Very nice hotel and stay was good

Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city. Great restaurant, smooth check in and check out.. no concierge service..hot water pressure inadequate but all in all great place.. road works outside does not help.

Excelente servicio y muy útil personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para usted en cualquier momento. Yo estaba 2 noches. Se le llama por teléfono para recordarle que el desayuno se cierra en un momento determinado. Elección de desayuno. El personal está allí si necesita ayuda. Traen las bebidas y el agua a la mesa. En la próxima visita a Jamnagar me gustaría venir a los Sayaji. Gracias.

El desayuno y la cena son muy ricos, el personal es bienvenido, hay servicios de recogida y devolución, el hotel está a unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, el transporte es cómodo y las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas.

La experiencia fue buena, con alojamiento cómodo y un excelente servicio. ¡No obstante, incorporar más platos internacionales en el menú mejoraría las opciones de comida para los huéspedes que buscan una experiencia culinaria diversa.

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.
