Staff was zealous in sharing the products sold in the lobby. Got a free room upgrade. Hotel room was extremely clean. There’s a free shuttle to airport and the transport left promptly. It was nice that there was a night market nearby that sold tasty food.

El personal del frente es excelente, y para hacerlo, la Sra. Daniella y la Sra. Queena se han ido de la manera de asegurar que todo está bien. En realidad, la Sra. Queena, me acompañó a la estación de tren en el coche del hotel para asegurarme de que ahí fuera.
El esfuerzo adicional de la Sra. Daniella para conseguirme una habitación con AC fue sorprendente.

Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help!
Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, allowing for good rest.
The staff were polite, professional, and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and daily necessities, which made getting around very easy.
I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt calm and well organized. For the price, the value is excellent, and everything was handled properly during my stay. Muy bueno, excelente relación calidad-precio, no es caro, buen servicio, incluye desayuno, cama cómoda, habitación limpia, servicio de transporte disponible (se recomienda agregar la cuenta de WeChat del hotel desde el número de teléfono del hotel para facilitar la comunicación sobre la recogida). El punto de recogida suele estar en el cuarto piso, salida 4. Deberá verificar bien el número de matrícula del hotel porque, a nuestra llegada, la comunicación con la recepción fue difícil ya que el personal no hablaba ni entendía inglés. Tuvimos que pedirle a un amigo chino que llamara para pedir ayuda, y nos dijeron que agregáramos la cuenta de WeChat del hotel. Sin embargo, el personal del hotel tenía un dispositivo de traducción a nuestra llegada. Quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia, ya que teníamos un vuelo de conexión. Hay puestos de comida cerca por la noche, así que puede comprar comida fácilmente si tiene la oportunidad. Sin duda volveríamos a usar su servicio.

Todo estuvo genial. Espero que el personal del hotel hable inglés. Sería estupendo para extranjeros como yo. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación; solo servía como ventilador.

訂的親子房，房間很大，蹦蹦床孩子也很喜歡，但是設施比較老科，剛進門就是一股子下水道的味道，給收拾房間的阿姨反應之後阿姨説是香薰過敏，但是事實上沒有聞到什麼香味，我提出不是香薰的問題，給前台反應之後找了維修人員來看，也沒修好，衹説多透氣，反正我們就住一晚，廁所門關着勉強影響不大，沒想到晚上空調就壞了，好在晚上温度還可以，因為帶着小寶寶喜歡温度比較恆定吧，整體來説感受一般。投影還可以，能看電視，早餐也還行，整體來説性價比還是比別的酒店高一些。

Was very happy to find such a great modern hotel not far from Luoyang Longmen station.
Location: relatively not far from metro station, but if you would like to go by foot with luggage, be ready that the road is not luggage-friendly. Picked that location to be close to high-speed railway station, and it was very convenient to get there.
Breakfast: amazing, have all required types of food, everything is delicious.
Other conveniences: small sports gym and laundry room are very easy to use. On the first floor next to reception you will find free snacks and tea, that is very convenient.
Attractions: easy enough to get to main attractions of the city by public transport/taxi, didn’t have problems with it. Around hotel there is s lot of tasty restaurants.
Staff: people in the hotel are very friendly and can share information if needed.
Completely recommend this hotel.

There were no AC in the room… thermostat showing cool but was not working… They I have to ask for fan or cooler.
While taking shower noticed .. shower get, shampoo bottles were not present.
Did it expected these basic problem from this class of hotel.

