I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

The Lalit is very near from airport but very far from the people who stay in it, because all you see there is partiality for the travelers, for few people they ask to wait for the breakfast but for few it’s direct entry no queue, but if you talk about rooms, they’re spacious and has good amenities but food is way too costly to order in room.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Останавливались на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода. Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее. Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее. Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави. Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

Los cursos de yoga y los de Zimbabwe no están allí, pero pretenden estar allí. Le pedí 4 veces que se obtuvieran los horarios por correo electrónico pero ese correo nunca llegó . Tenga cuidado porque la seguridad en la piscina es como una decoración porque todo el mundo puede entrar sin tener la tarjeta de habitación en la zona de la piscina saltando en mientras algunos clientes entran. Y quizás hay una colaboración con el personal porque en realidad en estos vestidos de cobarde cómo pueden pasar desobservable incluso la puerta principal de la recepción del hotel! Tienen políticas estrictas de cancelación que normalmente todos los demás maridos del mundo tienen.. Especialmente con clientes que tienen diamantes y genio de viaje de alto nivel como clientes VIP .no consideran que han permanecido durante toda la semana 7 días y puede ocurrir que el último día algo impredecible puede ocurrir. El servicio 24 /7 es sólo una cosa falsa causa si llamas a las 10 horas normales la persona que va a recoger el teléfono después de una larga espera que todavía te hacen esperar la mañana siguiente para que la persona interesada venga a preguntar. Dicen ”Te llamaremos de nuevo, pero esa llamada nunca viene” .

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.

En el hotel, el personal dijo que no sería necesario que fueras a casa y que no te dejara ir a casa. Una vez llegados aquí, ellos negaron totalmente que no podían ayudar, pero aún entendíamos sus cosas que les dijimos que al menos les proporcionamos un lugar para mantener nuestra promesa a la que nos han ofrecido. Una vez volvimos al hotel y le preguntó al tipo de recepción que si él nos puede ofrecer una habitación por 1 hora como queríamos descansar y estabamos listos para pagar por lo mismo a lo que él negó totalmente que no tenemos una habitación cuando todo el hotel tiene así ***y habitaciones vacantes . El hotel ***agement debe tener la decencia básica de hu*** para dar a sus huéspedes la estancia más memorable en lugar de arruinar el viaje. La experiencia patética, no tienen una eminidad básica de polvo en las habitaciones, su fachada de salud se ha roto, ni siquiera ofrecen toallas básicas. Después de unos minutos volvimos a verle y le preguntábamos cuáles serán las tarifas por 1 hora y él preguntó por Rs.600 y reservamos este hotel por un día en 850! No lo recomendaré, porque el tipo de recepción no es de ninguna utilidad.

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾
