El ambiente, las instalaciones y los servicios inocentes son demasiado sorprendentes! El patio es elegante y limpio, la vegetación verde se reproduce, el champán se pone en el salón, y tiene un sentido del aire ambiente. Las instalaciones de la habitación son nuevas y de alta calidad, la calidad de los productos de lavandería es buena y la higiene es incolora. El servicio es caliente y profesional, el jefe y el empleado son muy amables, necesitan una demanda, también ofrecen servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje gratuito, muy recomendado!

Llegamos en coche y aparcamos en el centro de visitantes. Después de hacer el check-in, el personal nos ayudó con el equipaje y nos acompañó a la habitación. Los diferentes tipos de habitaciones están distribuidos en distintas zonas del complejo. Esta suite dúplex con hamaca está justo al lado de la zona de bares, y por la noche es extremadamente ruidosa, ya que los establecimientos abren hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Desaconsejo encarecidamente elegir este tipo de habitación. Viajando con mis padres, nos resultó imposible descansar por el ruido. Afortunadamente, el personal gestionó un cambio de habitación y nos asignaron una más alejada de la zona de bares, mucho más tranquila. Agradezco enormemente su rápida y eficaz gestión. Sugiero que se marquen claramente los inconvenientes de este tipo de habitación en la página de reservas, para que los huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión informada al reservar.

Great location alongside river, cafes, bakeries, and parks.  Five minute walk to the largest shopping mall with endless food options and western style grocery store. Very stylish rooms and world class fitness center.  Will always stay here.

Autoconducir por Zhuzhou, no muy lejos de la alta velocidad, la ubicación es un poco lejana, el restaurante cercano no es mucho, hay Wanda Plaza en 3 kilómetros, donde es más conveniente comer y beber, el hotel tiene un estacionamiento, la habitación es amplia y brillante, el servicio también es bueno

¡Este hotel es realmente genial! Lo puedes ver nada más salir de la estación de tren de alta velocidad, lo que te ahorra muchísimo tiempo y esfuerzo. La habitación está tan limpia como recién inaugurada. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que este año abrieron el Primero de Mayo; el desayuno también fue mucho más completo de lo que esperaba. El servicio fue aún más atento. Llegué al hotel en plena noche y no solo me registraron rápidamente, sino que también me dieron un cargador. La relación calidad-precio también es muy buena; muy recomendable; puedes registrarte directamente con los ojos cerrados y prácticamente no pisarás un rayo.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

It was a very nice hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the Main Street but the staff makes up by picking you up and dropping you off when you want before 8p. The room is comfortable with a balcony and the hotel has a WeChat to answer anything you need.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

最值得稱道的就是服務，這個服務屬實是超過了我的預期了。 大致這麼形容吧：管家服務質量能達到正常的瑞吉的水平（大概是房價1500/晚的酒店的水平） 幾乎就是隨叫隨到，啥都能解決，態度又熱情，非常出色（有管家服務不意外，現在好一點的五鑽都有，但質量這個確實遙遙領先） 然後是房型，嗯，很有特色，該説不説有點像以前住過的船屋😂，特色是很好的，觀景效果也好。 附帶的接站是商務車接站，這點也是超預期的，送的午餐也口味還不錯的，蠻可以。 綜合來説，確實是非常推薦的。
