The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a una distancia de caminar a atracciones como el castillo de Dresden y el Zwinger. También nos gustan las bebidas en el minibar, es gratis!

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.

El hotel estaba ubicado en una zona contigua al casco antiguo, a tan solo 19 minutos a pie de la estación de tren principal. El minibar gratuito fue una excelente idea que no he visto en ningún otro hotel. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento, proporcionando indicaciones y ayudando con la interpretación de documentos.

Excellent service! We felt very well looked after in this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was truly amazing and our suite and bathroom very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The interior design could be a bit more consistent, but a warm atmosphere is definitely achieved.

Der Empfang war sehr nett, aber für uns waren es keine 5-Sterne. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (das viele 90-er Jahre Gold). Man duscht in der Wanne. Am Lichtschalter im Bad waren bräunliche Streifen. Allerdings ist die Lage tatsächlich unschlagbar. Alles in allem gut.

Allgemein sehe ich eine Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch/Preis und Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel wurde nett renoviert, Zimmer sind aber sehr klein. Das innere ist sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt etwas an Ambiente (Hintergrundmusik? …). Service nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau (bsp wurde uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck angeboten, auch nicht, als ein Mitarbeiter zufällig in den selben Fahrstuhl stieg). Lage ist top. Preis aber zu hoch.

El mejor hotel reservado en esta ruta está en el centro de la Plaza de la Vieja Ciudad, muy cerca de la Iglesia de la Santa Madre, el grado de pureza puede ser bonito con el hotel japonés...Hay mini-venta gratis, el baño también es muy amplio, la ventana es la Plaza de la Vieja Ciudad, todo está bien, Sólo el diseño de la caja de arcilla no es lo suficientemente avanzado como para ser posible.
