Hoteles con Desayuno en Georgia, Estados Unidos

Vivimos aquí siete días, en general, bien limpio, es decir, el servicio no es el mejor, el desayuno es más sencillo. Más de mil hoteles por noche, si se puede comer un desayuno muy rico en China, pero aquí, el mismo desayuno sencillo siete días consecutivos, es un poco intolerable.

Este tipo de habitación reservada por Trip.com debe evitar el tercer piso, entrar en una parte llamada humo, solicitar inmediatamente un cambio de habitación, la recepción dice que muchos en este piso están 😅... El hotel tiene un tren pequeño al lado para el aeropuerto, más equipaje o un día de lluvia, no es muy conveniente.

El hotel también es un buen comisario. Si usted es el vuelo internacional para tomar un taxi en el pasado, no se encuentre el autobús del hotel para el edificio de transporte de pasajeros interno. Aunque también puede ser en el vuelo, luego se asegurará de que el tren trasero vaya al edificio de transporte de pasajeros internacional. This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Bien situado, cerca del aeropuerto y restaurantes cercanos. Habitaciones de buena tamaño y camas confortables. muy cómodas.Aparcamiento amplio.

El aeropuerto tiene un coche de transporte para el hotel. Puede salir del aeropuerto en la zona del Hotel Shuttle. No se vaya al auto equivocado. Esperaré unos 20 minutos aproximadamente. Desde las nueve al aeropuerto a las 5:20 de la mañana, comienza un turno por hora. Hay desayuno gratuito aunque no es mucho, es suficiente para despegar. La cama es muy cómoda.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.
