекли И в действительности номер был очень хорош. Есть все удобства, уютный свет, телевизор и чистота. До отеля и обратно есть трансфер, приятный мужчина, который и с чемоданами поможет тоже. Утром водитель так же был ко времени и всё прошло быстро без проблем Из минусов: персонал совсем не говорит по-английски, объяснить что-то базовое нужно по переводчику, в целом это не сложно, но так как место находится недалеко от аэропорта мы думали, что будет иначе. По поводу трансфера нужно было звонить по прилёту и договариваться и это тоже оказалось большим квестом для нас и для сотрудников. Но сами сотрудники несмотря на это очень милые и доброжелательные Главный минус: очень сильно пахнет сигаретами, в номере тоже было невозможно находиться в какой-то момент. В отеле можно курить, но мы выбирали функцию удалить запах сигарет, но видимо из-за тонких стен он буквально везде. На улице тоже стоит неприятный запах гари и какой-то смог. В ближайшем магазинчике тоже было сильно накурено. Для тех, кто плохо переносит плохие запахи этот район и место НЕ подходит. Мы прогуливались и у других отелей так же был этот запах гари (видимо по всему райончику), как там внутри сказать не могу

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations. The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled. The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.
