Excellent location in the middle of Innsbruck. Less than 10min walk to-from Innsbruck Hbf, Alstadt and many location in the city. Check-in was quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. There is a coffee machine which makes it even better. If you stay 2 or more days, you will get the Welcome Pass for free transport around Innsbruck.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

The hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted.

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Un hotel antiguo elegantemente reformado. Céntrico. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tranquilas, limpias y bien iluminadas. Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno es un poco caro pero tiene una selección razonable y se sirve en una cafetería con techo alto y camareras agradables. El personal es educado.

La recepción del hotel es muy intimida, aunque es un hotel rápido, es muy limpio, muy nuevo, me siento bien con un poco de gusto decorado. El desayuno es también raffinado, no es rico, es muy delicioso y muy nutritivo.

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

Este viaje al Hotel Penz me sorprendió. La ubicación es más conveniente que la de otro hotel veterano junto al río que reservé. Se tardó media hora en caminar por los famosos lugares escénicos. En la planta baja de al lado está el centro comercial y la deliciosa comida tailandesa. Las habitaciones también tienen vistas a la montaña. Resalte el restaurante del jardín en el piso superior en el quinto piso con una vista magnífica. ¡El desayuno es rico en variedad y delicioso! También hay rollitos de primavera chinos y calabacín frito. Las carnes, mariscos, postres, jugos, frutas, quesos tienen muchas variedades subdivididas en cada categoría y son deliciosos. Recomendamos especialmente todo tipo de kimchi al estilo europeo, en especial atún envuelto en tomates pequeños, y queso tierno envuelto en pimientos en escabeche. La extraña combinación de maravillosos sabores, ¡debes probarla si tienes un sabor internacional!

Love this hotel. Perfect location to prime attractions and well connected by buses to everywhere. Bus 540 goes straight to Kletterzentrum and to haupbahnhof in other direction. Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed

Los camareros del hotel fueron serios y corteses, y al hacer el registro de entrada nos regalaron chocolate y jabón local como recuerdo. Hay una unidad dúplex en el último piso. La cama tiene un tragaluz y se puede ver el techo, lo cual es muy cómodo.
