Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

Este es un hotel fabuloso. Eres bienvenido desde el momento en que entras y hay un ambiente muy internacional en el hotel. El check in fue sencillo y los servicios estaban bien explicados. La zona de recepción cuenta con un fantástico bar cafetería con una deliciosa variedad de pasteles y aperitivos. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía excelentes vistas de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas dobles con almohadas y ropa de cama suaves. El baño estaba bien equipado con un tocador entre el inodoro y la ducha. Las características de la habitación aumentaban la sensación de lujo, incluyendo una máquina Nespresso y un juego de té. Los artículos de tocador eran agradables y de buena marca. El personal fue excelente en todas las áreas que visitamos, incluida la salida. El Memorial de la Paz fue un paseo agradable: 20 minutos, y hay una multitud de restaurantes y bares a poca distancia a pie del hotel. The room is spacious and impeccably clean. It features a minimalist aesthetic with a neutral color scheme, wood flooring, and uncluttered layout. Two large windows fill the room with natural light and offer great views of the neighborhoods north and east of Hiroshima Station. Additionally, the hotel staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The location is unbeatable for convenience. The 7th-floor reception lobby offers direct elevator access to the station (2nd, 1st, and B1 floors), while a side entrance leads directly into Minamoa Mall. There is also a department store across from the South Exit. Consequently, guests have a plethora of dining, shopping and transport options right at their doorstep.

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

The hotel is great has wonderful standards of maintenance and house keeping. Staff very friendly and restaurant services excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choicest dishes. Location superb. Rooms for Japanese standards very good.

從車站走到飯店需要走一段路、爬一點坡，看海的景觀有點遠眺，前方會先看到停車場；飯店本身很有質感，選物、裝潢、傢俱和餐具都精選，最驚艷的還是晚餐，吃了快三個小時，每一道每一個味覺的層次都鋪陳得很好，吃得出食材亦頗為用心。

這個酒店可太棒了。廣島機場叫出租車大概1個小時到。酒店純日式停園風，還有大批的錦鯉。房間帶私湯，晚餐出眾，住了兩晚都不重複。
