Este apartamento es genial y el precio es excelente. Está a 8-10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, lo cual me parece aceptable. La limpieza y el ambiente son especialmente buenos. Me enteré de que es un local recién inaugurado y tuve la suerte de ser el primer huésped. Aquí les dejo algunos consejos: Como el registro es automático, después de registrarse en línea, recibirán un enlace para abrir un mini programa. Contiene la llave de la habitación, información de Wi-Fi, etc. Cuando necesiten la llave para abrir la puerta, no hagan clic en el enlace directamente. Deben copiar y abrir el enlace desde su navegador. Solo así funcionará la llave. Yo abrí el enlace directamente y no pude acceder a la interfaz de la llave. Todo lo demás es genial, definitivamente vale la pena alojarse aquí. Además, hay que mantener pulsado el botón del ascensor para que funcione, jaja.

Calimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

⭐⭐ 2/5 Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff. We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache. When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room. On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant. We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Cerca de la estación de tren, autobuses al aeropuerto, parada de autobús de excursiones. El hotel es hermoso, estancia confortable. Pero no hay máquina de café; me parece que esto es un gran inconveniente.

We arrived slightly early for the 2pm check-in and it wasn’t an issue at all. Service from the front desk was outstanding and the location was ideal for exploring Milan and located walking distance to the main Milano Centrale Station. Would absolutely stay here again and we will be recommending the hotel to our friends. 10/10.

Para moverse por Milán, hay una parada de tranvía-autobús (Bausan) a menos de 5 minutos a pie del albergue (después de la rotonda). La habitación compartida de 4 camas cuenta con baño privado con ducha de agua caliente con temporizador. Se pueden alquilar toallas de baño por 2 €. Hay wifi disponible en todo el albergue. El bar-bistró del hotel ofrece una buena selección de ferias italianas e internacionales. Para los viajeros cansados, la opción de cenar en el hotel es muy recomendable. Durante el día, la zona común tiene un ambiente más de coworking. Al atardecer, el ambiente se transforma en un animado bar-bistró.

La ubicación es muy buena. Está muy cerca de la Estación Central de Milán y del metro. Es muy conveniente para conectar con el tren y la ciudad. Hay un señor mayor a cargo de la recepción por las noches. Tiene muy buen carácter.

Reservamos una habitación para 3 personas. Abre la ventana y encontrarás una zona residencial. Siéntete como un residente de Milán. El ascensor es bonito y solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Si tienes una maleta grande🧳, tienes que subir las escaleras en tandas.

Antes de reservar este hotel céntrico, me había enterado de que era un hotel de una estrella. Debido al presupuesto limitado, decidí quedarme aquí.
