Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

El desayuno está bien, de hecho, el primero en ir a esto. Luego descubrió que la cama doble es difícil de colocar en cada plataforma, y el precio es muy alto, así que coloque una cama grande, 150 directamente más barata, vaya a agregar una colcha de cama, no hay diferencia. Basta con llevar a los niños, tres personas deben tener una cama grande. La ubicación no está lejos del aeropuerto, menos de 13 visitas, el hotel puede ayudar a llamar un taxi. Además, debido al vuelo de la tarde, puedo posponer la llamada hasta las 2 en punto. El entorno circundante no se puede mencionar, aunque la ciudad no es pequeña, pero hace calor, no hay gran tienda, el hotel es un buen edificio, rodeado de casas de dos o tres pisos, las calles no se pueden pasear, y China es más sucio que la oportunidad.

Excelente servicio y muy útil personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para usted en cualquier momento. Yo estaba 2 noches. Se le llama por teléfono para recordarle que el desayuno se cierra en un momento determinado. Elección de desayuno. El personal está allí si necesita ayuda. Traen las bebidas y el agua a la mesa. En la próxima visita a Jamnagar me gustaría venir a los Sayaji. Gracias.

They tell me they would send a complimentary chocolate for my daughter before i return home. But nobody come. Well perhaps they might be forgeting about that. Too many guest to remember. Overall everything was nice.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

UUsuario invitadoAmazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

SShabbirThis hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station.
However, I have had experiences which are not so nice :
A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom.
B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved.
C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF.
D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once.
E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

El desayuno del hotel es bueno, la pizza, el jugo son deliciosos, la habitación no es muy grande, la decoración de la habitación es normal. El hotel está en la ciudad, no muy lejos del aeropuerto, es más conveniente.

UUsuario anónimoThis is a relatively new, beautiful resort style hotel with ensuite rooms at a very attractive price. The rooms are very big and tastefully furnished. Housekeeping is very good and maintains high standards. The staff at the reception are very courteous and respond quickly to requests. The restaurant on the property serves fully vegetarian cuisines of all types. We stayed here for 3 nights and had buffet breakfast on all three days and 1 ala carte lunch & 1 buffet dinner. Buffet spread is extensive and taste is authentic. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and served us with care and love. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. The only downside is the location. Its about 6 km from dwarka temple and autos/ taxies are not easy to get. The hotel staff helped us to book private taxis do we managed.
