Fue una estancia realmente satisfactoria que superó mis expectativas. El servicio fue impecable desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida, lo que me permitió descansar cómodamente, y tanto la habitación como las instalaciones eran excelentes. ¡Sin duda, volveré!

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Un hotel de cinco estrellas con mucha tradición y un buen desayuno, además de cerezas y fresas gratuitas. El entorno no es muy seguro, casi me roban y me rocian con pegamento por todas partes. Reservé la habitación para un día más y Ctrip y el hotel aceptaron reembolsarme, lo cual estuvo bastante bien. El precio de este hotel fluctúa demasiado.

Hotel increíble, me encantó absolutamente todo! Viví en el piso 18 en la habitación 1803, una vista absolutamente impresionante desde la ventana de los Andes y la ciudad, ¡disfruté cada día en el hotel! Limpieza, desayuno excelente, aunque no mucha comida caliente, pero esto se compensa con excelentes quesos y frutas. Ubicación ideal. Cené en el restaurante del hotel. Todo estaba muy rico y había buena selección de vinos. Piscina climatizada en el piso 20, gimnasio. Personal muy amable. Recomiendo este hotel para su estadía en Santiago y estaré feliz de volver nuevamente! ¡Gracias por la maravillosa bienvenida!❤️❤️❤️

It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words

La habitación está bien amueblada y la ubicación es excelente, no lejos de la Plaza de Armas y del Palacio Presidencial. El desayuno también es bueno, hay una piscina y el personal es amable. El único problema es que la recepción de un hotel de tan alto nivel no puede proporcionar un cepillo de dientes, lo que parece reducirlo a un hotel confortable.

Desde el aeropuerto SCL hasta el hotel, solo son 7 minutos en coche. El hotel organiza un servicio de traslado gratuito al aeropuerto, lo cual es muy considerado. Puedes coordinar con antelación vía WhatsApp. El restaurante del hotel ofrece muchas opciones y la comida es deliciosa, así no tienes que molestarte en buscar restaurantes fuera y puedes descansar más.

Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos aquí hace cuatro años durante nuestra luna de miel. Parece que el lugar sigue igual, lo cual no es un cumplido. La habitación estaba alfombrada, pero no nos dieron zapatillas. La unidad de aire acondicionado sonaba fuerte y aleatoriamente durante la noche, lo que me despertaba. Por alguna razón, era necesario solicitar tapones de drenaje de la bañera, y las dos noches que pedí uno me dijeron que estaban todos agotados. Estuve dos noches queriendo darme un baño para relajarme y no pude. Los ascensores son extremadamente viejos y necesitan ser reemplazados seriamente: la puerta se cerraba frente a nosotros cuando esperábamos uno y una vez quedé atrapado por las puertas. La mejor parte de este hotel es el desayuno. Tiene gran variedad y la calidad de la fruta y las comidas es excelente. El personal también es muy amable.

Escuché que la seguridad en el City Plaza en Santiago, Chile no era tan buena, así que reservamos un hotel en el área Hilton. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Instalaciones y servicios de hotel cinco estrellas. Todo es perfecto por un precio de 4 estrellas. Sí, solo cuesta $4 lavar una chaqueta, lo cual es genial. Pararse en el alféizar de la ventana del piso 11 y contemplar la puesta de sol, era tan hermoso.

I stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property. Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.
