Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Distrito de Faro, Portugal

El hotel es bastante nuevo, pero nuestra habitación parecía estar descuidada. La puerta del baño y la de la ducha no cerraban bien, y el agua del aire acondicionado goteaba en el armario, mojando mi ropa. Nuestra habitación era la 626. Fue una experiencia realmente desagradable durante nuestras vacaciones.

Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un ”error informático”. Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante ”ligera”), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel umgeben von einer herrlichen Gartenlandschaft. Kaum angekommen passierte etwas unvorstellbares - Black out auf der iberischen Halbinsel. Die Hotelmanager haben vorbildlich reagiert - Informationen gegeben, jeder Person eine Wasserflasche zur Verfügung gestellt, abends im Restaurant kalte Speisen und kostenlose Grillgerichte serviert. Auch das Notstromaggregat lief stundenweise. Somit fühlten wir uns, trotz Unsicherheiten, gut aufgehoben.  Die Sonne genießen an der herrlichen Poollandschaft ist ja auch nicht zu verachten. Das Frühstückbuffett war abwechslungsreich, auch mit guter Auswahl für Veganer und Vegetarier. Wir haben, unter anderem,  das herrliche, süße Obst sehr genossen.

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, en un lugar muy bonito - nos fuimos en un momento en que era un poco más tranquilo pero aún sol. El personal de la ciudad no estaba tan bienvenido, pero después de eso se les dio muy placer. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Reservé una suite con balcón panorámico. La habitación era fantástica, todo lo que podías necesitar, 2 baños, cocina americana, sala de estar, una cama grande y un balcón con vistas. El desayuno buffet tenía una amplia variedad de opciones y era de alto nivel y estaba bien abastecido. ¡Realmente lo disfruté! Comí un refrigerio por la noche en el bar del entresuelo, estuvo bien, pero no fue sorprendente. La calidad del vino tinto y el atento servicio en el bar fueron muy buenos. Registro y salida rápidos, personal muy bien organizado y encantador y comunicativo. Mis preferencias personales serían que por las noches haya una opción de comida buffet, en lugar de un restaurante o pizza reservados con antelación, ya que es algo limitante. Y algo menor, pero atención a los detalles: una sugerencia de que la habitación solo tenga productos locales/portugueses, como el agua, debería ser realmente de Monchqiue... y los artículos de tocador proporcionados parecían un poco aleatorios, una mezcla de inglés y portugués, se sentía un poco como lo Era simplemente un sobrante en lugar de una colaboración y calidad allí. En general una estancia excelente y sin duda volveremos.

Review of Bordoy Grand House Algarve Our stay at the Bordoy Grand House Algarve was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely personal — every staff member made us feel completely at home, without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning. It’s beautifully restored with vintage charm and elegant touches throughout. We loved the rooftop pool and bar area — the perfect place to unwind with views over the Guadiana River. The location is ideal too, just a short stroll from the marina and town square. One of the highlights was the food. Breakfast was a delight — fresh, high-quality, and served in a peaceful setting. We also had dinner at the Grand Salon Restaurant and it was incredible — a fine dining experience with local flair and beautifully presented dishes. The little touches made all the difference — from the turn-down service to the thoughtfully curated interiors. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return.

Quedé sumamente satisfecho con el hotel; la suite era muy cómoda. Hay una pequeña playa detrás del hotel, y el paisaje a lo largo de la costa hasta Navy Beach es sencillamente espectacular. Me arrepiento de no haber reservado dos días más.

酒店很新，房間面積也夠大。地理位置不錯，出了酒店後門就有一片小沙灘，可以徒步，也可以租sup。sombra和rooftop bar提供的餐食也都還不錯，但早餐是真沒什麼可吃的。 酒店整體的佈局動線設計不合理。建築中心位置設定了餐廳，在開業時間可以通過餐廳到達泳池。但如果剛好在休息時間段，就需要上樓到大堂，再轉搭另一部電梯下樓，因此去garden曬太陽時常要繞遠路。 除此之外，服務人員雖然都態度友善，但能明顯看出在旺季時人手不足，新人較多。到達酒店的時候沒有禮賓主動出來幫拿行李和代泊，在deck bar、rooftop bar和sombra都一直遇見相同的工作人員，housekeeping也安排得很晚，每天下午回房間休息時都剛好遇上。另外能明顯感覺到前台對工作內容不太熟悉，給的指示多數是錯誤的。同時預約了徒步活動到點也未見工作人員來帶領。 總之是一個硬件還不錯，服務質量不太匹配kimpton品牌的度假酒店。不過隨處也能看到manager在對新員工進行training。整體體驗中上但還能更好的酒店。

Pousada Palácio de Estoi is a beautiful hotel, elegant in every corner, very quiet, and with ample parking. I stayed for two nights, and while the first night was wonderful, the second evening at dinner was disappointing. The restaurant service felt rather cold, and there was a mix up where someone had made a 7 p.m reservation under our names without informing us. Things worsened when my fish soup contained a small piece of plastic, which I showed to the restaurant manager, unfortunately, that ended my meal. Not to mention the delay in food, 75 minutes sitting in the restaurant, I have only had the plastic containing soup. Despite this, the hotel itself is charming and well located, with some aspects of service done right. With some attention to communication and restaurant service, it could easily be a five star experience. Not quite there yet in my humble opinion.

The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service . However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel . Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible. The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it). My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s. They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far. If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.
