Review from Malaysian. Evertyhing is fine and perfect. Room is spacious. FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!!! 10/10. Its just the iron needed to be changed. It is so broken cant change the temperature & also the iron board. I cant use it. Overall everything is top notch! Thank you!

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Un hotel limpio y bueno con la mejor ubicación en la ciudad de Medan. La habitación era grande, limpia y muy cómoda. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. No se queja, pero que el pequeño gesto es necesario ... Sin embargo, la dama FO que me trató fue muy amable ... Muy recomendado para quedarse aquí ...

Probably one of the best hotels in the Island if not the best from an accommodation pov. Food wise is just normal but it is not pricy. The view is the most amazing thing in this office. Spend some time walking around the compound.

Good location with courteous and helpful staff.Food spread was good and tasted delicious.Very spacious room.The cleaners also clean the room as I expected.Very clean and neat.The front door man and also receptionist were always smiling and offered help willingly.
