El hotel está limpio y bien ubicado en el centro de Esmirna. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, aunque se pasaron por alto algunos servicios (jabones, etc.). Hay agua potable y agua caliente en el vestíbulo.
El barrio es animado durante el día, pero bastante cuestionable y descuidado por la noche. Aun así, ¡siempre me sentí seguro!
Para 2 o 3 días, recomiendo este hotel por su relación calidad-precio y ubicación, ya que está cerca de prácticamente todas las atracciones.

La cama es grande y la habitación es espaciosa, con espacio suficiente para una persona. El servicio de recepción también es muy amable. Como llegué muy temprano, me registraron temprano. Gracias al recepcionista. Recomiendo alojarse aquí. Un elogio de cinco estrellas. Si vuelvo a Esmirna, me alojaré aquí de nuevo. Gracias.

酒店出來有地鐵，有火車站，地鐵出口也有銀行atm，很方便。房間很大，唯一的問題就是，空調比較舊了，不能調整温度。四樓需要從三樓走上去，但是有露天陽台，夜景真的出照片，沒有濾鏡。有停車位，不過最好不要去兩排的那邊停，因為不容易出來。另外一排很方便。

Hotel is maybe the best one in Izmir with very good location. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback. It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner. Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted. I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients. Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize. It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards. It kinda feels weird when someone questions something for nothing…

The design is stunning, adorned with captivating paintings and sculptures. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We had an unforgettable time in this city, thanks to the unparalleled hospitality that made us feel truly at home and deepened our love for this country.
Despite arriving at the hotel a bit early, the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast was phenomenal, bursting with delicious flavors. As a couple traveling together, we couldn’t order much at the restaurant, but the hosts generously shared an array of local dishes that we absolutely adored. This is hands-down the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting this city!

Desventajas:
Baja eficiencia en todos los aspectos.
Llegué a las 5 de la tarde y tuve que esperar casi una hora para registrarme.
Necesitaba que alguien del hotel aparcara el coche por mí, así que esperé otra media hora para conseguirlo, lo que me dejó un poco sin palabras.
El desayuno es normal, el precio es normal.

I want to point out that your behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful. I felt insecure from the moment you told me, and I quote, ”if you were single, I'll show you more places.” I replied that I wasn't, and you knew that, and you added, laughing, ”No, but when you come back to Turkey and you're separated”. You're crossing three boundaries here. The first is as a guest at your hotel. The second is because of my age. I'm the same age as your son. Imagine if you had a daughter, would you like an older man to behave with her? And the third is as a woman, do you even know what goes on in a woman's head when you receive this kind of remark, even though you weren't suspicious? As a woman, you feel scared and you're measuring the level of danger that the man in front of you represents, because you are alone, vulnerable, not in your country. When you criticize truck drivers who only want to pick up female hitchhikers because they are interested in sex with them, you are no different from that kind of person by behaving like that with me. It's 2025, I'm a woman, and I no longer accept this kind of inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from men. You must NOT do this, whether it's with your clients or with young women, any woman, and even if you say this as a “joke”. Just DON’T.

UUsuario invitadoLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

UUsuario invitadoNos encontramos en Izmir cuando decidimos tener una habitación en Ceșme y reservamos este hotel a través de Trip.com. Tenía las mejores calificaciones y llegó a la 1ª lista. No pensábamos dos veces que no nos gustaria permanecer en hoteles para nuestras vacaciones como nos gusta viajar por aquí. No esperamos nada de lo que sería un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero para ser honesto encontramos el lugar encantador, un pequeño hotel familiar de propiedad con una acogedora veranda para el desayuno, servido cada mañana por un personal amable. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables y limpias con balcón lateral frente al jardín. Eso es todo lo que necesitamos. El propietario es una persona suave fluentemente en inglés y muy útil. Teníamos un problema con secador de pelo y una nueva llegó en un minuto. La ubicación para nosotros es la mejor parte y por eso lo elegimos. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, a un lado de las villas y la playa de agua cristalina. Si no es demasiado fussy y quiere pasar unos días en un ambiente bueno, limpio, acogedor y amigable, le recomendamos probar el Mon Ilica Hotel.

MMengzhu LThis was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere.
The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and we are especially grateful to the lovely girl at the reception
desk who waited for us and greeted us warmly.
Since it’s the off-season now, there were very few guests, and it seemed like we were the only ones staying here over the past two days. However, the hotel still provided us with a buffet breakfast and maintained a clean swimming pool, which truly showed their dedication and attention to detail.
Thank you to all the staff! And thank you, Ephesus, for giving us such wonderful memories!

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

Convenientemente ubicado, rodeado de un mercado de bicicletas, aparatos electrónicos y otros teléfonos, pero tranquilo por la noche, aunque un poco cutre. Bastante seguro.
Cerca hay casi todas las opciones de transporte público, una gran oficina de cambio de divisas, una cafetería, un lokanta, cafeterías, etc., tiendas, un bazar cercano, el paseo marítimo y un gran parque a 10 minutos.
Reservé una habitación individual barata para tres noches, pero estaba ocupada.
Me pusieron en una habitación doble grande, la 107, para pasar la noche. Estaba bien, excepto por la tetera, que fallaba un poco, y el lavabo goteaba un poco. La ducha estaba bien.
Luego estaba la habitación individual 108, una habitación pequeña, pero aceptable para pasar la noche. Simplemente no hay espacio para guardar las cosas. El baño es húmedo, sin mampara, y solo se puede acceder al inodoro cerrando la puerta :))) El lavabo es pequeño. Pero se secó bastante rápido. Todo funcionaba, incluso el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, algo que no siempre ocurre. Funcionaba bien, perfectamente ubicado encima del armario de la habitación individual. Y el agua siempre está caliente.
Había abundante té, café, agua, azúcar, champú y toallas de papel. No desayuné.
Dormir fue cómodo, y eso es lo principal.
Las puertas del balcón de ambas habitaciones dan a una especie de pequeña terraza cerrada para fumadores. No es romántico, pero tiene suficiente ventilación. Y es muy tranquilo.
En resumen, es una gran opción para dormir y relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad, sin ninguna queja.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonLa infraestructura del Hotel Mitte Port Konak es muy nueva y el desayuno es excelente. Ofrecen una variedad de quesos locales, pasteles muy buenos y champiñones y patatas asadas. Además, ofrecen una gran variedad de mermeladas y frutas.
El spa y el baño turco estaban cerrados cuando intentamos visitarlos con normalidad; dicen que son gratuitos para todos los huéspedes.
La habitación no tenía suficientes ventanas, pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección. El único problema es que las camas son un poco pequeñas. El wifi funciona bien. Hay una mininevera. Disponen de taquillas y televisión. El baño es muy bueno, con agua caliente y presión perfectas. Excepto el cepillo de dientes, lo proporcionan todo.
La ubicación del hotel es buena si viajas en coche o en taxi, pero caminar hasta el transporte público es un poco complicado. Puede costar 50 TL desde el Konak Meydan hasta el hotel en taxi; mejor no hablar por la noche.
El personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotros y con los demás huéspedes. Hay muchos clientes locales y extranjeros de una variedad de países de Francia, China, Irán, Francia, etc.
