We honestly wanted to gatekeep this place… but it’s too special not to share. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The supermarket and metro are just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. We will definitely be coming back again.

⭐⭐ 2/5 Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff. We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache. When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room. On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant. We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

服務人員都年輕有活力，英語都非常好，交流無障礙，每位都熱情提供幫助，又提行李又提包的，還幫忙叫TAXI。酒店位置也是無敵，直行，右轉，步行800米就到了Duomo。下次還來住

Súper recomendado:) Martina, la chica de la recepción nos ayudó desde el minuto 1! Muy amable y servicial. (El resto de trabajadores también muy amables). El hotel súper bien ubicado, limpio, insonorizado, buena luz… todo perfecto! Por poner una pega, para el aire acondicionado tuvimos problemas porque había que avisar en la recepción para encenderlo y apagarlo y no podíamos cambiar la temperatura ni potencia, pero en seguida nos ayudaron:) recomendado 100%!

Me encantó este lugar. El personal de recepción fue excelente y hablaban inglés. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Es fácil acceder a las atracciones turísticas y está cerca de la estación de tren. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación central de Milán. A unos 2 km de la plaza del Duomo, solo un paseo. La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda.

Excelente ubicación y bajo precio. Tuve que llevar un bolso de mano grande para llegar desde la estación, pero tardé unos 5 minutos en llegar, lo cual fue de gran ayuda ya que era una ruta fácil de entender. Como pude dejar mi equipaje allí, llegué por la mañana y disfruté al máximo del turismo por la tarde. El personal de recepción también fue amable y respondió a nuestro pobre inglés. La habitación era más grande de lo que esperaba, e incluso con tres hombres grandes, no me sentí apretada en absoluto y pude descansar bien. Sin embargo, para quienes buscan limpieza por encima de precios bajos, o para quienes visitan en pareja, otros hoteles pueden ser más adecuados.

Reservamos una habitación para 3 personas. Abre la ventana y encontrarás una zona residencial. Siéntete como un residente de Milán. El ascensor es bonito y solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Si tienes una maleta grande🧳, tienes que subir las escaleras en tandas.
