Good location next to Matsuyama station, easy access to Okaido, big shopping street, and famous Dogo onsen hot springs by tram. 2nf floor is the front desk/lounge for free drinks and soft ice cream/breakfast restaurant. The public bath is on 3rd floor. Room size is the Japanese standard, more storage space under the bed. Breakfast offers various food, many local cuisine and food, and 6 different kinds of local orange juices from Ehime.

Gran estancia - buena habitación de tamaño. Las instalaciones de la estación de aire acondicionado fueron excelentes, especialmente la estación de aire acondicionado. Nunca ocupado cuando estaba allí. Grande desayuno también. Bienvenido y personal útil. Calma en la noche. Acceso fácil al castillo, tiendas y restaurantes y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación de la ciudad de Matsuyama.

El personal de recepción fue eficiente, aunque parecía frío y reservado. La habitación fue decepcionante, con muebles comunes y corrientes y una silla que crujía. La luz era demasiado tenue. No había vistas, ya que la mitad inferior de la ventana estaba bloqueada por una pared. En cambio, el baño parecía bastante elegante y se mantenía limpio. La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchas opciones para comer y comprar cerca. El hotel tiene un centro comercial en las plantas inferiores y está junto a los grandes almacenes Mitsukoshi y la calle comercial Okaido. La parada del tranvía de Okaido está calle abajo. La parada del autobús de la limusina del aeropuerto está justo enfrente de Mitsukoshi. Atracciones como Bansuiso, el Museo Saka no Ue no Kumo y el teleférico al Castillo de Matsuyama están a poca distancia a pie.

El hotel no está cerca de la calle Dogo Onsen, por lo que necesitará coche o taxi para ir. No hay restaurantes ni tiendas cerca. Hay un sendero cercano que ofrece un bonito paisaje boscoso. El hotel se ve un poco anticuado, especialmente las habitaciones y los pasillos. Pedí una habitación tranquila con vistas a la montaña en lugar de una que diera a una calle concurrida y tuve que pagar 2200 yenes adicionales. El hotel tiene varios onsen (baños termales) y me gustan más los exteriores. El bufé de la cena y el desayuno ofrece una buena selección, y me gustó especialmente la cena, que incluía un buen teppanyaki de ternera y sushi. El personal de recepción hablaba muy poco inglés y el hotel no respondió a un correo electrónico que les envié solicitando información sobre cómo llegar. Hay autobuses cerca del hotel que van a Matsuyama e Imabari, pero pasan con poca frecuencia.

Amazing value for such a high class hotel. Spacious rooms, beautiful spa with indoor and outdoor baths. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. About 10 mins walk from JR station. I always stay here when visiting Imabari.

Staff is helpful with parking, parking charges is a bit on high side of 1200Yen as compared to those public carpark nearby. Additional charges for 1-2hr at 200Yen/30mins after 1100hr checkout, could have been waived as a service. Check-in / Check out process was smooth and room size was big. Location was great as just right next to shopping street. Overall, good hospitality from staff.

A sparkling new hotel with onsen and free flow welcome drinks (beer is limited to 1 per pax) but was still great. We stayed as a group of cyclist after completing the Shimanami kaido and the hotel was a great addition to end the ride. The onsen was heaven. The hotel is within minutes from the Station and bus stop, so definitely a plus. Eateries was just across the road with many options. Breakfast was simple but you can't beat it for the price.

Hotel has some distance from the main Dogo mall but it has shuttle bus running every 10 mins from 3-10. Hotel itself is very clean and most of the staff were so friendly and carried traditional Japanese good manner. My room is Japanese style and I love it. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was abundant, delicious and presented nicely. The staff named Itsuki Deguchi who took care my check in and dining service did a good job worthy to receive compliments. Onsen was clean and very nice. Will stay again next time

If you are looking for a central location to see the castle, go to Dogo Onsen and to find a variety of dining options, then this hotel will not disappoint. It is located right at the Okaido stop, where you will find plenty of shopping and dining options. Just a few blocks from the hotel, on the way to the castle ropeway, is a place to try out different orange juice from the tap. There are also some well established sea bream restaurants nearby to try out. The hotel itself has many Korean guests and the front desk appears more adept in Korean than in English.
