Location was within 20 minutes walking to the old town and just 2 minutes on feet to the Grazer Messe (Fair of Graz) facilities. Breakfast was of broad selection and good quality, Tobias satisfied all our wishes in the restaurant. All other staff members (receptionist and cleaning staff) were polite and very helpful. Though the hotel is on a road with tram traffic, noise isolation worked pretty well and we had silent nights. We could easily find parking on the other side of the road, which was luckily free during the weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel if visited Graz next time again.

Aunque es la segunda ciudad más grande de Austria, este lugar es relativamente pequeño. La principal actividad se encuentra en la antigua zona, es decir, en el lugar donde vivemos el hotel. ¡Tres minutos a pie, es conveniente! ¡La habitación también es buena para Europa! El desayuno es un desayuno europeo general, no es mucho, pero es muy delicado, especialmente cuando se menciona su café especialmente perfumado, no se ha hecho con una máquina de café general, cada una de ellas se ha hecho con una máquina de café grande, ¡eso es genial!

Stayed at this hotel for a europa league football fixture.Good location for the ground a 20min walk or regular trams a 2min walk away that also take you into the city centre. Room was very comfortable,tea & coffee making facilities,free safe and wonderful bed.Would highly recommended this hotel.😊

La ubicación es buena, cerca del casco antiguo. La habitación da a la calle, pero la insonorización es buena después de cerrar la ventana. El aparcamiento está detrás del hotel y es muy pequeño. Hay siete u ocho escalones desde el aparcamiento hasta la recepción, lo cual es muy incómodo para los turistas con maletas grandes.

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

Only suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room. We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not. Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice. After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado frente a la estación de tren. El personal de recepción fue excelente y me ayudó a guardar mis gafas perdidas. El desayuno estuvo genial, aunque no muy variado, pero muy rico.

Lovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

UUsuario invitadoMencioné ir a Austria con mis colegas. Éramos cuatro y solo costó 1000 yuanes. La relación calidad-precio fue altísima. El entorno es bueno y hay muchos hoteles, pero los precios son más altos que en este, así que si quieres ahorrar, te recomiendo reservar este en Ctrip.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está justo enfrente de la terminal central de trenes, lo cual es una gran ventaja si viajas en tren. También está cerca de Spar y Bipa en la estación de tren (la única que abre los domingos y tarde los sábados). Las habitaciones están bien cuidadas y muy limpias, al igual que el vestíbulo y el restaurante. El recepcionista es muy amable y servicial. También noté que muchos huéspedes traen mascotas, así que supongo que es un hotel pet-friendly. Además, hay estaciones de carga para coches eléctricos frente al vestíbulo. Está cerca de un par de restaurantes y de Billa. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a quienes no les guste alojarse en pleno centro. Se puede tomar fácilmente el tranvía al centro o caminar unos 20 minutos.
