I recently stayed at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located on Denarau Island, with stunning beachfront views, spacious rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, especially for families, and the beachfront setting provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Fijian atmosphere. The food and beverage options were good, with a variety of choices available. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the resort’s restaurants offered beautiful views, particularly during sunset. Overall, Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is an excellent destination for both families and couples looking for a relaxing island getaway. I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

Radisson is our goto hotel everything I am in denarau. However this year I wanted to explore a bit of other hotels in denarau and booked Hilton however the hotel was rundown and dirty so we checked out on the same day as checkin and came fo stay at Radisson as we knew it’ll have the cleanliness and services we needed for our family especially for our child of 2 years. The hotel is amazing and so are the staff. Thank you Radisson for your service and we will continue being there anytime we are in Fiji

A pocos pasos del aeropuerto de Nadi, pero es un gran resort cuando se encuentra en R&R. Si no se va a realizar actividades o visitar la ciudad, entonces debería considerar conseguir el paquete de alimentos incluyente, ya que los alimentos en el sitio es caro de todos modos.

Quite place away from the crowds and busy centre. The resort is near the beach, which has very clear sea water. The waves are blocked by the coral reef, so the water stays calm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but a change of menu, at least once a week would be great.

I loved the luxurious lobby and our room with a beautiful pool view. The beach at night is stunning, especially with the fire decorations. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the food is also good. However, there were some issues. We called twice for extra towels and to replace a dirty vanity kit in our room, but no one came. Some staff also seemed to take advantage of travelers. For example, we had to wait a long time to get a refund for a drink we bought at the pool bar and could only receive it after repeatedly asking. Additionally, we tried to book an early morning taxi to the airport, but the staff claimed it wasn’t possible because taxis weren’t available at that time. Later, we saw a taxi at the hotel front dropping off a passenger. The staff then quickly came out to say she can book one now. Overall, while the property and amenities are lovely, service issues affected our experience.

Tokatoka fue una excelente opción para mí como cliente en tránsito por Fiyi gracias a su ubicación ideal respecto al aeropuerto. Usé la aplicación trip.com para reservar en línea con una buena oferta justo minutos antes de disfrutar de un paseo de 10 minutos desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Nadi hasta el resort. Me recibieron con un zumo de naranja fresco mientras esperaba para registrarme en el mostrador. No tuve tiempo de visitar todo el resort porque estaba cansado del viaje, pero mis observaciones y primeras impresiones de Tokatoka son las siguientes: 1. Ubicación ideal respecto al aeropuerto (a poca distancia a pie). 2. Personal muy amable con excelente servicio al cliente. 3. Traslado gratuito al aeropuerto. 4. La habitación podría estar mejor decorada (#114). 5. Lo más destacado: Excelente restaurante y bar con un diseño de piscina espectacular. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles, lo cual es una ventaja. Calificación general: 4,5/5 🙏🏼🇵🇬

This resort offers everything you can hope for; comfort, cleanliness and superb facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the air-conditioning is rather noisy. Numerous restaurants on site makes you spoilt for choice, but they are rather pricey. However, the friendly staff are what makes this resort five star, they really are superb.
