酒店的穿梭巴士一天沒有幾班 要提前預約 有巴士到山腳下 要是有大件行李推上山真是不容易 酒店的歡迎飲料不錯 有軟飲料和啤酒 香檳 房間很小 日式床單和被子都有點薄 晚上會冷 溫泉是混湯的 裏面有很多漂浮物 不知道是keng還是溫泉本身的物質 硫磺氣味很濃 泡完了洗過澡還有硫磺味 應該是很正宗的溫泉 露天溫泉沒有做小景 一片雜草 泡着沒有意境 晚餐和早餐的定食是這麼多年來住過的一泊二食裏最差的 我沒吃完 因為太差了 早餐居然還有兩根火腿腸 我沒見過這麼敷衍的定食 總之這個酒店是一派沒落之像 完全不推薦

El servicio fue impecable; todo el personal, joven y atento, era sonriente. Durante mi viaje de siete días a Japón, este fue el único lugar donde experimenté el auténtico servicio japonés descrito en línea. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, y la comida y el onsen (baño termal) eran excelentes. Fue una grata sorpresa encontrar un ryokan onsen tan maravilloso en una zona poco transitada como Kawaji-Yumoto. El único inconveniente fue que las comodidades de la habitación estaban un poco anticuadas; el filtro del hervidor estaba oxidado y amarillento. Espero que lo cambien pronto, ya que no es un equipo caro.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

環境：感覺這個酒店的房間很大，他是有客廳榻榻米那種很大一間，旁邊隔斷分隔開的卧室，床是榻榻米地鋪，很舒服的，屋子裡沒有泡湯池，酒店裡是有的，離車站很近，到車站之後可以打電話給酒店，幾分鐘就有人開車過來接了。附近步行可以去神社，訂房間是帶早餐和晚餐的，吃的不錯的。

Great in every way, from the excellent location, just across from Utsunomiya Station, connected by an overpass, to the modern decor, the smiling front desk staff, the good security system, the spacious rooms, the comfortable seating areas, the beds larger than the Japanese standard, and the reasonably good breakfast. All staffs are very nice and attentive. I like the onsen on the top floor, spacious and nice, with two large pools both indoor and outdoor, see the view of the railway station, especially at night is beautiful. Last but not least, there are many cafe, restaurant, shopping zone and huge supermarket in the whole building. Recommended!

Room : Standard room spacious for 2 people Bathroom : Spacious. I like the most. Food : Breakfast - Simple but nice and tasty too. Facilities : Laundry - cheaper and convenience. If you don't have coin, you can always go to their receptionist counter and ask for the change. Extra : Iron & Iron Board - you can request at the counter. Check In : Super easy and fast (provided that you have all the docs ready. Just give the booking number & passport to them)

El hotel de Nikko, con una estancia fantástica, ofrece una excelente ubicación y una excelente ubicación. El hotel dispone de una piscina pública, mini mercado, máquinas de venta y café, que cubren todas nuestras necesidades. La ubicación de la estación de tren, fácilmente accesible desde la estación de tren a través del autobús, hizo que el explorador de Nikko fuera fácilmente, el transbordador complimentario de vuelta a la estación de tren en el momento de la salida fue un gesto pensado, redondeando una gran experiencia.

This hotel is recommended. Great buffets with variety of options (japanese, western, tempura, wagyu). Fruit taste was not as good as we expected though and you might not feel excited much about the food after a couple days as they’re pretty much the same. Wonderful public baht with generous amenities provided. Pajama is not needed if you enjoy wearing yukata and sock when sleeping at night as we did. Staff were also friendly. We had a great time overall.

The bus goes from the station right to the hotel. Hotel is very family oriented - there were a lot big of families with children and also young couples. Onsen is spacious and has a sauna. Unfortunately it’s not tattoo friendly so my friend wasn’t able to enjoy the hot springs. Hotel has private onsen but it was fully booked. The hotel room was in Japanese style and had a small balcony

Fue un viaje que hice con mi esposa. Las instalaciones eran realmente buenas. Tanto las habitaciones como el vestíbulo eran espaciosos y cómodos. Las bebidas (incluyendo cerveza y vino) que se podían tomar gratis en el vestíbulo también eran muy buenas. Las aguas termales también eran muy cómodas y la calidad del agua era buena. Era un hotel muy bonito con una decoración moderna. Sin embargo, el buffet de la cena fue un poco decepcionante. Había mucha variedad de comida, pero el sabor y el sabor eran un poco flojos... El buffet de desayuno estuvo bien. Pude disfrutar de una variedad de cosas.
