Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze. That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

The experience was excellent. Booked this room specifically because the toilet uses a jet shower instead of a bidet, which was very comfortable and convenient for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and assisted with transferring our baggage when we had to change rooms for the next stay, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Love, love the experience — we would definitely stay here again.

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there. But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻
