We stayed one night at Kunming Huagu Hotel during a transit flight and were truly impressed. The hotel is very inexpensive compared to the quality and service provided, which is the best reason to choose this property. We were a group of 16 people staying in 11 rooms, and everything was handled smoothly. In the evening, when we requested transportation from the hotel to Nanping Street, the staff quickly arranged two shuttle buses at a very reasonable cost, which was extremely helpful and well-organized. They also provide free Airport shuttle bus service which is very helpful too. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The service was prompt, polite, and professional throughout our stay. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the main city and tourist attractions, but considering the price, cleanliness, and excellent service, this is easily acceptable—especially for transit or short stays. Overall, great value for money and a reliable choice in Kunming. We would definitely consider staying here again. 👍

Instalaciones: Nuevas, fáciles de usar. Higiene: Limpio y ordenado. Ambiente: Excelente ubicación, piso alto, lo que permite un buen descanso por la noche. Justo al bajar está la calle comercial y la calle antigua. Servicio: Muy bueno. Sugerencia: Al hacer el check-in, deberían informar a los huéspedes que la calle antigua de Kunming está al norte. Como no investigué bien, ¡no me di cuenta lo cerca que estaba el primer día, jajaja!

Como tenía que hacer transbordo, elegí quedarme en un hotel. Hay un autobús lanzadera que sale cada 5 a 10 minutos. Comienza a las 5:00 como muy pronto, está a 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y el precio es mucho más económico que en todas las estaciones. Las instalaciones del hotel son relativamente antiguas. La puerta corredera del baño no se puede cerrar por completo, dejando un espacio de 1/4. El mango de la manguera está muy apretado y es difícil de usar. La cama y las almohadas estaban bien. Escuché el sonido de los aviones a las 12:00 de la noche. Probablemente estaba demasiado cansado y me quedé dormido tan pronto como me caí. Las estancias cortas tampoco son un problema.

The hotel is quite new very clean, location is ideal for us, we catch the train so easy, very convenient, nearby has many eateries which provides delicious local food, many convenient stores around too, few minutes walk there is a big shopping mall, the receptionists all of them were very humble, services provided were good, with smiling faces all the time, so close to the Kunming railway station south station, few minutes by train and very affordable price.will definitely recommend friends to stay.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

Llegué al aeropuerto tarde por la noche y había reservado un servicio de recogida. Cuando llegué al punto indicado, probablemente ya había salido un coche, así que esperé un rato. Había puestos de aperitivos en el vestíbulo del hotel, así que subí rápidamente a lavarme y a dormir. La habitación estaba cerca del ascensor, así que la insonorización era decente; un poco de ruido no era un gran problema. El hecho de que la habitación estuviera totalmente automatizada fue una verdadera ventaja. Para desayunar, bajé, doblé la esquina y bajé al hotel. La selección no era muy amplia, pero fue suficiente para saciarme. Antes de irme, reservé hora con antelación para que el hotel nos llevara a la estación de metro. ¡Fue muy práctico!

The drivers thy do the shuttle service are obviously under stress, they seem to be impatient and rude. No one wants to gr to an angry driver after landing maybe from a delayed flight overnight. A bit of compassion towards the customers would be appreciated and it would look better for the hotel image. Beside this, the hotel is clean and very close to the airport and not overpriced so happy with it overall. Breakfast is below average , better options in the airport for sure.

This hotel is an absolute gem! We chose it for its convenient location near the airport, as our flight arrived after midnight and we needed a comfortable place to rest. The free shuttle promptly picked up eight of us from the airport. Upon arrival, Miss Young efficiently processed our passports and even provided complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast coupons. We had three rooms.  Each one was clean, modern, and featured very comfortable beds. The next morning, we headed to the 17th floor for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a friendly chef preparing made-to-order noodles. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The hotel staff also arranged a driver to take us to the train station for 150 RMB (for six people). Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and a bakery just steps away from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay near the airport.  100% loved the stay.

¡El Kuming Jiangye Hotel es realmente espectacular! Está pegado al lago Dianchi y al parque Daguan, así que es súper cómodo para moverse. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, con instalaciones nuevas y completas, y la ropa de cama es tan suave que se duerme de maravilla. Las aguas termales gratuitas y la piscina climatizada son una delicia. El desayuno es variado y delicioso, y el personal es súper amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, ¡la próxima vez que venga a Kunming, me quedaré aquí de nuevo!

¡Muy bien! Primero, la ubicación es excelente, a solo una parada de metro de la estación de Kunming. Después de salir de la estación de metro, caminas unos 400 metros y llegas. Creo que es similar a cadenas como Hanting en cuanto a instalaciones, está muy limpio y la habitación tiene control inteligente, lo cual es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, la habitación en general no es muy grande. Creo que es ideal para alojarse aquí si pasas un día en Kunming. También está muy cerca de Kunming Old Street, a poco más de un kilómetro en taxi. Eso sí, el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno, pero el hotel ofrece tapones para los oídos y ¡hasta me regalaron una pulsera, qué alegría! 🥳
