Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes. Areas for improvements: poor insulation for the family loft suite in Tower A and the quality of buffet breakfast at the Semeja restaurant.

I had a pleasant stay at El Hotel Bandung. The hotel is nice and well-maintained, with clean rooms and a very convenient bathroom setup, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a universal or triple plug outlet. Since my charger has a different plug orientation, it was a bit challenging to charge my devices. Adding more universal outlets would greatly improve guest convenience. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service, cleanliness, and satisfying breakfast options — definitely worth considering when staying in Bandung.

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

La ubicación está en un complejo de viviendas, por lo que es agradable y no es ruidoso, está bastante cerca de todos lados... es fácil encontrar comida porque hay muchos lugares alrededor. El servicio desde la recepción hasta el parking es todo bueno... Vino por la rapidez, pude dejar la maleta primero...lo mejor

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Cirebon con excelentes instalaciones. Dispone de piscina, zona de parque infantil y zona de fitness. También tienen café y bar y sala de estar con performances de música de vida. La habitación es realmente espacioso, especialmente la cama real. Gracias por ofrecer un servicio tan maravilloso que hace una buena memoria para mi familia.

I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.

Pros : El hotel es bueno, la habitación es buena, la comida estaba bien. Cons : Pero hay puntos que deben mejorarse / notarse no hay secador de pelo (camera de cama doble ejecutiva) y la TV de canal limitada y FYI para desayunos adicionales, para niños, usted necesita pagar 75k que es desapontado porque el menú no es que many 😁 Es nuestra estadía de una noche en general estaba bien 👍🏻

overall this is a nice hotel . however the location is far away from the city. the room n amenities are jaded. the sound proof is poor that we can hear the traffic on the street and music from the lounges. however the staff is helpful and well mannered
