The hotel is nice and the room was clean (except for the long black hair left all over floor in the bathroom). The breakfast is just a sandwich box, there is no coffee (just instant coffee). I would expect better. The staff is not accommodating and never seems to be in a good mood. I was also asked several times to pre-check online. After the third email reminder, I tried and the system didn’t let me complete it. But you can be sure that when I showed up at the reception that is the first thing they asked. Why don’t you have a QR code? Also, they charge you for lockers. I have never been in an hotel where luggage storage wasn’t complementary. The experience could be different if they improve a few things.

設施：我認真檢索了倉敷的各檔次酒店，這裡是最有藝術氛圍和最具紡織業手工業造詣文化元素的酒店。很多設計巧妙而精緻，看得出沉澱了很多年依然很有韻味。房間內中規中矩，小而精，標準日式酒店配置，放心入住。 衞生：沒問題，非常好，酒店各處都非常乾淨衞生 環境：地理位置優越啊，後門就是“江南水鄉”一條街，牛仔褲一條街，停車場就在正門外一整片區域，車位很充足。 服務：前台先生非常客氣耐心和熱情，英語溝通順暢！！ 以後再來倉敷，一定還選這家酒店！！

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, rodeado de Takashimaya, Aeon Mall, Don Quijote y Bic Camera. La entrada del hotel tiene escaleras que bajan al sótano, conectando con todos los centros comerciales sin tener que subir a la superficie. La segunda planta del hotel tiene acceso directo a la estación JR de Okayama. La habitación se limpió con rapidez y minuciosidad. El personal del hotel veía a los huéspedes acercarse desde lejos y apartaba la aspiradora, esperando a que pasaran antes de encenderla. También saludaban a los huéspedes con una reverencia desde lejos por la mañana, demostrando un excelente servicio japonés. Como reservé una habitación económica, la habitación era un poco pequeña. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Okayama.

Creo que este hotel es increíblemente económico y la ubicación es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Hay un autobús directo desde la estación de Okayama justo en la puerta del hotel. El hotel está muy bien equipado con comodidades, incluyendo una amplia variedad de artículos de aseo. Atracciones famosas como el Jardín Korakuen están a un corto paseo. Sin duda, merece la pena visitarlo.

Кайфовый отель с интересным дизайном. В непосредственной близости от всех туристических улочек. Сервис отличный, номера интересные. Отель не новый, но очень ухоженный. Какой-то у него свой вайб, ни на что не похожий.

車で移動するには、大変良いロケーションでした。 また、館内改装後ということもあり、綺麗な状態でした。 ただ、喫煙フロアはワンフロアのみ、喫煙所は外で喫煙者は若干の我慢を強いられるかな。

最寄り駅は、水島臨海鉄道の常盤駅。駅から徒歩２分と、好立地。 ホテル全体はとても清潔感があり、部屋内も広く、快適であった。 朝食や夜食も充実してた。とてもおいしい！！ 大浴場は６，７人が同時に入れるくらい。私が使用した際は、誰もおらず、問題なく湯船につかれた。 日中であれば、近くのスーパーで買い物ができる。コンビニまでは、少し距離がある。 飲食店は、おいしいお店がいくつもあり、困ることはない。

Wonderful hotel with great views! My room is sunset. Very comfy room with great amenities. And the best thing is the train station is just below you!!! At the train station there are tons of food options and shopping. We went to takamatsu for a day trip. Okayama station is a base for daytrips to many other parts of the region. Highly recommend to stay here if visiting okayama! Will stay here again! Love the Via Inn chain!
