La cama era demasiado dura. La unidad de aire acondicionado se mantuvo apagada de caliente a congelada aunque lo tenía en el solo ambiente de calor. El equipo de mantenimiento intentó entrar y limpiar mi habitación 45 minutos antes de que me planeara salir. La tarjeta de acceso fue desactivada 10 minutos antes de la hora de salida, así que me cerraron cuando volví de desayuno y tuve que bajar al escritorio delantero para que se fijara. La primera dama en la recepción dijo que había reactivado mi tarjeta de clave, así que me fui hacia arriba y estaba todavía bloqueada, y el ascensor era demasiado lento y no quería ser penalizado por el check-out tarde, Así que tuve que caminar por las escaleras (que eran muy difíciles de encontrar!) y una segunda dama me dio una nueva tarjeta de clave diferente para volver a mi habitación, entonces tuve que caminar por las escaleras de nuevo y finalmente pude conseguir mi equipaje y comprobar. En general, fue una experiencia bastante mala.

El hotel está ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y no lejos del centro. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. El hotel pertenece a una cadena propiedad de Wyndham. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, y el desayuno no está mal. son entusiastas y brindan servicios de recogida y regreso al aeropuerto, especialmente el conductor que lo dejó en el aeropuerto. Entusiasta y paciente, vale la pena continuar quedándose en el futuro.

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

Room was nice and cleand stayed 2 nights no complaints.

I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool.

The hotel building seems quite new. Clean spacious room. Good warm breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Would stay again

El 12 de febrero, me quedé en el Ramada por Wyndham Nisku Edmonton Airport y me encantó el conveniente barco de aeropuerto para tanto las llegadas como las partidas. La habitación era cómoda, lo que le hizo una opción sólida y amistosa para un breve parada cerca del aeropuerto.

Buena habitación y espaciosa. El baño es un poco pequeño. Todo es limpio y delicioso desayuno. Sin embargo, de manera excesiva de uso de plástico (recubrimiento de plástico en cada taza de uso único!).

The check in was good; the agent was professional and friendly.The hotel is tired - needs a very deep clean and refurbishing in the common areas, elevators and rooms. It has windows in the rooms that open which was great! The restaurant was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and protein - would have been great to see some fruit. Lots of food. A decent stay for the price I paid and its proximity to the hospital which was where I needed to go.
