El personal de Sunway ofrece un servicio excelente: son muy amables, pacientes y simpáticos con los niños. ¡Mi hijo está encantado de disfrutar de este viaje al zoológico de Lost World! 5 estrellas. Solo se puede hacer el check-in después de las 15:00 debido a las pocas habitaciones disponibles, ¡así que NO vengan antes! El personal es muy amable y me llama cuando la habitación está lista, lo cual agradezco mucho. La ubicación también es muy buena si planeas ir a Lost World, pero aparte de eso, es un rollo ir al casco antiguo o al centro de Ipoh para comer bien, ya que es una zona apartada. Reserva con antelación en Jeff Cellar, ya que está en la misma zona si buscas comida de alta gama pero buena. Sunway no solo debería vender sus propios productos (marca blanca), sino también incluir productos de exterior como patatas fritas o medicamentos. No es muy conveniente que en toda la planta baja del hotel o dentro de Lost World no haya aperitivos de medianoche que no sean de la marca Sunway. 😂

Travelodge Ipoh is a hotel with an excellent location. It is situated in the city center and is also very close to the old town. The room is quite spacious and clean. In line with environmental sustainability efforts, most hotels no longer provide bottled water in the rooms. However, there are water dispensers near the elevators where guests can refill their own water. It’s a good reminder to bring a reusable water bottle when traveling.

El hotel está en una ubicación muy estratégica. a un par de kilómetros de atracción turística. Habitaciones espaciosas con un sofá cama de tamaño generoso con capacidad para 2 niños, ideal para familias que viajan. El servicio de habitaciones y el portero responden rápidamente a las necesidades de los clientes incluso durante la temporada alta.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

Hotel adecuado para quedarse en Ipoh, estás a 10 o 15 min del centro histórico. Es confortable, puede mejorar un poco la limpieza pero no es malo del todo. El bufet del desayuno bastante completo y estás muy cerca del mercado nocturno cerca de casas negocio china y muy cerca de un centro comercial. Opción adecuada si vas a quedarte en Ipoh.

Hotel is just a 5min walk to ipoh parade! Close to airport too (about approx 20mins) housekeeping was good! The hotel staff were friendly too. Shoutout to the malay guy in charge of the eggs station at the hotel buffet location as he really put his heart into frying every single omelette!

La habitación es grande, pero vieja. Es necesario pagar 1 aparcamiento por día. El desayuno es excelente. Los niños menores de 12 años pagan. La piscina está bastante sucia ya que no hay control, cualquiera sin el traje de baño adecuado puede simplemente saltar. Los alrededores no están mal, con la orilla del río y el jardín japonés cerca.

The hotel is newly open in 2025. The studio room I stayed was spacious and comfy for 2 persons. The facilities inside the room make it a perfect accommodation for both business travellers or families. There are various styles of cafes, bars and restaurants just within 15 minutes walk, plus the high grade shopping mall, i.e. Ipoh Parkson Parade, is just across the street. That means everything you need are within walking distance. I would come back if I visit Ipoh again.

It's a good hotel. Location is next to a big road close to the Chinese street with great food and not a long Grab ride from the centre. However, walking by the big road isn't great. Hotel is well taken care of, although there are many tiny issues that could be pointed out. However, room was clean and spacious and place was friendly and it was a happy stay. The only thing I'll mention is the coffee. I'm a person who can drink almost anything, but the brew served at this hotel was really not up to my taste. Perhaps somebody likes coffee like this, who knows.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭
