Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

El hotel está situado en un castillo y se ve muy romántico y único. La preparación y la calidad de los alimentos fueron terribles. Vea fotos acompañadas. El salmón que había sobrecocido de salmón congelado y las verduras probablemente eran verduras congeladas que se cocinaron a los moluscos y ya no se habían caído verdes. El risotto era simplemente revestido de arroz en una crema extraña y tenía algunas piezas de pollo sin sabor que se agarran en la parte superior. También necesitan más personal, ya que nuestro receptor se duplicaba como camarera, y notamos que había algunas esperas y lagunas en el servicio. La habitación era compacta y limpia, pero los detalles no estaban disponibles. La ubicación está ligeramente fuera de la ciudad y a 20 minutos a pie de todos los principales lugares de la antigua ciudad. La ubicación es inmejorable. Es el primer hotel antes del puente que lleva al Mont Saint-Michel, y el autobús lanzadera que te lleva allí para justo enfrente. Esta habitación en la primera planta tenía vistas a la presa; es limpia y funcional, pero se ve bastante anticuada. La habitación es muy calurosa debido a la estructura del techo plano que se ve fuera de las ventanas y que retiene todo el calor. Viajábamos con dos mascotas y fue genial que el hotel admitiera animales. La cena con la opción de media pensión estuvo bastante bien, pero nuestro plato preferido no estaba disponible porque un grupo turístico grande había cenado antes que nosotros. El desayuno era variado y tenía una vista espléndida del Mont Saint-Michel. Es bastante caro para lo que ofrece.

No mucho para decir ... sólo buenas cosas! La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. todo reservado (NB: trip.com nunca discutido que tuvimos que reservar el estacionamiento, esto es algo Accor y Trip.com debería discutir sobre como esto es ahora nuestro 2o encuentro de este problema.... Veniendo de Malasia y alquilar un coche, Esto no ayuda... no teníamos idea de que tuviéramos que reservar el estacionamiento) El dormitorio era muy bonito, muy bonito balcón pero pequeño baño... especialmente dada la ubicación del baño.... lol. Pero nunca importa. Niño cubierta del dormitorio y el hotel también... tema de Christian Dior y moda, nos gustaba eso ☺️ La última desayuno y su ubicación: hermosa. La vista del mar es muy buena, el mueble es muy bien elegido, y la comida es buena. La primera vez que veo un «hacer tus huevos de lado solísimos» en un hotel, que era frío.

El hotel está dentro de la puerta. Ofrecen una plaza de aparcamiento que cuesta 12,50 €, mucho más asequible que el aparcamiento exterior. El personal puede dar el código para entrar. Hay un autobús al Mont Saint-Michel justo en la puerta del hotel cada 10 minutos hasta la 1 de la madrugada. La habitación está limpia y es cómoda. Sin embargo, la moqueta exterior está un poco vieja. Me recordó a un motel estadounidense. En general, es una buena estancia y muy conveniente para visitar el Mont Saint-Michel.

We reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!! Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!) Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)

Пребывала в данном отеле 4 ночи. Если вас смущает что отель находится рядом с вокзалом, то не стоит, на ночь вокзал закрывают, там давольно безопасно. Вкусные, континентальные завтраки 18€. В отеле имеется лифт. Из минусов это душевая которая никак не закрывается и вода просачивается в комнату, а так же центральная вытяжка, которая работала всю ночь и так как она тоже находится в ванной, нет возможности уменьшить шум. Но в целом из-за расположения, завтраков и персонала идущего тебе на встречу я наверняка остановлюсь тут снова

El hotel es muy agradable y el personal es sonriente y acogedor.  El hotel está bastante bien situado: Hay transportes acompañados (buses, tranvías, trenes, etc. Hay también un centro comercial situado a 7 minutos a pie. La playa está un poco lejos (aproximadamente 30 minutos a pie) pero no están transportadas, Hemos podido alquilar bicicletas y trotinetas eléctricas de la ciudad.

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home! Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good! I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!
