A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

We went there on a holiday(May 1, 2026 - Labor Day) for 1 night under renovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon or halos wala doon sa front desk. Twin beds ang room so may kasama kaming toddler kaya we moved the bed to one side of the room para mag fit kaming family at hindi mahulog ang bata while sleeping. Upon moving may mga hidden na kalat underneath na hindi narreach ng housekeeper at may maliit na ipis. Maluwag ang room naka smart tv pa may safe and water heater pero napansin ko masysdong madilim kasi puro pin lights lang lalo sa gabi. City view pag daytime maliwanag basta open curtains lang pati ang CR medyo madilim pero ang hallway nila at beddings clean naman. Mabait din staffs at malapit sa lahat ang hotel. May pool na sya at free breakfast kahit mura lang per night🥰 we got this for 2,800 only dahil sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels.❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices!❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka. Downside lang may corkage ang outside food and drinks nila na P500. Mapipilitan ka talagang kumain na lang sa labas kesa magpadeliver. May lechon pala nung dinner buffet kaso busog na kami ng meryenda so hindi na sulit mag buffet bg gabi haha

La experiencia es tan grande en este hotel. Nos quedamos durante los nuevos años para que nuestra experiencia tenga alguna diferencia con los demás. Amo el lugar y el ambiente de la arquitectura colonial española. Reservamos las habitaciones familiares con 10 pax cada uno. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y se encuentra cerca del centro de la ciudad. Puedes caminar o montar un triciclo alrededor de la ciudad. Los precios son realmente baratos para el ambiente que recibes. Fuerte comida fue nuestra única cuestión, especialmente el desayuno o en los pedidos en el lugar. Se tomó tiempo para prepararse. Pero luego de nuevo, fue las vacaciones. La mayoría de los cafés y restaurantes cercanos estaban cerrados, así que nos ajustamos a él. El personal estaba muy bien alojado y amigable. El servicio se siente más de un tono relajador que un tono formal y estricto, así que nos sentíamos en casa a la vez que abrazamos alrededor del compuesto. Muy recomendado lugar especialmente para el costo.

Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic.

The hotel is very close to SM mall and Yashano mall actually connected to yashano mall, Staff are very polite and respectful they tried to help and accommodate the best they can. The food is ok but not very appetizing actually on the 3rd day I feel like the food is very greasy. The 499 pesos per head seems to me not worth of dining compare to other hotel better selection. The room is very spacious and cleaned nice firm bed and soft pillows had water service and refill fountain outside, kettle is provided and coffee bathroom had very nice elegant equipment, oh I forgot to tell them that the shower is seem broken rubber as its flowing backward I hope they can see this review so they can fix it. They had a heavy blanket for a better sleep, I can recommend this hotel. It just pricey compare to other considering thier foods .

Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

+ Me gusta que el baño y el baño están separados. + El agua está disponible en el hall. + Julie fue tan acomodadora y amable. + Los guardias manong también fueron muy bienvenidos y útiles. - La habitación es muy pequeña, pero tiene instalaciones básicas excepto para el pequeño refrigerador. - Sentí que el techo o las camas estaban polvos, ya que estaba esquiando la mayoría de la vez.
