WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness. Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Me alojé un día en el Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai y ¡tuve una experiencia fantástica! El hotel está impecable, bien mantenido y con una ubicación perfecta cerca del aeropuerto. El personal fue amable y servicial. ¡Muy recomendable para una estancia limpia y cómoda!

En el hotel, el personal dijo que no sería necesario que fueras a casa y que no te dejara ir a casa. Una vez llegados aquí, ellos negaron totalmente que no podían ayudar, pero aún entendíamos sus cosas que les dijimos que al menos les proporcionamos un lugar para mantener nuestra promesa a la que nos han ofrecido. Una vez volvimos al hotel y le preguntó al tipo de recepción que si él nos puede ofrecer una habitación por 1 hora como queríamos descansar y estabamos listos para pagar por lo mismo a lo que él negó totalmente que no tenemos una habitación cuando todo el hotel tiene así ***y habitaciones vacantes . El hotel ***agement debe tener la decencia básica de hu*** para dar a sus huéspedes la estancia más memorable en lugar de arruinar el viaje. La experiencia patética, no tienen una eminidad básica de polvo en las habitaciones, su fachada de salud se ha roto, ni siquiera ofrecen toallas básicas. Después de unos minutos volvimos a verle y le preguntábamos cuáles serán las tarifas por 1 hora y él preguntó por Rs.600 y reservamos este hotel por un día en 850! No lo recomendaré, porque el tipo de recepción no es de ninguna utilidad.

La primera vez que me envié una carta de visita, me dio cuenta de que no había ningún problema con el servicio al cliente. Durante el check-in, se pagó el pago completo, pero durante el check-out me pagaron de nuevo por alojamiento porque no tienen registro de que he pagado. Si no recuerdo que he pagado en el momento de la comprobación Podría haber terminado pagando dos veces 😀

Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk. Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ). Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area. Food for business stay.

Had a comfortable stay at this 4-star hotel. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff was courteous, and amenities were up to the mark. The location was convenient, and the breakfast spread was impressive. A great choice for both business and leisure travel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Habitación enorme y espaciosa. Los armarios y la zona del minibar estaban un poco húmedos... con olor a madera mojada. El desayuno estaba bien. Ideal para una noche si vas al aeropuerto al día siguiente. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la Terminal 1. Hay carritos disponibles y el personal puede ayudarte con el equipaje hasta la terminal. También hay varios restaurantes en el aeropuerto si no te apetece comer sentado en el hotel.
