Absolutely magnificent hotel! Staff were very helpful, tending to any and every need. Rooms are clean and spacious. And big plus point is that it is connected to the Annapoorna restaurant, a must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Can't wait to be back.
As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!
Location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Very close to Amman temple and the accessibility is also amazing. Cleanliness is supreme. Also the restaurant inside this hotel is just amazing.
Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva pero el gerente muy atento y preocupado por la situación ayudó a solventarlo rápidamente. Habitación podría mejorar, algo obsoleta.

I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet.
Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends.
The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!
I stayed at this hotel yesterday as well. However, this time I faced an issue with the Wi-Fi service. I booked the room from 12:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day, but the Wi-Fi password provided was only valid for a few hours. After some time, when I tried to reconnect, it showed that the Wi-Fi password had expired. The hotel should provide valid Wi-Fi access for the entire stay duration.
Очень понравилось! Красивое гармоничное место, нет шума транспорта и людей. Получилось действительно расслабиться и с удовольствием отдохнуть. Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.
Great hotel and super friendly staffs. Good location. The only downside for foreigner is, we need to specially request for power adapter/extension if we didn't bring one as the power socket in the room is India version (Type D)
El ventilador del aire acondicionado de la habitación en la que me alojé soltaba un olor acre la tercera noche. Tuvimos que rociar perfumes y spray ambiental por todas partes para dominar el olor acre.
Toallas reducidas de 2 toallas a 1 toalla a partir del día 2.
No se reponían geles de ducha ni champú.
El contenedor de basura del baño no se recogió desde el día 2 hasta que hicimos el check out.
La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación se sigue estropeando, por lo que todos los días debemos reemplazarla por otras nuevas.

SSUHAIL VAIKILERIVery poor customer service from the hospitality team, we stayed in premium room with balcony , which was a building at the end. And we booked to rooms one for myself and one for my parents. My mother can’t walk too much and I am having a 1year old daughter too. So whenever we request for buggy to go to the restaurant or the reception or the indoor game are , the staffs we ride and saying we will come in 5minutes but my mother waited for 30minutes , the next day for breakfast when we asked the staff he said it’s just a slight slope, so you can walk through these rear stairs, which felt me very disappointed and especially a brand like sterling should look into this and when I called reception for the hot water, they said they will send it but I didn’t get. So the next day we booked GRT Kodaika Al, which was really good and especially the team, because we are actually coming for an holiday with our family, and when the hospitality team ruins it, we never trust such hotel chain brands.

UUsuario invitadoI booked for 1 night stay the stay was good. The rooms was really clean and the room service did a good job. I paid for 1 night(1 room ,3 people stay). For that price, I feel the service is not that great(It was okey, but overpriced). For 3000 per night it would have been a great deal.
The negative part is the restaurant. They have both an AC and NonAc restaurant. I used the AC one. Thruth be told they don't know how to manage a restaurant. I can understand the delay if there are many people present at a time, but when I was having dinner, there was not that much rush, still the delay was toomuch. 1 had 2 Dosas initially, it came fast. They I ordered 2 more, and waited for it for more than 15 min, after the time they said I had to wait more time. So I cancelled it second order.
Hire some good staff who know how to mange a restaurant.
The above scenario was same for the breakfast in the morning as well.
The restaurant prices are also unjustifiable compared to the service. If the service was great, the i am okey to pay, but not in this case.
UUsuario invitadoIt's a good stay but far from the city. It's a function hall with rooms. During non season they run it has hotel rooms with no food and other facilities. Rooms are good but don't expect hotel services. Arrange your own food here. Just staying to travel to the next tourist place is fine

No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room.
You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy.
Apart from that nice chill place .!!

Ttravel loverr첸나이 시내에서 멀지 않으면서도 여행 온 것 같은 풍경에 기분전환이 되어서 종종 가는 곳이에요. 친구 가족들과 여러 가족이 함께 와서 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요 5성 치고는 풀사이드 바가 빈약한게 흠이고, 수영장은 사람이 붐비는 시간 제외하고는 놀기 괜찮아요. 침대도 좋고, 몇몇 아주 똑똑한 직원들이 있어서 그들에게 응대를 받으면 지연되지 않아 좋아요. 다만 식당이 너무 적어서 선택의 여지가 없고, 메인 조식당은 언제나 인디안 음식 위주라 월드 체인 5성급인데도, 외국인으로서는 먹을게 별로 없는게 단점이요.
