Las damas del frente son excelentes, cortesía, sonrisas, más bien saludos! Las habitaciones están limpias, además del sistema central de aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. La ubicación es conveniente con estaciones de autobús cerca para llevarte a lugares de interés y estación de ferrocarril Changchun. Muy recomendado. El desayuno era muy básico, sin embargo.

We were welcomed by the hotel manager and staffs warmly with warm hand wipes, hot teas and frozen pears. They offerred us free room upgrade too. The room is clean and consists of underfloor heating which is essential in this winter period. I have this ”HOME” feeling stay at this hotel hence decided to extend one more night stay with them. They also provides free self service washing powder, washing machine and dryer for hotel guest usage.

The hotel is situated at a busy crossroad junction. The hotel lobby is small. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was average with no Western menu. Though there was coffee and bread and jam, there was no breakfast cutlery to spread them with. There was only one washing machine, but with no dryer.

Great hotel, the service by Ms 苏 was great. I would also like to highlight the service by Mr 李可鑫 by being accommodating and helpful during our late night check in. Comfortable room and great facilities.

Liu Jian, one of the counter staff, went the extra mile to help me book the ticket for Tian Chi and refund as well on my phone as I'm not familiar with the app.. He even key in my phone, which I had suggested on the few places I could visit with recommended timing.

Location is in the central area and a few public buses service the area. Warm, quiet and clean room. Food in the restaurant was average but the waitress, 小仲, was especially friendly and helpful Recommended

We booked the deluxe suite for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. We had a morning flight and arrived a little early but was able to check in early. Chun Chun and Bo Bo were very friendly and helpful. Pros - the location! Close to Yanji Park and near the center - spacious room and large bathroom - a robot delivers room service to your door - large and comfy bed and bedding Cons - our deluxe suite was not soundproof! People were blasting music upstairs and we could hear the party music and people chatting, laughing.. and every time the water is used / flushed in the room above us, we could hear it. - although this was a non smoking hotel, people were smoking in the hallway while waiting for the elevators - we had the Do Not Disturb sign turned on but still had housekeeping ( later we realized that without the card key, the sign automatically turns off) - we got a call 30-40 min prior to checkout asking about what time we'll check out or if we'd like to extend our stay. - don't bother going to the aternoon tea hour. The staff is very unfriendly and the quality of service is not worth going. When you walk in, they treat you as if you shouldnt be there, like we're bothering their break time. They give you small pastries and desserts with a drink but it wasn't what we expected at a 5 star hotel.

Location is good near the train railway station. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, however. 1 room given had a strong smoking smell. We didn't bother asking for a change room. Just open the window to air off the smoking smell. The corridor also had a very strong smoking smell. Hotell allows food delivery men to go to the rooms, no security at all. Breakfast and service are at average.
