Our stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Overall a great stay with fantastic views and amazing service! The room size was perfectly fine, and the single bed was plenty spacious for one person. The highlight was definitely the view—you can see the ferry terminal right from the window—and the clever mirror design in the room was a wonderful touch that really elevated the space. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and opening car doors every time. However The pillow quality was average—it was quite high and firm rather than soft and plush, and leaning against it for a while made my back feel sweaty. The biggest bug for me, though, was the elevator system; there are no clear indicator lights or sound chimes when the elevator arrives, so I ended up missing it quite a few times. Despite these quirks, the view and service made it a very enjoyable stay. I’d also prefer bottled drinking water over the large filtered water dispenser provided, as washing glasses each time was a bit of a hassle.

El hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

The stay was a very pleasant and wonderful environment. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There were also a lot of activities to do from indoors to outdoors, beach activities and the jet ski and atv experience was the best! The food there are all delicious. Travelling was also convenient as transportation are easily accessible and provided. Will surely recommend anyone visiting Bintan to stop by Holiday Inn Resort for a fun-filled vacation.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e fazem de tudo para nos sentirmos bem.Um agradecimento a todos mas em especial ao Dimas,Dini, Putra, Rafai e Rita. Os únicos pormenores que não tiveram grande impacto na estadia mas que podem ser melhorados são: organização do pequeno almoço quando está muita gente e alguns pormenores na limpeza dos quartos. Mas de um modo geral foi uma estadia excelente.
