El hotel está bastante bien para el precio. En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, las habitaciones son bastante buenas. La piscina y la sauna están bien. He estado en hoteles con piscinas que parecen más bien piscinas infantiles, pero en este se podían hacer largos. Estaba lleno por la noche (5-8), pero por la mañana estaba bastante vacío, lo que me permitió disfrutar de un baño relajante. El personal de recepción fue amable y servicial. El desayuno era bastante decente, aunque un poco caro en mi opinión. La gran desventaja para quien visita Cracovia es que el hotel está en medio de la nada. Se tarda unos 20 minutos en taxi al centro. Hay una parada de autobús fuera del hotel, pero los únicos autobuses que paran allí no van al centro, por lo que se necesita una conexión. El supermercado pequeño más cercano está a unos 7 u 8 minutos a pie y hay un gran centro comercial a 15 minutos a pie. Me alojé por trabajo, así que estuve bastante contento. Si es la primera vez que visita la ciudad, le conviene alojarse en un hotel más cercano o mejor conectado con el centro.

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

En general, es un buen hotel. Está un poco lejos del casco antiguo, pero está a unos 15 minutos en autobús. Probablemente sea un edificio antiguo, pero las habitaciones estaban bien cuidadas y muy limpias. No tuve ninguna queja y tuve una estancia cómoda.

El hotel es un hotel nuevo y hermoso que tiene buenas opciones de comer cerca. La piscina es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil.

The hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town. The staff were all amazing and quickly changed my room on the first night because if an unpleasant odour in the booked room. They answered all my questions and were super efficient ! If I were to return to Krakoq, I’d stay here , even though it’s slightly on the pricy side .

El Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto me impresionó al instante con el hermoso, moderno y alegre diseño de su vestíbulo, realzado por una réplica del vestido de la reina Bárbara (esposa del rey Segismundo Augusto), con una placa que narra su historia. El servicio fue otro punto a destacar: el personal de recepción fue amable y atento (uno incluso me saludó en tailandés), y se ofrecieron aperitivos caseros tanto al momento del check-in como al de check-out. La ubicación es magnífica, justo enfrente de la Galeria Krakowska, un enorme centro comercial con todo tipo de artículos, desde marcas de lujo hasta supermercados, restaurantes y una zona de restauración. También está a un corto paseo de la Plaza del Mercado, las principales calles comerciales y el Museo Czartoryski, donde se encuentra La dama del armiño de Leonardo da Vinci. El Castillo de Wawel y el barrio de Kazimierz están un poco más lejos, pero se pueden recorrer a pie con calzado cómodo. Mi habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, aunque un poco sencilla, y el baño era un poco pequeño. El desayuno fue el único punto débil: la selección de comida era escasa, y en horas punta el comedor se sentía apretado, a veces dejando solo mesas en la barra (recomiendo ir más tarde, cuando haya pasado la hora punta). Aun así, son pequeñas objeciones. Con su acogedor vestíbulo, su servicio cálido y atento, y su inmejorable ubicación, este hotel es sin duda recomendable.

Fantastic location beautiful rooms with high ceilings v clean and extremely helpful staff that organised taxi transfers to n from the airport  we arrived close to midnight so the  key instructions  on how to enter the building were v precise  would highly recommend

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

La ubicación es fantástica, el entorno es estupendo y hay supermercados, restaurantes, bares y todo lo demás a poca distancia. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie del casco antiguo, lo cual es increíblemente práctico. ¡Una estancia fantástica! Lo único a tener en cuenta es que el secador de pelo del hotel se sobrecalienta fácilmente y activa su sistema de protección automática. Tardé mucho en secarme el pelo largo, con paradas y arranques frecuentes. Si es posible, lleven su propio secador.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location
