Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Hotel was very nice, right in the heart of Haram. Easiest access to main King Abdulaziz Gate is through the clock tower shopping centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety of breakfast. Note, due to the size of the hotel, to get to the restaurant and pray room, allow yourself plenty of time. Overall, great hotel. Made wonderful memories!

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Pullman ZamZam Makkah. Su ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente de la puerta de la Mezquita Sagrada (Masjid Al Haram), lo que facilitó enormemente la realización de la Umrah y la asistencia a las oraciones diarias. Tuve la suerte de conseguir una habitación con una hermosa vista parcial de la Mezquita Sagrada, lo que añadió un toque espiritual especial a mi estancia. Otro punto a destacar fue el bufé del sahur: la selección era enorme y de alta calidad, desde deliciosos platos principales y aperitivos hasta una gran variedad de postres. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y la mejor ubicación cerca de la Mezquita Sagrada.

Fue una buena estadía con mi familia. Muy cerca del Haram y hay un centro comercial que conecta con el hotel. Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones limpias pero el servicio fue lento. Muy recomendable.

The property is Gorgeous and great location amazing hospitality from front desk staff to house keeping and room service. Very welcoming and helpful people Rooms are sound proof. You don’t hear anything the silence was extremely peaceful. The beds and amenities were amazing too. Very comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus definitely. I do suggest keeping some outdoor furniture there

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Excelente hotel con todas las comodidades. Gimnasio bien equipado y una piscina de buen tamaño. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El único inconveniente es que la piscina cierra a las 18:00. En mi opinión, debería abrir un poco más tarde debido al calor que hace afuera, especialmente en los meses más calurosos.

Pros. Easy walk to gate 79. Less congested that clock tower area. The advantage to the stay was having pretty large room! The 2 queen beds are relatively big enough and they added an extra bed for my teenage girl. Convenience. Ratio cafe downstairs can be hyped for. The pistachio latte is a must have. Romansiah restaurant also in the building. A must have when you’re here. Close walk to Dawood. Food selection need to be improved both bf and dinner. If you’re particular abt food, Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar serves better spread and standard. Staff checkedin didn’t inform the 2 different restaurants for both bf and dinner G floor and M floor. Apparently we were directed wrongly by them assuming we are group agency and the food was low quality 3 star standard. Then went around asking but found out we were directed wrongly by the front desk. Range was bit better but still need improvement for a 5 star hotel. I think the major improvement the hotel has to do is change the bath towels!! They are so overly worn off and overly used and looked like it’s been used to clean the floors. Pls use fluffy maintained towels. It’s the highlight of quality for amenities. The drainage also slow and tend to choke up. 7 nights isn’t the best there but the space is good.
