Habitación: espaciosa, cama cómoda. El personal es amable y servicial. Mi habitación estaba reservada con agua incluida, pero cuando le pregunté a un miembro del personal de recepción, me dio una botella gratis. Muy amable de su parte. Ubicación: aunque un poco alejado del centro, el hotel es tranquilo y está en una zona verde. El acceso al transporte público gratuito o a los autobuses cercanos facilita el acceso al centro. Disfruté mucho de mi estancia. Gracias.

I stayed at the Mercure, a modern local hotel that’s small to medium in size but full of charm. Our room was on the 4th floor, and it was wonderfully quiet throughout our stay. The bed and mattress were super comfortable, and breakfast hit the spot every morning. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even nicer. The only little downside was the shower — the water pressure could’ve been stronger. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience. We really enjoyed our three nights here, and getting to and from Luxembourg City was a breeze with the bus no. 9.

Me encantó el hotel. Me pareció hermoso. Tiene un ascensor antiguo que es bellísimo, la habitación era amplia, muy limpia y con vista a la plaza de enfrente. El personal sumamente amable, tuvieron la atención de traernos fruta después de entrar a la habitación. Altamente recomendable. Es antiguo, pero todo funciona excelente y conserva la magia del pasado. Sin dudarlo volvería a quedarme allí.

A mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.

Céntrico y bien situado, fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto en autobús con pata cerca del hotel, personal atento y todo correcto, estancia agradable.

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

El hotel está bastante lejos del centro, a unos 15 minutos en coche. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno y camas cómodas. La única pega es que la puerta de la ducha es de cristal transparente, lo que nos permite ver a mi familia duchándose. Fue una pena tener dos habitaciones. Ventajas: Aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada. No probé el desayuno, así que no puedo opinar al respecto.

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

El estacionamiento es muy conveniente, justo en frente del hotel, y viajar también es conveniente. La estación de autobuses está justo en frente del hotel. Puede disfrutar del transporte público gratuito de Luxemburgo. El hotel también está limpio y ordenado.

Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie aan de rand van het bos. Grote parkeerplaats voor de deur waar je gratis kan parkeren. Binnen in het hotel is het modern ingericht, hotel is voorzien van een mooi binnenzwembad en een relax ruimte. Kamer was zeer schoon, rook fris en voorzien van een badjas met slippers. Helaas viel het bed wat tegen omdat deze erg klein was, de kamer had 2 eenpersoons bedden tegen elkaar aan. Ook de dekens waren klein. De kamer was gelegen aan de achterkant van het complex met uitzicht op het mooie bosrijke gebied. Wat het minder prettig maakte was een soort van elektriciteit huisje die pal achter het pand staat, met het raam open hoor je continu een lage toon zoemen. Uiteraard is het met ramen dicht niet te horen. Het ontbijt was matig, beperkte keus en het aanbod was klein. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een prima verblijf met hier en daar een kleine puntjes van aandacht.
