We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

Staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Amazing location right by Marvel Stadium. We were in an accessible room. Large and spacious, AS compliant bathroom.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$

I arrived Melbourne airport at 5 a.m., paid early check in fee at the hotel of $200 at 10 a.m. for the room which was fine, unfortunately the kettle in the room was missing, called guest service who assured me that it would be delivered to the room immediately, 25 minutes later no kettle I had to ask housekeeping on the floor for it, the house maid was very helpful and I have the kettle within a couple of minutes.  Had my coffee and just got to sleep, someone came into my room and turned all the lights on.  I was shocked, it turned out that it was a maintenance person, who came into my room without knocking when there was a 'do not disturbed' sign lighted up.   Then I heard someone speaking loudly at the corridor saying that 'he wasn't happy' , I think it was quite right that I should feel upset when someone came into my room without knocking and turned on all the lights.  I called guest service explained to them that I do not want to be disturbed because I have to catch some sleep,  the person said that he/she would inform duty manager, I specifically asked him/her not to border because I need resting.  Just about to fall asleep, guess what duty manager called.  Anyway she was helpful but it isn't what I wanted, my early check in fee was waived but that was not the point.  I thought that was the end of the adventure.  I had a four night stay, half way through my stay, I came back to the room and find that the toilet floor was full of water and did not smell too good.  It turned out that the toilet shield was gone and they had to take the toilet out to re-seal it.  I had to move room.   Got to the new room and find quite a few hair on the desk and side-table, the bell boy was helpful and cleaned it.  Hence my comments that both services and cleanliness are poor in this occasion.

Stayed here for a short business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is relatively new, so the room and facilities still feel fresh and well maintained. My Deluxe Studio was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, including a washing machine with dryer, a cook stove, and basic cutleries, which would be very convenient for longer stays even though I did not personally use them this time. The location is good and practical. There is a convenience store on the underground floor which makes it easy to grab drinks or quick snacks without having to walk far. Service was smooth and check-in was straightforward. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay that works well for business travellers who may want apartment-style amenities.

The hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

El hotel fue convertido de un edificio histórico de 1890. Disfrutamos del desayuno incluido en el restaurante Alluvial. La habitación King Classic que hemos estado en el centro de Melbourne es muy amplia, y está en la zona 1 de Melbourne. El hotel está a pie de muchas de las atracciones de Melbourne, y podemos incluso tomar un descanso en la habitación en nuestra planificada excursión de la ciudad en medio de un día muy caluroso de verano. El baño ofrece baños Byredo que nos gustan, pero el decoro es un poco fechado y necesita refresco y no estamos satisfechos con el nivel de servicio del personal. Por ejemplo, la función de teléfono sin mano no funciona correctamente; la seguridad está según el hotel ”en el proceso de sustitución” y tampoco funciona; la llamada al ”servicio inmediato” Para ayudar a menudo se llevó más de 5-seconds anillo especialmente durante la noche. Existe incluso una falsa alarma de incendio durante una de las horas de la mañana de nuestra estancia. Dudo que sea un estándar de hotel Intercontinental o un hotel clasificado 5-star. Para aquellos que consideren quedarse en este tipo de habitación de este hotel, por favor, note que las ventanas están fijas y se enfrentan al pasillo, por lo que la habitación tiene 1. no luz solar natural 2. no aire fresco y 3. necesita cerrar las cortinas todo el tiempo si prefiere la privacidad. Otro punto que vale la pena señalar es el piso del baño es muy desnudo después del baño, lo llamaría una trampa de muerte si usted usa los pantalones de una vez que se proporciona en la habitación, ya que puede fácilmente conseguir un pantalón y caer en el piso del baño incluso para un adulto.

We stayed at Liz-Carlton four nights for our Melbourne trip. I had communicated with the reservation staff through multiple emails regarding request for special decorations or arrangements for my daughter’s birthday on the day we arrived. I thought it would be a great surprise for my daughter. Unfortunately, we arrived in the room with nothing arranged, not even the welcoming music or note card. Also “Requested” for a connecting rooms as one of my daughter was not feeling well. Staff promised to reply me back first thing in the morning. But again, no response until I reached to the front desk to ask about it. One room had one pair of slipper and the other room even had no slippers at all. Rooms were poorly cleaned and re-supplied.

Un estancia excepcional en la calle Hilton Little Queen, Melbourne! Nos encantaban los toques personalizados durante toda nuestra estancia, las habitaciones estaban modernas, hermosamente diseñadas y inmaculadamente limpias. El servicio era realmente de primera calidad; cada miembro del personal era atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar incluso antes de que tuviéramos que pedir. Un grito especial a Hayley, Jason, Jayana y Harrison, y a todos los demás que nos han hecho esta estadía tan memorable, tu calor y profesionalismo no se despertó.
