Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y nos recibieron con mucho cariño. El personal es muy amable y los masajes son excelentes. El desayuno está bien (he probado mejores en Filipinas), pero aun así está delicioso. Lo que no entiendo bien es por qué las puertas del baño se abren hacia adentro. Es tan pequeño que es difícil llegar al baño.

It's unclear who came up with the idea of building a hostel inside a restaurant. The doors and walls are made of OSB, so the rooms constantly smell of food. There's always noise outside, so you can only rest when the restaurant isn't open. While hostel guests try to maintain silence during the day and especially in the evening, the restaurant and hostel staff simply don't care, and they can talk loudly until midnight. The girl who works the reception desk in the evening is incredibly stupid; she can't understand or answer even a basic question. Also, two days before my departure, I asked for an airport transfer, and even though it was 50 pesos more expensive than the tricycles outside, I agreed because I wanted to be sure they would definitely pick me up since I was booking a tricycle from the hostel. I reminded them of this request the evening before my departure; I was leaving early in the morning. In the end, no tricycle arrived; the night manager said, ”Tricycle not available.” WHAT??? I ended up having to catch a tricycle in the dark on the road because I had no idea how long it would have taken if I'd called one through an app. The hostel itself isn't bad, but the staff's lackadaisical attitude immediately lowers my rating.

El personal es sin duda el punto fuerte del complejo, siempre sonriente y siempre servicial. Piscina con vista al mar y desayuno con vista. Desayuno buffet variado. Habitación moderna, espaciosa y limpia. Es posible reservar diversas excursiones e incluso la scooter en el establecimiento. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.

Me gusta mucho este hotel. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí. Volveríamos encantados. Es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad y al puerto; siempre hay triciclos disponibles en el hotel. Cuesta 40 pesos por persona. Lamentablemente, no hay ninguna tienda cerca donde se puedan comprar cosas pequeñas (galletas, limonada, cerveza, etc.). Los desayunos cuestan 500 pesos y hay una buena selección. La comida del restaurante es de 4 estrellas. No me gustaron mucho las ensaladas. Reservamos las excursiones a través del hotel. Es muy práctico que te recojan y te dejen directamente en el hotel. El pago se realiza después de la excursión, lo que significa que puedes cancelarla si hace mal tiempo.

Nos alojamos en este hostal tres días y elegimos dos habitaciones con literas y baño privado. Una cama nos bastó, pero usamos la otra como estantería. El espacio de almacenamiento era limitado. Por lo demás, todo estuvo genial y siempre había agua caliente. Los jardines del hotel están limpios y muy verdes. Se encuentran cerca de la calle principal, así que siempre íbamos andando. El desayuno buffet es fresco y delicioso, con tortillas, fruta y gachas de avena. El personal es amable.

Her professionalism and helpful attitude made a huge difference in our experience. 6. Spacious & Beautiful Room: Our room was perfect! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and it truly felt like a luxury escape. 7. Incredible Amenities: The resort offers so many fantastic amenities! We had the choice of three swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous views. The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. Overall Experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort’s incredible service, beautiful facilities, and welcoming staff made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, and it’s all thanks to Astoria Resort Palawan. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and luxury escape in Palawan! I recommend this hotel! The staff is very nice; they let us check-in early to have a rest because we slept at the Airport last night due to the flight being canceled. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom, and I love it when it has a hairdryer. I also love how nice the interior of the hotel is, as well as the breakfast buffet, which is so good. And what I love the most is their swimming pool. I can relax the whole day with books on it. Lastly, when we check-out, there is a free shuttle service, and the staff is very nice to help us book it. I will book this again for sure!

Espectacular atención , comida deliciosa , súper bien ubicado , muy cerca al aeropuerto, instalaciones aseadas , piscinas limpias , camas cómodas y limpias cuartos espaciosos , 10/10 en la cocina y en la atención. Lo amamos

En general, me gusta este hotel, ya que el personal es útil y amable para hacer que mi estancia sea memorable. El hotel dispone de una agradable habitación con balcón y vistas al mar para una estancia relajada.
