Perfect location, very comfortable
We checked out early and there was no water in the shower, also our room has electric kettle but other room has none. No teaspoon, if we want to make coffee. Otherwise it’s all good.
+ I like that bath and toilet are separated.
+ They have water dispenser available at the hallway. You can heat up water in the room with the electric kettle provided.
+ Julie was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave us a connecting room.
+ The manong guards were also very welcoming and helpful.
- The room is quite small but has basic amenities except for small fridge.
- I felt the carpet or beddings were dusty as i was sneezing most of the time.
We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!
May pool na sya at free breakfast kait mura lang per night 🥰 we got this for 2,800 only including sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels. ❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices! ❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka.

Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

FFulgencio PolThe hotel is very close to SM mall and Yashano mall actually connected to yashano mall, Staff are very polite and respectful they tried to help and accommodate the best they can. The food is ok but not very appetizing actually on the 3rd day I feel like the food is very greasy. The 499 pesos per head seems to me not worth of dining compare to other hotel better selection. The room is very spacious and cleaned nice firm bed and soft pillows had water service and refill fountain outside, kettle is provided and coffee bathroom had very nice elegant equipment, oh I forgot to tell them that the shower is seem broken rubber as its flowing backward I hope they can see this review so they can fix it. They had a heavy blanket for a better sleep, I can recommend this hotel. It just pricey compare to other considering thier foods .

UUsuario invitadoWoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny!
Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️
From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️
Thank you so much, A Traveller’s Inn ❤️
UUsuario invitadoExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.
