Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location and friendly service staff :) We stayed for a night and went to their in-house massage which accepted bookings until 12am. The massage was great! The hotel room itself was clean and well furnished. Bed was so soft and comfy that i still miss to this day. If you want to have a restful good night's sleep i highly recommend this hotel. Thank you and we will stay again in future! ＜3

SSafety LoverOver All good hospitality, breakfast cukup variatif dan menggugah selera, namun minta kamar non smoking, sudah tanda tangan kertas konsekwensi namun yang didapat dikamar mandi bau asap rokok sangat menyengat terutama untuk keluarga yang sensitive asap rokok entah dari mana datangnya, mungkin exhaust-fan yang tidak berfungsikah? atau dari kamar sebelah ??? & teko listrik masak air panas yang kurang hygienis karena dari bahan plastik yang kurang tahan panas untuk waktu lama sudah mengeluarkan bau kurang sedap, semoga bisa jadi perhatian management hotel, hanya sekedar saran.
