The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. En general, fue una buena experiencia quedarme en Novotel Pekanbaru. De hecho, esta es la tercera vez que vuelvo a poner en marcha este hotel. El hecho de que sea limpio y las habitaciones son espaciosas y sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles a lo largo de la calle.

To go hotel in Pekanbaru - I stayed at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru and was impressed by the hotel’s overall quality. The room was well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Service was efficient—staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

Near airport but abit lengthy to city area. Great breakfast

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

Nice, clean and cozy room. Duri being a relatively small suburb, so not many hotels around, but you cannot go wrong with Grand Zuri Duri Hotel.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Kebersihan kamar baik, kamar mandi kurang ,ini foto kamar mandinya, sela / nat keramik hitam ( berlumut), menu sarapan enak, pelayanan sangat baik
