We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

El antiguo comedor enviará correo antes de que me diga que me quedaré en la recepción. Aunque no hay desayuno buffet, ofrece leche, yogur, champán, salsa, café, etc. gratis, también puede utilizar la cocina, me gusta este entorno.

Estructura muy bonita, limpia, ordenada y hay todo lo necesario. ¡Dispone de cocina y dos baños. La estancia fue muy bonita, por suerte teníamos cerca de habitaciones super amigables 😊 extra recomendado!

La habitación es relativamente grande y tiene su propio baño. El servicio también fue bueno. El desayuno se distribuye por persona y se puede tomar café a gusto. Hay un pequeño río frente a la casa y una cascada detrás de la casa. ¡El precio es simplemente más caro!

La habitación estaba limpia y la cocina tenía dos fregaderos que funcionaban bien. La desventaja fue que no había papel higiénico en el baño y no lo reponían, el cubo de basura de la cocina no estaba vacío y la cerradura de la puerta de un baño estaba rota.

Apart from that, it’s a great stay 🫶🏻 I’ll book again the next time I’m in the area!

Hubo un pequeño incidente al registrarnos. No sabíamos cómo conseguir la contraseña. Con la ayuda de Ctrip, encontramos al propietario. Su sonrisa nos alivió el sentimiento. Además, nos dio una caja de pasteles, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa en este lugar tan extraño. El colchón es cómodo, la cocina es amplia y bien equipada y la experiencia de estadía es placentera. También vimos la aurora boreal por todo el cielo. ¡Es un buen lugar para observarla, con poca luz y un paisaje precioso en Pekín!

Loved this hostel. Kitchen was very clean. There was a separate area for toaster, sandwich maker and a fancy coffee machine. There was complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. The fridge was huge. It was a Liebherr. The outdoor area even had a BBQ machine. The bathrooms contained both showers and WC so it can be a wait in the mornings. There is a towel warmer in bathroom. The bunk beds can do with more privacy.

Room was clean, tidy and adequate for a family of four. The guesthouse is located conveniently to a cluster of restaurants, and easily accessible from the main road.

Easy to find. Beautiful views from the farm property. Friendly ducks,geese and. rooster to greet you in the morning. The room is clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed. Easy checkin and departure. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures on line. I would recommend it for the price.
