Отель расположен в хорошей локации. Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов. В отеле очень хороший грузинский ресторан. Ценник высокий. Один минус - в отеле нет лифта. Но служба портье поможет с багажом, если потребуется. Все очень приветливые, готовые помочь по любому вопросу. У нас не работал телевизор - пришли, заменили на другой. Завтраки хорошие, выпечка, кофемашина. Интерьеры дорогие, богатые по- восточному) Отель рекомендую для проживания. Самарканд оставил лучшие впечатления. Но основное богатство Узбекистана - сами узбеки. Доброжелательные, готовые помочь, любящие своих гостей.

I have to say we will give the reception guy 6 stars up to five. We have to catch up the train in the early morning around 1am, so that we need to stay in the lounge for around 4hours.The reception guy, with my great respect and grateful, stay up the whole night with us, no rest and give water and turn on for us. In the end, support us for communicating with the driver and carry the luggages for us, with no tips(sorry we dont have change cash at that moments) also breakfast nice and room is clean and tidy

Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos aquí del 27 al 30 de abril. Excelente ubicación, cerca de los lugares de interés de Samarcanda. Habitación lujosa. Personal atento y amable. Desayunos deliciosos. En resumen, todo superó mis expectativas. 👍

Shahjahon Hotel is located in a very unassuming neighborhood, tucked among local houses and small shops. But once you step through its gates, you’re welcomed by a magnificent, quintessentially Uzbek façade, charming! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long day of exploring. We were treated to a typical Uzbek breakfast, generous and nourishing. The hotel is just a short walk from Registan Square and the main historical attractions, making it very convenient. A lovely and comfortable base for exploring Samarkand.

La habitación es muy amplia, y la higiene es muy buena 👍🏻 Pero la puerta del hotel sólo está en la escalera, no hay caminos, no es muy conveniente llevar la maleta, pero el servidor del hotel es muy bueno, me ayudará a mover la maleta y la puerta, el servidor es muy amable y amable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Todo el personal fue profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel era nuevo y limpio, limpiaban nuestra habitación a diario y dormimos de maravilla gracias a la ausencia total de ruido. ¡Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel!

Hotel nuevo, muy bien decorado, habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Son profesionales en servicios de hospedaje, una cadena de hoteles muy buena. Se descansa muy bien, muy buena cama, sábanas, toallas, etc de primera calidad. El desayuno variado, de lujo, rico, completo. Desearía encontrar lugares así en otras partes del mundo. No está cerca de atracciones, pero la ciudad es pequeña. Vale la pena estar alejado un poco. Recepcionista muy joven e inexperta se equivocó pero hablamos con jefa y solucionó, no desmerece un hotel tan bueno por una persona. Me encantó a mí y mi familia.

Me alojé aquí durante 3 noches. La recepción fue muy atenta y amable. La habitación era enorme, las camas cómodas y el desayuno variado muy bueno. Hubo un pequeño incidente: al registrarme, pregunté en recepción cómo usar el servicio de lavandería y me dieron información errónea, por lo que no lavaron mi ropa y me quedé sin ropa limpia. Llamé a recepción a las 7 de la tarde (cuando la lavandería estaba cerrada) y enseguida enviaron a alguien a recoger mi ropa y me la devolvieron. La lavé a las 8 de la mañana siguiente. Pero en realidad, el servicio de lavandería solo está disponible de 10 de la mañana a 6 de la tarde. ¡Me alegro de que actuaran con tanta rapidez!

Он новый !!везде вкусно пахнет,современно все.В номере отличный с/у.Есть зуб щетка и паста ,косметич набор,завтраки отличные :ягоды,фрукты,овощи,каши,яичница,мясо,гречка,запеканка,выпечка,сосиськи ,кофе ,соки.На территории басик открытый(раб до 22).до регистана минт30 пешком или 10 мин на такси,оно копейки стоит.
