Arrivé tardivement au un problème explication précise et boîte à clé. Personnel au petit soin polyglotte dont le français qui n'est pas mentionné sur le site. Tout été exactement comme mentionné sur le site. Agréable séjour

Great hotel, perfectly situated near Paphos Harbour, the staff were helpful and the rooms were immaculate. The rooftop bar was nice and a good spot for a quick drink and nibbles. I would definitely come back.

La propiedad está perfectamente situada en Phapos. Sólo un paseo 5-minute a una de las principales atracciones (Tomb of the Kings). Hay muchos restaurantes dentro de 10-15 minutos a pie, y también un centro comercial a unos 20-25 minutos a pie. El hotel estaba bastante limpio pero no tenía algunas habitaciones (considerando que es una estrella 4). La propiedad es vieja por lo que había pinturas y marcas en las paredes. El desayuno también era bueno, nada grande! En general, bien para un corto estadía.

Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service: Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast. It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better. Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.

El desayuno es bueno y se sirve con una rica variedad de alimentos. El hotel dispone de un aparcamiento gratuito. Su ubicación también es buena. El problema es que la casa contigua estaba en proceso de renovación. Entonces, ¡se volvió ruidoso temprano en la mañana!

Great hotel on the seaside, big outside swimming pool, nice spa and indoor pool, breakfast with lot of choice, you can eat at terrace with great wiew to pool and sea. Nice beach with waves at front of hotel.

Había una cabaña de jardín premium con vistas al mar. No hay nada premium sobre esta cabaña no hay jardín y vista al mar es limitada. Las habitaciones son limpias y el servicio es bueno, pero las habitaciones y el hotel necesitan mejora y mantenimiento es. en mi piso de la habitación estaba cayendo aparte. La piscina es muy agradable. Acceso a la playa Sólo por unos pocos pasos. En la playa necesita pagar por la cama de sol y la sombra si quiere usarla de otro modo puedes ponerte en la toalla/sand. La calidad de la habitación es muy alta, y la calidad de la habitación es muy alta.

Our room was lovely and spacious, and the hotel has beautiful traditional features. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a very central location in Polis which is convenient, but it does mean at night there is a lot of noise from neighbouring bars and restaurants, but we stayed on a weekend, during the week it might be different. The breakfast is limited, it is à la carte with few options, and the quality of the meals and their presentation could be better. They also have no non-dairy milk options.

Wat een geweldig hotel! Heel vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers, een heel fijn bed en het eten is echt fantastisch! Wij hebben vaker in all inclusive hotels gezeten, maar nergens zo goed eten gehad! Er is een fijn zwembad, een bar met veel keuze voor drankjes, en de locatie is ook heel fijn. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en de mall op loopafstand. Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Cyprus, gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel! :)

Overall a lovely stay. A very clean hotel with some good facilites. The desserts were amazing and the food was well cooked. A few things would have improved the stay further: Pads on the bottom of the wooden chairs in the dining room- the scraping noise was awful as they were pulled out from, or pushed into the table. There was too much single use plastic used,eg at the bars etc The food could have been more varied. These are simple things that would add quality to the hotel
