強烈推薦長春鑫發酒店火車站上海路萬達廣場店！酒店地理位置絕佳，離長春站和人民廣場都很近，步行到地鐵站也衹需十來分鐘，出行、逛街都格外方便。 房間衞生狀況超棒，設施齊全且維護得很好，住起來特別舒服。最驚喜的是配套服務，免費洗衣房、健身室實用性拉滿，機器人服務還增添了不少便利與趣味。前台工作人員態度熱情，響應也很及時。 作為經濟型酒店，能有這樣的環境和服務真的性價比極高，無論是商務出行還是親子旅遊都很合適，下次來長春還選這裏！

Прекрасный отель. Сначало не разобрались куда идти, нужно зайти в дверь сбоку и подняться на 11 этаж. Заселение с 15 часов, но мы приехали раньше и нас сразу заселили (в 11 часов), спасибо огромное, что не пришлось ждать ещё 4 часа. Персонал очень приветливый, нам сразу принести 2 горячих чая и замороженные груши. В отеле есть сотрудник, который прекрасно говорит по английски 👍. Завтрак шведский стол, ребенок плохо есть традиционную кухню Китая и сотрудники каждый день готовили нам блюда европейской кухни, фрукты, овощи, за что им огромное спасибо!!! Каждый день уборка номера и фрукты, которые приносили в номер. Когда мы выезжали из отеля нам в дорогу дали два йогурта. В отеле было не много гостей, шумоизоляция отличная, через дорогу от отеля рынок Янцзы, очень удобно. Рекомендую отель, это самый лучший отель города в котором мы жили!!! Доброжелательность персонала это отдельная история - каждый раз в течение дня когда проходили мимо ресепшена они все вставали, бежали помочь вызвать лифт, встречали и провожали, спрашивали хорошо ли нам в номере, может быть переселить нас в номер побольше (а номер у нас был не маленький, с огромной кроватью, на которой и втроём спать комфортно), когда мы выезжали, нас провожал весь персонал гостиницы. Такого тёплого приёма я не видела не в одном отеле. Спасибо огромное!!!

吉林市這邊有項目，全國各地出差，住過的酒店大大小小几百個，真心被這家酒店感染到，前台服務很熱情，給我推薦了很多好吃的，沒有踩雷，而且吉林市很便宜，其次我淡季來，200多這個價格特別的好，空調單獨，床很舒服，我還特意問了床墊子的品牌，準備回去家裡也買一個，其次是衞浴很乾凈，真的不需要我收拾，拖鞋很軟，一看就是成本高的，然後門是2層，隔音真心不錯，作為常年出差的，這家的用品有點超過這個價格體驗了，牙膏特別多，而且牙刷很軟，被這個老闆打動到了，沐浴露洗髮水很好，沒有什麼香精味道，礦泉水都是百歲山的，太可以了，在酒店辦公很舒服，有單獨的桌子，真心推薦大家來這家酒店住，下週去滑雪，還來這個店！對了，早餐吃的很好，而且牛奶一直都有哈哈哈，不存在沒有了，這一點孩子很喜歡

The front desk staff were especially polite, accommodating and thoughtful. They carried an elegant demeanour and exuded warmth in performing their duties. The carpet lining of rooms could be better maintained but the bathroom and bedding were spotless and clean.

Liu Jian, one of the counter staff, went the extra mile to help me book the ticket for Tian Chi and refund as well on my phone as I'm not familiar with the app.. He even key in my phone, which I had suggested on the few places I could visit with recommended timing.

El hotel está a un poco de la estación de Changchun, a unos 15 minutos a pie pero vale la pena quedarse en este lugar. Hay en realidad autobuses de la estación de Changchun, pero no lo tomé. La habitación y el baño en la habitación están limpios. La presión del agua es buena para tener una buena ducha! El personal del hotel es amigable, especialmente la hermana mayor que sirve el desayuno! Puedes siempre ver los sonrisas en su cara! El desayuno en el hotel también es muy guapo! En general, este es un buen hotel para quedarse! Nunca se arrepienta de quedarse aquí. El precio es asequible y su servicio es bueno. Oh, sí, no se olvide! Hay lavadora y secador aquí en el hotel y es gratis! 😀

Walking distance to the famous walking street 网红墙. Great hotel to stay in with good service by the staffs. Hotel even have robots to deliver your delivery to your doorsteps. Quite a smart tech hotel.

The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Changchun Railway Station. It is very convenient if arriving at that station. The locality has plenty of convenience shops and some restaurants (local food). Check in was efficient, though, like virtually all hotels outside Beijing and Shanghai, only Chinese is spoken. Staff have to use a translation app to handle English. Not sure what they do if some other language. The room was ready and clean on arrival at 2pm. It was reasonably spacious. It did not have a desk, but a 1-metre diameter round table, which could serve as a desk. However, because it was not placed against a wall, there were no power points at the table. There were sufficient power points around the room, however, just not at the table. Lighting was good and temperature control was precise. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge. The bed was a bit too firm for me. There was a proper luggage rack, which was good. The bathroom was reasonably spacious too. All fixtures looked very new. Hot water came through quickly. Water pressure was good, but drainage in the shower might need some maintenance. Almost all food at breakfast were Chinese items. Like many hotels outside of Beijing and Shanghai they don't have much more than sliced bread, butter, jam and yogurt, in terms of western items. Even teaspoons, forks and knives were unavailable. Imagine spreading butter on your sliced bread with chopsticks. The Chinese food dishes, on the other hand, changed daily. Fruit was limited to just one kind (melon) that didn't change daily. The simple fact that nearly 100% of guests are domestic tourists, not foreign tourists, explains the above. Management needs to train their dining room staff to speak softly. It was striking how often staff shouted across the room to other staff and even customers,, creating a noisy atmosphere.
