Este es un hotel fabuloso. Eres bienvenido desde el momento en que entras y hay un ambiente muy internacional en el hotel. El check in fue sencillo y los servicios estaban bien explicados. La zona de recepción cuenta con un fantástico bar cafetería con una deliciosa variedad de pasteles y aperitivos. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía excelentes vistas de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas dobles con almohadas y ropa de cama suaves. El baño estaba bien equipado con un tocador entre el inodoro y la ducha. Las características de la habitación aumentaban la sensación de lujo, incluyendo una máquina Nespresso y un juego de té. Los artículos de tocador eran agradables y de buena marca. El personal fue excelente en todas las áreas que visitamos, incluida la salida. El Memorial de la Paz fue un paseo agradable: 20 minutos, y hay una multitud de restaurantes y bares a poca distancia a pie del hotel. Me encantó la ciudad y sin duda reservaría este hotel como base en nuestra próxima visita.

This hotel is, without doubt, one of the best in Hiroshima. It is newly opened, super convenient as it is just above Hiroshima Station and have special discounted overnight parking fee for hotel guests. However, I’d like to tell that not all of the staff (either in day or night shifts) can speak decent English so you need a little bit of patience. Other than that, it is superb, highly highly recommend.

Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

Near to the train station and Shinkansen.Surrounded by restaurants and convenient store.hotel room is spacious and clean.You can enjoy Fukuyama castle from the window view.car parking is available,additional extra fee.

This is our second time here. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. We left our baggage to go around the city for the day and they brought our luggage to our room making check-in hassle-free and convenient. Thank you very much! We will definitely stay here again if given the chance to go back to Hiroshim

Вы на острове, рядом устричные фермы и рыбаки, невероятный вид на внутреннее море Японии ) В самом отеле много дополнительных приятных вещей - аромамасла, чай из мяты с сада, вино и сакэ, кофе, чай, сладости и поздний перекус из карри. Завтрак великолепный) Онсен очень приятный и чистый! Я рекомендую этот отель для расслабления и отдыха от суеты!

這個酒店可太棒了。廣島機場叫出租車大概1個小時到。酒店純日式停園風，還有大批的錦鯉。房間帶私湯，晚餐出眾，住了兩晚都不重複。

Magnifique hôtel, onsen très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli et expliqué les activités à faire sur l'île. La chambre était parfaite.