Ssoultraveller_ttThis is a wonderful place to stay. The owner and his wife are incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. It’s just a few minutes from the Shaolin Temple, and the owner even offered transportation to and from the site. The food is delicious, I tried the egg fried rice, Sichuan Mala chicken, and Mala tofu (beancurd). the portions are generous and easily enough for 2–3 people.
The rooftop offers stunning views of the mountains, and the owner is happy to serve tea if you’d like. There are also clothes-drying areas on the 2nd and 5th floors. While language differences limit conversation, the couple’s kindness and hospitality truly shine through. I would absolutely stay here again if I return.
Heads-up:
I wanted to go to Luoyang, and the owner kindly took me to a nearby spot where the bus stops. She even spoke to the driver to help me get on the right bus. After a while, the driver informed me through a note that he was heading to Gongyi instead. He asked me to get down and pointed towards another bus. I then took the bus, confirming with the driver that it was going to Luoyang before boarding. However, the same thing happened again; the driver stopped halfway and asked me to take a taxi. It seemed like the taxi driver might have been the bus driver’s acquaintance as he boarded the bus right after bus stops.
The taxi driver initially quoted me 150 yuan to take me to my hotel in Luoyang. I wanted to use Didi, but the app couldn’t recognise the hotel’s name. Since the hotel was only a few meters from the Longmen Grottoes, I knew the fare should be around 65 yuan. I showed him the price on the app and he eventually agreed on 100 yuan.
My advice: if you’re unsure of the bus route, go directly to the bus station. They will help you find the correct bus to your destination and let you know if any transfers are needed. This experience ended up being quite inconvenient, costing me both time and money. What should have been a 30-yuan trip from Dengfeng to Luoyang ended up costing me three times more. The owner had nothing to do with this, it’s just a heads-up for anyone planning to take the bus.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment.
The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful.
The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad.
There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing.
The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day.
Overall it was a good experience.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es Yuda International Trade, rebautizado como Wanda's Jiajin Hotel. Es un hotel antiguo con instalaciones muy bien mantenidas. El vestíbulo es muy bonito y combina estilos chino y occidental. El cuadro es de bronce, no un cuadro. El tercero El cuadro también es una obra de arte y los muebles también son buenos. Esta vez me quedé en la habitación 3606, que está en un piso alto y tiene una buena vista. es que llueve y no puedo disfrutar del hermoso paisaje de Zhengzhou. ¿Las cortinas y el pequeño despertador son diferentes? Para el desayuno, hay sopa picante local, que es perfecta si se combina con palitos de masa fritos. Debo darle el visto bueno. El agua de la piscina también es muy clara. Mi hijo y yo nos bañamos durante una hora y media. También hay bádminton, tenis de mesa y otras instalaciones. Zhang Fangfang en la recepción fue muy servicial e incluso me dio un paraguas para el estacionamiento cuando llovió. El servicio del hotel tiene un fuerte estilo Wanda, saber lo que necesitas y tener tranquilidad.

XxynnerAlways excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance.
This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable.
Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too.
The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that!
I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too.
The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration.
The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha.
Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too.
Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few.
Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level:
1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet.
2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment.
3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China.
4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus.
Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

BBrisbaneTomA large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market.
The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed.
Turning to the room itself.
No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen.
The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced.
There is no laundry service as far as I could tell.
The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard.
No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious.
Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.

Simplemente, vale la pena visitar Luoyang sólo para permanecer en el Cuarto Hostel de la Juventud de mayo.
El nivel de limpieza, amistad, ambiente global positivo, aunque de baja importancia, debería ser el estándar en todo el país. Desde la elección de la música en el lobby hasta el personal que la maneja, es evidente que ha sido diseñada y es gestionada por personas que realmente entienden lo que significa ser un viajero y lo que hace un buen hotel. Las habitaciones son espaciosas (a veces los albergues pueden sentirse claustófobicos - pero no aquí), con camas con más espacio que típicos, buena calidad de cocina y duvet. Adecuado para los viajeros de la zona oriental y occidental, hay asientos y baños de esquina, con una amplia gama de duchas. La lavadora es grande (si tuvieran también un par de buenas secadoras que sería sorprendente), así como las habitaciones comunes con máquinas de venta, mesa de piscina y zona de asiento (incluyendo el librario tranquilo)
