Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels i stayed in Dumai Indonesia. Friendly staffs and great facilities. Breakfast choice was wide in variety with Chicken Porridge that's delicious. They also have free shuttle service to the Ferry. Definitely the place of my choice. Highly recommended

Es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia para una boda. La ubicación es excelente, aunque está en la avenida principal, donde suele haber mucho tráfico. ¡Tomar un Grab es una opción imprescindible! El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Para mejorar, el hotel necesita modernizar y pulir algunos muebles y equipos para que resulte más atractivo para los turistas.

Good location near to mall, decent room size, decent breakfast spread. Fast response customer service and staff. Experience power trip in the room a couple of times but immediately recover. It will be good if hotel can maintain affordable rate as it is keep going up over the years. Overall experience is good

Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. El hotel está situado cerca del SKA Mall y Viven World a 15 minutos a pie. El personal estaba amigable y acomodado. El cheque en proceso fue rápido y permitió el cheque temprano. La habitación estaba sin espacio, tenía una buena vista (necesidad de solicitar un piso más alto), buena presión de agua, el AC estaba bastante frío y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El desayuno ofreció una gran variedad y decente. La única parte inferior era el proceso de check out que duró tanto. Esperemos que mejoren el proceso de verificación y lo hagan rápido y conveniente.

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯
