We stayed one night at Kunming Huagu Hotel during a transit flight and were truly impressed. The hotel is very inexpensive compared to the quality and service provided, which is the best reason to choose this property. We were a group of 16 people staying in 11 rooms, and everything was handled smoothly. In the evening, when we requested transportation from the hotel to Nanping Street, the staff quickly arranged two shuttle buses at a very reasonable cost, which was extremely helpful and well-organized. They also provide free Airport shuttle bus service which is very helpful too. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The service was prompt, polite, and professional throughout our stay. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the main city and tourist attractions, but considering the price, cleanliness, and excellent service, this is easily acceptable—especially for transit or short stays. Overall, great value for money and a reliable choice in Kunming. We would definitely consider staying here again. 👍

Instalaciones: Nuevas, fáciles de usar. Higiene: Limpio y ordenado. Ambiente: Excelente ubicación, piso alto, lo que permite un buen descanso por la noche. Justo al bajar está la calle comercial y la calle antigua. Servicio: Muy bueno. Sugerencia: Al hacer el check-in, deberían informar a los huéspedes que la calle antigua de Kunming está al norte. Como no investigué bien, ¡no me di cuenta lo cerca que estaba el primer día, jajaja!

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Llegamos de noche y el hotel tenía un coche para recogernos, ¡lo cual fue muy conveniente! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, ¡un lugar agradable! Aunque está muy cerca del aeropuerto, no es demasiado ruidoso.

The hotel is quite new very clean, location is ideal for us, we catch the train so easy, very convenient, nearby has many eateries which provides delicious local food, many convenient stores around too, few minutes walk there is a big shopping mall, the receptionists all of them were very humble, services provided were good, with smiling faces all the time, so close to the Kunming railway station south station, few minutes by train and very affordable price.will definitely recommend friends to stay.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. Llegué al aeropuerto tarde por la noche y había reservado un servicio de recogida. Cuando llegué al punto indicado, probablemente ya había salido un coche, así que esperé un rato. Había puestos de aperitivos en el vestíbulo del hotel, así que subí rápidamente a lavarme y a dormir. La habitación estaba cerca del ascensor, así que la insonorización era decente; un poco de ruido no era un gran problema. El hecho de que la habitación estuviera totalmente automatizada fue una verdadera ventaja. Para desayunar, bajé, doblé la esquina y bajé al hotel. La selección no era muy amplia, pero fue suficiente para saciarme. Antes de irme, reservé hora con antelación para que el hotel nos llevara a la estación de metro. ¡Fue muy práctico!

Had a very pleasant stay at IU. It is located within a complex that houses an umbrella of accommodation options on different floors. At $17 USD for my stay, it makes even SEA accommodation prices look excessive. I arrived at the airport pretty late into the night and just wanted a place to shower and rest before moving to a hotel closer to the city. The room was rather new and generally clean (some small hairs, which I am generally unfazed by and even expect it at this price). The front staff offered me a free breakfast voucher and the other staff from the workers serving breakfast to the housekeeping crew were all very kind. They also offer free drop off and pickup although I do not use it. Checkout was very efficient and fast. There is a great Puer style restaurant up the road with unique offerings that’s also worth a try. (Please excuse the photo quality, I had to take a screenshot from a video I had take since I was mostly resting and didn’t take any photos).

El Kunning Jiangye Resort tiene una excelente ubicación. En este viaje familiar, éramos tres adultos y un niño. Después de aterrizar en Kunming y descansar una noche, teníamos planeado conducir hasta las montañas Ailao y Xishuangbanna. Por eso, para la primera noche, buscamos un hotel tranquilo, no muy concurrido, donde además pudiéramos pasear un poco por la mañana. El Jiangye Resort es muy tranquilo, tiene su propio estacionamiento subterráneo, una piscina cubierta climatizada y aguas termales al aire libre. La habitación es tipo loft, con dos pisos y ventanas del suelo al techo, lo que nos permitió a toda la familia alojarnos juntos muy contentos. Justo al salir del hotel, cruzando la calle, se encuentra el Parque Daguan. El hotel incluso proporciona pan para alimentar a las gaviotas. Por la mañana, paseamos por el parque y alimentamos a las gaviotas, fue muy divertido. El hotel tiene una piscina cubierta climatizada, y el niño fue a nadar temprano. También hay aguas termales al aire libre. El desayuno del hotel es estándar, con pan, fruta, fideos de arroz recién cocinados y platos calientes. La recepcionista fue muy amable; al saber que iba a salir a comprar agua, me dio unas botellas extra, lo que me ahorró mucho tiempo. En resumen, es un hotel muy bueno.

¡Muy bien! Primero, la ubicación es excelente, a solo una parada de metro de la estación de Kunming. Después de salir de la estación de metro, caminas unos 400 metros y llegas. Creo que es similar a cadenas como Hanting en cuanto a instalaciones, está muy limpio y la habitación tiene control inteligente, lo cual es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, la habitación en general no es muy grande. Creo que es ideal para alojarse aquí si pasas un día en Kunming. También está muy cerca de Kunming Old Street, a poco más de un kilómetro en taxi. Eso sí, el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno, pero el hotel ofrece tapones para los oídos y ¡hasta me regalaron una pulsera, qué alegría! 🥳
