We honestly wanted to gatekeep this place… but it’s too special not to share. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The supermarket and metro are just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. We will definitely be coming back again.

I’m not sure if all hotels in Italy are like this, but this hotel genuinely left us with an amazing impression. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We are two wedding photographers travelling to Italy for work. For the first two nights, we stayed at a hotel arranged by our clients outside of Milan, but once we returned to Milan, we specifically chose this hotel for our final night before flying back to the UK. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience was fantastic. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was easy to get here from the airport by metro, which was especially helpful after a busy wedding trip carrying a lot of equipment. What impressed us the most was the service. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, so we left our luggage at reception and went out for the day. When we came back around 5pm, all of our luggage had already been delivered to our room. This is actually something we rarely experience in most hotels in the UK, so we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Btw, they even offer welcome drinks 🥰 The breakfast was also wonderful, with both hot food options and a great continental selection. Everything tasted lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we visit Milan.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Castle Hotel. Está ubicado cerca de la catedral de Milán y es tranquilo en el bullicio. El desayuno es asequible y la habitación está limpia e higiénica. ⭐⭐ 2/5 Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff. We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache. When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room. On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant. We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

阿瑪尼酒店就在最鬧市的中央，酒店大門對着大街，不遠處就是大教堂。進門左手電梯直接上7樓的Lobby大堂。出電梯左轉就是前台了。 酒店房間設計奢華，整體都是他家經典的灰色和黑色。房間面積非常不錯，足夠大，這樣套房很有誠意。隱藏式衣帽間，各種漂亮的鏡子，完美的Ipad掌控整個房間的一切。網絡飛快，不對，是比飛還快。 洗手間絕對的大氣優雅，還配有地暖設備，床和枕頭也非常完美，絕對是意大利最頂級的。衞生打掃及時且細緻。 需要吐槽的是，調節熱水就像用螺旋測微儀，不然要麼燙要麼冷。還有各種門，裝修的時候有點粗糙，經常關不上。 但是這些不影響它的水準，絕對是頂級的存在。

Llegamos a la estación de tren de Milán por la noche. Solo hay que caminar unos minutos desde la estación. El ambiente en el interior es bueno y los alrededores son muy convenientes.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación central de Milán. A unos 2 km de la plaza del Duomo, solo un paseo. La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda.

Reservamos una habitación para 3 personas. Abre la ventana y encontrarás una zona residencial. Siéntete como un residente de Milán. El ascensor es bonito y solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Si tienes una maleta grande🧳, tienes que subir las escaleras en tandas.

El propietario es bastante amable. La habitación está limpia y tiene todos los electrodomésticos. Lo malo es que está dispuesto en el segundo piso (en realidad en el tercer piso), no es conveniente mover equipaje sin ascensor. No habrá calefacción por la noche, por lo que tendrás que encender el aire acondicionado cuando regreses a la habitación; de lo contrario, será difícil mantenerte caliente si te despiertas en medio de la noche y lo vuelves a encender.
