El servicio del hotel fue de primera clase. Desde el momento en que me registré, sentí la calidez y la profesionalidad del personal. Durante mi estancia, cualquier problema que tuve, lo resolvieron con prontitud y paciencia. Este servicio de mayordomo me hizo sentir muy a gusto. Una vez, derramé una taza sin querer y, tras llamar a atención al cliente, el personal vino rápidamente a limpiarla y me preguntó amablemente si necesitaba alguna otra, sin una sola queja ni impaciencia. Esta meticulosa atención me hizo sentir el respeto y la consideración del hotel por cada huésped. Además, el hotel ofrece numerosos servicios de valor añadido, como refrigerios nocturnos gratuitos, consigna de equipaje y servicio de taxi, lo que hace que la estancia sea más cómoda y práctica. Me alojé en una habitación con cama king size, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente toda la noche. El baño contaba con una zona separada para ducha y secado, presión de agua fuerte y estable, y suministro rápido de agua caliente. Los artículos de aseo eran de alta calidad, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. La habitación también estaba equipada con comodidades completas, como wifi gratuito, televisor LCD y aire acondicionado, que satisficieron todas mis necesidades durante mi estancia. Además, había libros en la habitación, lo que me permitió preparar una tetera y leer tranquilamente, aliviando al instante el cansancio del viaje. El desayuno del hotel ofrecía una selección rica y variada, que incluía especialidades locales y platos occidentales, para todos los gustos. Desde congee y guarniciones hasta fideos y wontons, pan y ensaladas, leche y café, la variedad era deslumbrante. Los ingredientes del desayuno eran frescos, meticulosamente preparados y deliciosos. Los wontons de sopa de pollo y los panqueques de cebolleta, en particular, eran auténticos, lo que me permitió saborear la auténtica cocina de Hangzhou. Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. 首先我是第一次去安吉，高鐵直接下來先去了遞鋪，後訂了嘉樂比旅遊度假酒店，酒店還送了兩張門票，景點加門票才700多還是三人的，關鍵是門票可以無限次進入車接車送很方便，不管是景區的服務員，還是酒店服務態度都是棒棒噠，連開車的張師傅也是熱情的。其次是景區的npc下雨表演很賣力，戚繼光打**的故事看哭了我，裏面節目精彩，環境美輪美奐，唯一就是下雨沒看到打鐵花和煙花🎆。但是以後有機會的話我還會去的。最後帶一句這景點是帶泳池帶漂流帶動物園帶遊樂園帶npc體驗哦。來了不會讓你失望的。😎

¡Un viaje invernal a Giraffe Manor para una sesión de fotos definitivamente vale la pena! Menos concurrido, hermosos paisajes, iluminación suave y un 100% de éxito en las fotos. El bosque de bambú, envuelto en niebla, es como un cuento de hadas; cada fotograma es digno de un fondo de pantalla. El equipo de fotografía es profesional y eficiente, con una composición impecable y un sentido estético que permite capturar retratos impresionantes sin esfuerzo. Las interacciones con los animales son suaves y divertidas, creando imágenes vívidas y llenas de historia. El parque es limpio, cómodo y está bien equipado, lo que lo convierte en una visita relajante. Los alojamientos son acogedores y elegantes, con magníficas vistas, que brindan calidez y tranquilidad durante el invierno. El servicio es atento y amable. En general, el lugar es tranquilo y relajante, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad, perfecto para relajarse y tomar fotos, ideal para cualquier amante de la fotografía y la naturaleza.

Instalaciones: Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento subterráneo gratuito. Higiene: Limpio, ordenado y cómodo. Ambiente: El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca del lago del Oeste. Servicio: El servicio es amable y de buena calidad. 👌

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

El vestíbulo del hotel tiene una elegante decoración de estilo francés. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda. El servicio es atento y eficiente. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de platos chinos y occidentales, incluyendo croissants recién horneados y wontons de sopa de pollo. ¡Una experiencia de alojamiento de 10!

La gente era de todo apoyo y muy amable. Se sentía como en casa. Incluso algunos interiores son simples, funcional, limpio y super cómodo. I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . 這週末和姐妹從杭州過來一個多小時就到了，安吉來野山川裏，真的強推！藏在竹林深處，落地窗正對山谷，躺着就能看雲海，拍照自帶濾鏡，發朋友圈被問爆了。帶閨蜜來，晚上窩床上看電影，超愜意；情侶來更浪漫，對着山景吃頓竹林雞煲，鮮到跺腳，晚上還能看星星。食材都是山裡現摘現挖的，簡單炒都香。不管是朋友結伴還是二人世界，這兒都能待得住。真的很美下次還來！
