Happy with overall stay experience - clean, excellent service, fantastic room. The feel of the hotel was unique in its vintage and historically significant decor. Only felt that the restaurants within the hotel were not exactly family friendly but there are plenty of them just right outside the hotel for us.

We stayed one night in the Icon room. The room was spacious although it was not the largest in the hotel. Modern decor and furniture placement were very special. My bathroom only had a shower but it was spacious with overhead showerhead. We caught the complimentary shuttle from the hotel and the driver was friendly. We did not had breakfast. The price was very high for the night I was staying. The surroundings are mainly parking lots and some industrial areas though.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

My girls and myself had a wonderful experience at Four Season. Staff are friendly, helpful and provided with flexibility in terms of check-in or check-out arrangement. The room is just perfect, either cleanliness or settings. Food was great. re-visit is a MUST.

El personal no se esforzó para ayudarnos a llegar al hotel, ni siquiera cuando nevaba mucho. Fue una pérdida de tiempo hacer una llamada telefónica. Al llegar, su actitud fue siempre fría. El hotel está anticuado y se regodea en su gloria pasada. La mayoría del personal es frío, pero un puñado de ellos son muy amables y serviciales (la mayoría son personal de limpieza). Teniendo en cuenta que nos alojamos dos semanas, nos hemos encontrado con muchos miembros del personal. La cocina está equipada de forma muy básica con equipos de mala calidad. La puerta del balcón está mal sellada y hay una corriente de aire constante en la habitación. Una de las razones por las que reservamos este hotel fue su sala de billar, pero está en su bar. Pensé que sería ideal para familias. Situado cerca de la telecabina, ideal para esquiadores. No lo recomiendo para familias y tiene una mala relación calidad-precio.

An enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city centre, with a tube station next door, so you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean and the facilities are brand new. There’s also a swimming pool, hot spring and sauna, which are very relaxing. The only thing is that the bed was a bit too soft.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Nos alojamos aquí 5 noches. Tienen una ubicación excelente, si no la mejor, en Vancouver. Junto a la estación Waterfront, donde hay skytrain, seabus, autobuses y tren. También está literalmente en Canada Place, donde ofrecen transporte gratuito a Grouse Mountain y al puente Capilano. Desde la habitación se puede ver el crucero, el hidroavión y el helicóptero. A minutos a pie de Gastown para ver el reloj del arroyo. Lo mejor es que, al comprar un imán de Vancouver para la nevera, el hotel forma parte del emblemático edificio. El personal también es muy amable y nuestra habitación siempre está limpia. Si tengo alguna queja, es que no estoy muy acostumbrado a que los carritos de limpieza estén disponibles las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, en el pasillo de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por lo demás, fue una estancia casi perfecta. También nos encantó la vista desde nuestra habitación.
