Estuvimos unos días visitando Austria y Alemania y este es el peor hotel en que nos alojamos. No tengo palabras para describir lo mal que funciona. Sabíamos que nos darían una habitación sin reformar , pero no esperabamos una habitación con moqueta, mampara de plástico en el baño, ningún producto de cortesía, puetas que vibran cuando caminas por la habitación...en un hotel de 4 estrellas por 100€ la noche. Por no tener , no teníamos mi el cartel de "no molestar" para colgar en la puerta.(tuvimos que solicitarlo en recepción) El hotel es tipo spa, pero las instalaciones están masificadas porque son totalmente insuficientes para la cantidad de habitaciones.el agua de la piscina exterior está solamente templada. Pero lo peor de todo es el parking. Se anuncia como hotel con parking privado gratuíto, pero la realidad es que disponen de un número insignificante de estrechas plazas, donde es un milagro encontrar sitio.Solicitamos ayuda ya que nos era imposible aparcar y nos ofrecieron dejar el coche ocupando el carril de salida. Todo un desastre. Al final esperando quedó una plaza libre. Nos sugirieron que no sacaramos el coche más para no perder la plaza, como si uno se desplazara a Austria para estar metido en un hotel. El día del checkout vino la guinda del pastel , diciéndonos que la habitación estaba sin pagar cuando hacía meses que la habíamos pagado. Finalmente cayeron en la cuenta de que era un error suyo , pero ni se disculparon. En resumen no vuelvo ni gratis.

The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Chris**as dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

Fantastic stay at mountains hotel it was a magical pre Chris**as trip .facilities were great outdoor heated pool & hot tub looking at snow covered mountains

Firstly, il start with saying that it was a pleasure to stay here for a few days. It is fantastic to have witnessed the cleanliness, friendliness and the culinary spectacle that awaited us each day. The a**osphere of the newly renovated hotel is fantastic, the bar area is extremely clean and the staff everywhere is helpful, patient and caring. Even with my allergies it was treated right and with care. The outdoor spa area is exceptionally clean, with a stunning view of the mountains, however the indoor pool was slightly dirty in some areas. The renovated rooms are very nicely decorated, and the bathroom has to be the cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. The food was always great, breakfast had a buffet with large variety. Dinner could be chosen from 3 main-course options presented at breakfast each day, with a starters buffet and dessert included as well. We will definitely will be back again.

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited.
The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel.
Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size.
On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex.
The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

NO smile at all, NO greeting like “good morning”, staff ALWAYS FROWNING, literally all staff is UNFRIENDLY!
