Hoteles con Desayuno en Prefectura de Okayama, Japón

El hotel es agradable y la habitación estaba limpia (excepto el cabello negro largo que se dejaba en todo el piso en el baño). El desayuno es sólo una caja de sandwich, no hay café (sólo café instantáneo). El personal no está alojado y nunca parece estar en buen estado de ánimo. También me pidió varias veces que prevera en línea. Después del tercer recordatorio de correo electrónico, intenté y el sistema no me dejó completarlo. Pero puedes estar seguro de que cuando me presenté en la recepción es la primera cosa que preguntaron. ¿Por qué no tienes un código QR? También le pagan por los camiones. La experiencia podría ser diferente si mejoran algunas cosas.

Best location and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Service is good although the room is quite small for two single beds. Easy short walk to attractions and parking fee is also reasonable

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, rodeado de Takashimaya, Aeon Mall, Don Quijote y Bic Camera. La entrada del hotel tiene escaleras que bajan al sótano, conectando con todos los centros comerciales sin tener que subir a la superficie. La segunda planta del hotel tiene acceso directo a la estación JR de Okayama. La habitación se limpió con rapidez y minuciosidad. El personal del hotel veía a los huéspedes acercarse desde lejos y apartaba la aspiradora, esperando a que pasaran antes de encenderla. También saludaban a los huéspedes con una reverencia desde lejos por la mañana, demostrando un excelente servicio japonés. Como reservé una habitación económica, la habitación era un poco pequeña. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Okayama.

The hotel is rather aged, especially the lobby. The lighting is quite dimmed in the room as well. It is nevertheless located very close to the tourist area.

Incroyable, un 10/10. L’hôtel est bien situé, pas trop loin de la gare d’Okayama et du château. Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre est incroyable. Spacieuse, avec machine à eau, une baignoire faisant également jacuzzi, un écran avec de disponible Netflix pour pouvoir regarder que ce soit dans le bain mais également dans le lit grâce au grand écran. Pour couronner le tout, il y a des activités comme fléchettes, billard, ping pong, mais également un SPA comprenant un sauna et un onsen. Le séjour a été parfait, relaxant et ressourçant comme nous le souhaitions.

部屋が広く過ごしやすく、とても綺麗にお掃除されてました。 受付の方もパーキングの案内の方もとても親切で気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 また倉敷に来た時は利用したいと思います。

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

El hotel dispone de un parque de coches y un hermoso desayuno buffet japonés con algunas opciones occidentales. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Buen valor para el dinero.

Всё было отлично. Номер был чистый и современный. Персонал вежливый и приятный, хорошо говорит на английском.

最寄り駅は、水島臨海鉄道の常盤駅。駅から徒歩２分と、好立地。 ホテル全体はとても清潔感があり、部屋内も広く、快適であった。 朝食や夜食も充実してた。とてもおいしい！！ 大浴場は６，７人が同時に入れるくらい。私が使用した際は、誰もおらず、問題なく湯船につかれた。 日中であれば、近くのスーパーで買い物ができる。コンビニまでは、少し距離がある。 飲食店は、おいしいお店がいくつもあり、困ることはない。
