The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Good location near to mall, decent room size, decent breakfast spread. Fast response customer service and staff. Experience power trip in the room a couple of times but immediately recover. It will be good if hotel can maintain affordable rate as it is keep going up over the years. Overall experience is good

As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

Es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia para una boda. La ubicación es excelente, aunque está en la avenida principal, donde suele haber mucho tráfico. ¡Tomar un Grab es una opción imprescindible! El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Para mejorar, el hotel necesita modernizar y pulir algunos muebles y equipos para que resulte más atractivo para los turistas.

El hotel está situado cerca del SKA Mall y Viven World a 15 minutos a pie. El personal estaba amigable y acomodado. El cheque en proceso fue rápido y permitió el cheque temprano. La habitación estaba sin espacio, tenía una buena vista (necesidad de solicitar un piso más alto), buena presión de agua, el AC estaba bastante frío y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El desayuno ofreció una gran variedad y decente. La única parte inferior era el proceso de check out que duró tanto. Esperemos que mejoren el proceso de verificación y lo hagan rápido y conveniente.

The room quite spacious, bathroom cleanliness just fair. But the room light very dimming. Not suitable for work inside room because even though all lamps is turned on.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he permanecido en Dumai Indonesia. Personal amigable y grandes instalaciones. La elección de desayuno fue amplia en variedad con Chicken Porridge que es delicioso. También tienen servicio de transbordador gratuito a la ferry. Definitivamente el lugar de mi elección. Recomendado
