That chinese dude's 2-star review is ridiculous. Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest. The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table. Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby. Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

Хороший чистый бутик-отель в некотором отдалении от центра. Из отдельных плюсов хочется отметить закрытый внутренний двор, где можно поставить автомобиль и большой стол, где посидеть с друзьями (если едите группой).

It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Das Hostel ist in Halbhöhe sehr gut gelegen. Man lebt bei einer russische Familie die ihr Haus umfunktioniert haben. Leider ist es sehr laut und hellhörig und auf Feingefühl der Gäste ist kaum zu hoffen. Außerdem sind die Decken im Erdgeschoss an der höchsten Stelle 2m und z.B. im Bad nur 1.85m hoch.

Остались очень довольны проживанием в гостевом доме «Баграт» в Цхалтубо! ❤️ С самого приезда нас очень тепло встретил хозяин дома — гостеприимный, доброжелательный и приятный человек. Мы сразу почувствовали себя не просто гостями, а настоящими друзьями. Нас вкусно накормили, угостили домашним вином 🍷 и окружили настоящим грузинским гостеприимством. Сам дом очень уютный, атмосфера тёплая и душевная. Особенно приятно, когда хозяева относятся к своим гостям с такой искренней заботой и вниманием. От всей души рекомендуем гостевой дом «Баграт» всем, кто планирует остановиться в Цхалтубо. Если хотите почувствовать настоящее грузинское гостеприимство — обязательно приезжайте сюда! Las impresiones del hotel son mejores que las expectativas. Buen precio/calidad. Limpia, no hay problemas con la plomo y la ducha, muebles normales, agradable diseño de ojos de la habitación. El personal o el anfitrión responde rápidamente al mensajero. No hay dificultad para asentar. El primer piso del edificio es una pequeña tienda de tiendas, los precios no son buenos, pero es conveniente comprar en una pequeña manera. La entrada al hotel desde la calle. No se ha hecho ruido, pero se informa ruido desde la carretera.
