The place is good and the girl at reception desk is very nice and helpful. But the room wasn’t very clean. There was hair left,one of the pillowcases was torn, though it was clean so I wonder how they didn’t notice that when changing the beddings. There was also a bad smell from drainage system in the bathroom.

Service was great. I really appreciate the service staff at the concierge who helped me, even after I have left the office and the country. There was a problem with my package delivery where the merchant refused to accept the return. She really went above and beyond to help! Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

El personal me ayudó a ordenar mi cena. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no era un gran problema.

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.

龍門首焉真的是龍門石窟住宿首選～如果想在龍門石窟不緊不慢的逛逛景區，逛逛古街，感受下餐秀等等，一定要住一晚。龍門首焉真的就在龍門石窟服務中心門口，太方便了。 設施：剛需品一應俱全，尤其洗澡的妥協居然都消毒帶包裝，這在五星級酒店都是很少看見的，必須點贊。 衞生：乾淨舒適不用多説，睡的很安心。 環境：酒店挺大，園林風格幽靜別緻～雖然在古街口，很安靜，獨享一方天地的感覺～ 服務：服務人員不分崗位都很熱情。可能因為淡季的緣由，非常幸運的獲得了帶浴缸的房型升級，泡個澡可太舒服了。（如果有一次性泡澡袋就更完美了） 最後，作為一個旅遊達人～兩百多的價格住到這麼好的酒店還含雙早，可能這就是洛陽的大氣之處了～
