The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

El hotel es antiguo. Las habitaciones son relativamente grandes y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. El único cabezal de ducha en la ducha está roto y no se puede arreglar con una mano, lo cual es muy inconveniente. El ambiente del restaurante de desayuno es muy bueno, el paisaje fuera de la ventana es muy hermoso. El desayuno buffet tiene una persona dedicada y responsable de distribuir la comida, que parece estar bien organizada y la calidad de la comida es relativamente buena. Hay una persona encargada de las plazas de aparcamiento y la tarifa de aparcamiento de 40 euros al día es relativamente cara.

Una experiencia bastante irregular. El hotel está bien ubicado, pero faltaban varias de las comodidades anunciadas (no había gimnasio, ni pistas de tenis, ni servicio de masajes). Además, el restaurante y la piscina exterior estaban cerrados durante nuestra estancia. Asimismo, se organizó una fiesta en la azotea sin previo aviso, lo que perturbó enormemente nuestra tranquilidad. El personal fue amable, pero lamento la falta de información y la discrepancia entre la descripción en la página web y la realidad. Es una verdadera lástima, porque el hotel tiene potencial.

El hotel en sí es bastante estándar, como cabría esperar de cualquier gran cadena hotelera, pero el servicio no estuvo a la altura. Nos dijeron que habría servicio de aparcacoches, pero no hubo ninguno. Los camareros nos dijeron que aparcáramos nosotros mismos. ¡Bien! Después de registrarme, pregunté si nos subirían el equipaje a la habitación. Recepción me preguntó si tenía un ticket de equipaje, a lo que les dije que no nos habían dado nada. Los camareros se quedaron en la entrada. Dijo que lo subirían enseguida, pero como estaban allí parados, simplemente subimos nuestro equipaje nosotros mismos (aunque obviamente estoy embarazada de seis meses, no me ofrecieron ninguna ayuda). Al llegar a la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; lo bajamos constantemente, pero no había aire. Fue sorprendente descubrir que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba para el precio que pagamos. La habitación estaba sofocante e incluso el pasillo estaba más fresco. Además, durante nuestra estancia había una conferencia; nos dieron una habitación en la misma planta que los participantes y, como era de esperar, hubo mucho ruido por la noche. Los oíamos hablar en el pasillo por la noche. Cuando llamamos a recepción, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Muy serviciales. Al salir, el mismo camarero se quedó mirando a una mujer embarazada sacar cuatro maletas. Me pregunto qué hacen aparte de estar todo el día a la sombra. El servicio es pésimo y he recibido mejor servicio en pequeños hoteles boutique o familiares. Lo único bueno de esta estancia fue que las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, y nada más.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

Nos alojamos 3 noches en el pueblo de Santa Fortunata, en la tienda Dodome número 9, y en general tuvimos una experiencia agradable. El pueblo está un poco a las afueras de Sorrento, pero como íbamos en coche, la distancia no fue un problema. Para quienes no conducen, ofrecen un servicio de buggy, lo cual es muy práctico. Nuestra tienda no tenía las mejores vistas, pero aun así pudimos disfrutar de hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres. Todo estuvo tranquilo y en paz durante toda nuestra estancia, sin molestias de otros campistas. La cama era cómoda y la tienda incluía un enchufe y dos puertos USB. Sin embargo, no tenía luces integradas, así que recomendamos traer su propia luz USB portátil. Había hormigas en el suelo, pero no fue un problema grave. El aparcamiento era amplio y los baños y aseos compartidos estaban a poca distancia a pie. Las duchas tenían agua caliente y había muchos lavabos y espejos disponibles. El secador de pelo que nos proporcionaron era bastante débil, así que es mejor traer el suyo si lo necesita. El pueblo también cuenta con minimercados y un restaurante. Cenamos en el restaurante una vez; era un poco caro, pero el ambiente era elegante y agradable. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. También ofrecen excursiones, aunque ya habíamos planeado nuestro propio itinerario. En resumen, fue una experiencia de glamping cómoda y tranquila. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

We arrived at 1030am and were informed that the check in was at 3pm. Asked twice because we thought it was later than usual. The lady with spectacles insisted it was 3pm. Checked online later, found out it was after 2:30pm. If the room wasn’t ready, she could have just said it so, instead of misleading us.  Second, this was the only hotel in entire Italy that didn’t even offer free water bottles. You would find it in the mini bar and it costs 3 euros.  The amenities consisted of paper cups and small bottles of body wash/ shampoo which weren’t replaced the next day, so we had to make do with what little soap was left. The bed was put horribly together. The bathroom had mold in so many corners, the walls were dirty, didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned in years.  The good thing was that there was spare pillows, a balcony with table & chair. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we had in Italy. The location was amazing, 1km to the port and there was a grocery shop nearby. The price was also reasonable  (250 euro per night) when we booked. However we considered extending our stay and checked two weeks before we were due to arrive and it had gone up more than 50%, at which point I don’t think it was worth it.

El desayuno es muy estándar con café horrible, que es especialmente vergonzoso para Italia, pero la peor parte fue la zona de asiento al aire libre en el restaurante de desayuno it fue grueso, aparentemente no limpiado durante un año o más. Las caídas de pájaros y el grito general lo hicieron desagradable comer allí. En general, mientras que la propiedad tiene potencial con sus hermosas tierras, las políticas anticuadas y los problemas de limpieza hacen difícil recomendarlo plenamente.

Over all experience ! 8/10! Location 10-15 to Sorrento town centre by bus ! Which is right outside. So don’t bother for taxi , or paid car parking ! Sea view hotel. 3 star but with lovely pool , sea view sitting area to relax for guests. Hand wash , hair dryer , small bathroom. Shower area very tight but manageable. Locker. Air con. Room size ( booked Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Room cleanliness good . Bed comfortable ! Cupboard. All this in 3 star is mind boggling ! Now Negative points . U can’t sleep for long. Max 8-9am. As check out is 10.30am max. BF 7/10. As other guest start closing doors going for BF so u hear them. It’s a two story hotel with stairs. No elevator. But has help to take your luggage to rooms. Try to take rooms on 1st floor. If u r over 55 plus. But keep in mind. It’s 3 star. With sea view and pool. Last suggestion. Don’t other taking rent a car. Take ferries. Driving on some road here is not very safe with Italian drivers. Plus traffic.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel. The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had to take the coach buses to the hotel which is also quite reasonable. The hotel was proactive and arranged the Amalfi Positano trip by ferry, with pickup and drop at hotel, which was superb. Overall, we loved our-stay at Prestige.
