Ya han estado en dos ocasiones, la ubicación es buena y el transporte es conveniente. La habitación es mucho mayor que se esperaba, la sección de la ropa seca es excelente, limpia y sin sabor, la provisione es fresca y perfumada, y las pequeñas funciones de refrigerador y pantalla están a la altura. La cama es suave y la piel perezosa, y luego se duerme tranquilamente después de la ola de viaje, y el día siguiente está lleno de sangre y atracciones. El asiento también es muy intimidad, el estacionamiento gratuito es muy conveniente y tiene un condado independiente. Desde el servicio a las instalaciones hasta la ubicación, el precio está lleno directamente, no hay mineración en todo el viaje! Se recomienda a los amigos de Bishkeck planeados, la próxima vez que vengan vivir aquí ～

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The room was huge. Salamat at the reception was friendly and tried to help us with booking tours. The water in the shower was cold which was disappointing.

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Lulu Bishkek offers a comfortable stay, with a quality mattress and good bed linens. However, the property shows clear signs of aging. The furniture appears worn, and the carpets could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement, giving the overall space a slightly neglected feel. While the hotel meets basic needs, the value proposition is questionable, as comparable or better options are available in the same price range
