When I arrived at the Hyderabad International Airport I contacted the Manager of Origin Hotel and he promptly organised a taxi to pick me up. The fare was not airport prices, so saved me a lot of money. Its location is very close to the airport and I highly recommend this hotel for its courteous and supportive staff during my stay. They also looked after my bags for me whilst travelling else where. I could not suggest to stay here more highly as a traveller. Thank you the staff of Origin Hotel Hyderabad.

it was a good stay. I was here for 3 nights and the sevice was just amazing. rooms were neat and clean. they have their own kitchen which offers affordable and good quality food. The staff is also very polite and they will ensure to leave no stone unturned. highly recomend for family and friends stay.

Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

Rooms are neat and cleaning is done regularly. All services are good and people and nice as well. They don't have a restaurant although complimentary breakfast is provided every morning, so we have to eat out or order from other places. Except for that, no complaints.

El hotel era definitivamente caro. El desayuno era bastante normalito. Aparte del jabón de manos y el gel de ducha, no había otros artículos de aseo. No había toallas de mano ni de cara, y solo quedaba una toalla de baño en la habitación. Los extractores de los baños no funcionaban. Pero la ubicación es buena.

Como persona que viaja con frecuencia, el elección del hotel es muy importante para mí. Rara vez he hecho una evaluación, pero tengo que hacer una evaluación de este hotel: En primer lugar, cuando reservaba el hotel, pedí que la habitación necesitaba una habitación tranquila, pero después de que me quedé, descubrí que mi habitación estaba frente a la ferrocarril interurbana y estaba funcionando a las 12:00, la habitación era muy complicada. El teléfono de la recepción pidió que se cambiara la habitación, dijeron que necesitaba 20 minutos, pero no llegaron después de 20 minutos. Cuando les llamo de nuevo, pidan que se reemplazen inmediatamente, pueden hacerlo en tres minutos, lo que demuestra que no tienen realmente interés en los clientes. En segundo lugar, después de llegar a la nueva habitación, la luz de la habitación estaba mal, y esperé 30 minutos para cambiarla. Finalmente, cuando comí, comí una comida vegetal. El primer servidor olvidó algo. Los cogió tres veces después de la segunda comida. Después de esperar una hora y media, finalmente llegó la comida, pero ya había terminado. El personal del hotel dijo que lo siento mucho, pero no pedí que lo hiciera, pero es necesario dejar esta comida. La mañana siguiente, el chef me esperaba en el restaurante, dijo que lo siento mucho, y envió un pequeño regalo. Gracias por ello, pero esto sigue indicando que el servicio de comida del hotel es muy lento, lo que afecta gravemente al tiempo de los huéspedes. ¡Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar!

Esta es una estación de metro muy conveniente, a sólo unos minutos a pie. Las principales calles del metro están muy ocupadas por la noche. Puede encontrar el coche de metro inmediatamente. Las habitaciones limpias, la temperatura de humedad y el agua caliente son suficientes. El restaurante del hotel está abierto a las 19:30, pero se puede disfrutar de la comida local de Haideraba. El bar comienza a funcionar a partir de las 11:00 horas y se puede beber durante el día. Podría pasar un tiempo muy cómodo.

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all. The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day. The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though. The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning. I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression. Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff. Would recommend for short stay.
